Отель староват, но цена соответствует качеству
Pros:

Неплохой отель с частной парковкой во дворе. Девушка на стойке (Мартина?) была очень милой и приветливой. Было тихо. Нормальный завтрак.

Cons:

Чистота номера не очень. Под кроватью была пыль, грязная дверь ванной комнаты, откуда-то взялись муравьи.

Pros:

Philippo hat uns an der Rezeption freundlich empfangen. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage konnten wir auch schon eher Einchecken. Das Zimmer war ok und eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden gewesen.

Cons:

Leider haben wir am Morgen nach dem Einchecken schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer gemacht. Der Strom für das gesamte Zimmer war ausgefallen.
Leider war der Mensch an der Rezeption nicht in der Lage das Problem zu beheben. Das Bad hatte kein Fenster, somit mussten wir mit offener Tür und Handylicht auf Toilette und uns Waschen. Ohne Strom ging auch keine Klimaanlage. Zum Glück haben wir an diesem Tag wieder ausgecheckt.
Ein Rabatt auf Frühstück oder Zimmer hat man uns nicht angeboten. Hierzu darf ich nun ewig lang Email-Austausch führen.

Buon rapporto qualità, prezzo. Posizione molto comoda se vi serve un punto d’appoggio per l’ospedale. Martina alla reception super premurosa e cordiale.

freundliche Rezeptionistin, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück, kurzer Weg ins Zentrum, überdachter Fahrradstellplatz im Hof, schnelles WLAN, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Schimmel in der Dusche, Klimaanlagensteuerung mit Defekt (schaltete sich immer wieder alleine an)

Piccolezza da aggiustare,ma molto buono
Pros:

Hotel non presidiato, tutto automatizzato con chiave elettronica: dall'apertura del cancello automatico, all'ingresso principale della struttura, fino all'apertura della camera.
Colazione molto buona.

Cons:

L'orario del check-in su booking è sbagliato: l'orario si check in per il weekend è dalle 09.00 alle 11.00, ma questa informazione ci è arrivata solo alle 09.30 del giorno del nostro check in, quindi siamo dovute andare presso un hotel vicino convenzionato per fare il check in.
Segnalo inoltre che non erano presenti cuscini extra ed era presente un pochino di polvere che ha dato un po' fastidio alla mia compagna che ,purtroppo, ha una lieve allergia ad essa.

Pros:

La disponibilità del personale e la posizione.

Cons:

Il cattivo odore che si respirava all'interno della struttura.
La colazione molto povera.
Abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perché quella assegnata era ancora da pulire e riordinare.
Il parcheggio custodito completamente pieno. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina in un larch in strada
