We really like our stay at this hotel.

Bra rum och bra läge. Mycket hjälpsam personal.

Sehr gute Lage, Unterkunft "so lala". Zimmer 212 kein Wifi. Grosses Zimmer aber mit viel Geräusche im Bad, entstehen durch strömendes Wasser, die Spülung, laute Stimmen des 2. Stock und 3. Stock. Zweite Nacht in Zimmer 208 mit Wifi besser aber immer noch nicht top.

La única pega es el parking que solo tiene 4 plazas en la puerta y me recomendaron un parking de pago cerca 3,30€ el día aproximadamente

Las opciones de almohadas no siendo malo, es un aspecto mejorable.

Centrico y limpio

I paid $76.50/night for four nights through Agoda. Absolutely excellent location in the historical district. Walking distance to the castle. Restaurants close by. Excellent grocery store Bolenta close by. Both necessary museums close by. Big, high-ceilinged carpeted room. Spacious bathroom. Aircon, wifi, minifridge. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast served at table. Bar on-site. Staff is wonderful. Only issue: the shower would every few minutes emit SCALDING hot water no matter where you had the temperature set. I alerted staff...and they need to fix this immedately, because it is a burn risk...

Bel hôtel, bien situé pour visiter. Beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Déjeuner ok . Seul point négatif était le Wi-Fi, nous n’avons jamais eu accès à partir de notre chambre. Nous devions descendre en bas au lobby pour avoir accès. Autrement l’endroit est propre bien qu’un peu vieillot. Des travaux de peintures étaient en cours lors de notre séjour. Je recommande cet endroit.

The hotel is very well located to get to know Guimarães on foot. There is a lack of identification on the street to find the place, if you go by car there is parking in the square in front. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel.
The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and the check in was very fast.
The rooms and toilet are large, comfortable bed, with tv, and clean.
In my opinion, for a 4-star hotel there is a lack of modernization of the furniture and carpets (some already with stains).
A 4-star hotel could put some complimentary water in the room and the bathtub with a curtain no longer makes sense.
Breakfast is served at the table but it is very good and with several options, orange juice, eggs, yogurts, fruit, croissants, bread, espresso, etc. all with quality.
All in all, it was a good stay.

Toural has an old-world charm, with its location, decor, and the service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full of nice surprises including home made cakes. The room is very spacious with a balcony over looking the historical Toural square. We loved our stay!

If you expect to arrive in a 4 stars hotel it's not the case. Hotel and rooms should be refurbished. Wall view of the rooms, super noisy, you can exactly understand what your neighbour is doing. Not even easy to find as the name is on the main square on another building while the hotel is on the back. On the other hand good breakfast served at the table.

This hotel was perfectly situated and lovely as well. Though an old building it is modern inside and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional - going above and beyond with help and very friendly. It was ideal for my mother who has accessibility needs as there is a lift. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. It is close to sight seeing and restaurants cafes and bars
