Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Frühstück nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Hat alles gepasst. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht, Parkplätze sind sogut wie aussichtslos. Ein Tipp: Parking Art Gallery. Kostet 250 Czk/Tag. 10 Minuten Fußweg.

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr zentral. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab genügend Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar versprühte den nostalgischen Charme vergangener Tage, wirkte jedoch durch die Kombination verschiedener Stile nicht ganz stimmig. Während die knappen Vorhänge und das bunte Sammelsurium an Kleiderbügeln eher unkonventionell waren, erforderte die Suche nach einer Steckdose für den Wasserkocher echtes Improvisationstalent. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns eine konstantere Temperatur der Speisen gewünscht. Auch das Fernsehprogramm bot mit nur drei deutschen Sendern (Vox, RTL, Super RTL) leider nur eine sehr überschaubare Unterhaltung.

Мы провели замечательные выходные в Карловых Варах и останавливались в этом отеле в улучшенном семейном номере. Остались очень довольны!
Номер был большой, просторный и светлый — идеально подходит для семьи с детьми. Всё чисто, аккуратно и очень комфортно.
Завтраки нам очень понравились — всё свежее, качественное и вкусное. В ресторане при отеле также готовят очень вкусно, с удовольствием обедали там.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готовый помочь. Атмосфера в отеле тёплая и приятная.
Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Нам всё очень понравилось, обязательно вернёмся снова.

Pros:

Pokoj i koupelna čisté, umístění skvělé jen kousek od Puppu, od pramenů už trochu dále (cca 10min. procházka). Velkým benefitem je nízká cena. Postel byla pohodlná, i když preferuji o něco tvrdší matrace. Snídaně byla dobrá - dostatečný výběr a personál doplňoval průběžně.

Cons:

Hotel bych jako 4* neoznačila. Vybavení už starší, ale na přespání úplně postačující. Sprchový kout se plně nezavíral a po došlapu vrzal.

Tento hotel už ne .
Cons:

Snídaně nic moc , káva hrozná , málo ovoce . Byly jsme ubytovaný dvě noci s toho jeden den od 8-23:00 netekla teplá voda , venku 30 stupňů, nemohli jsme se ani osprchovat , byla jsem s dvěmi dětmi . Hrůza !
