Si vendono bene, io non ci tornerei.
Pros:

Il ristorante a fianco (non gestito da loro) è davvero una chicca.

Cons:

Ci sarebbero un po di cose da dire della struttura, a parte l’asciugacapelli a muro che ti rimane in mano, l’anta della doccia che ho sistemato io, zanzariere fatiscenti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione vorrei stendere un velo pietoso, ho lavorato per quasi vent’anni negli alberghi e quasi 8 in ristoranti, vi posso garantire che far risultare la colazione brutta bisogna mettersi di impegno.
Brioches mal cotte e nemmeno lievitate (surgelate) torta al limone uguale a quella del Mulino Bianco ma non così buona, una torta da pasticceria con tanto di bignè e panna montata io non l’avevo mai vista in un buffet da colaIone. Il pane…surgelato, dopo la cottura potevi usarlo per tirare giù delle pareti. E altre cose che aimè ci voleva davvero poco per dare quel qualcosa in più.
L’albergo in sé non sarebbe male, ci vorrebbe un po più di manutenzione, un po più amore del proprio lavoro per rendere l’esperienza del cliente decisamente meno peggio.
Belle le foto su internet, se poi non ritrovi quello che hai prenotato inizi già male.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική με εύκολη έξοδο προς όλους τους αυτοκινητοδρόμους ή τις τοπικές διαδρομές. Η Σιένα απέχει 10χλμ, 15’. Το πάρκινγκ στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν άνετο και ασφαλές ακόμα και εκτός του χώρου του ξενοδοχείου. Η συνεννόηση με το προσωπικό μέσω μηνυμάτων ήταν άμεση και εύκολη. Το δωμάτιο είχε σίτες και μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε με ανοιχτά παράθυρα σε ένα διαμπερές και ευάερο δωμάτιο. Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές. Σε γενικές γραμμές αν και το κατάλυμα είναι παλιό έχει πολύ καλή συντήρηση.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο σου έδινε την εντύπωση ότι ήταν κλειστό και πολυκαιρισμένο από την μυρωδιά της υγρασίας. Το ντους δεν είχε τηλέφωνο, έκανες ντους σα να είσαι σε παραλία. Το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργούσε κανονικά. Οι χώροι του δωματίου ήταν σχετικά περιορισμένοι. Τα στρώματα είχαν βουλιάξει.

Not great value nor location

Clean room with private bathroom

Cons:

The room did not match the images of the property images or description.
Suggests it’s in Mont d’Arbia but is 5 klm back toward Siena. Frustrating if you have hiked 15klm to realise you have to hike back to your accommodation.
No air conditioning, no balcony and placed on lower ground floor disguised as an upgrade to a larger bed, which was two singles pushed together. It looked like we were shifted to accommodate other guests requests.
It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed which we were informed about on the day of arrival. There is no option to cook or heat anything in the room and no other options made available to us for dinner that night. We had an 18-20klm hike the next day.

Casale ben restaurato, camera grande. Con ascensore x i due piani. Buona colazione e varia. Posizionato ai margini del paese, con vicino un ristorante ottimo.

Pros:

La ubicación es correcta. Es una casa muy bonita.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no puedes regularlo, hace un ruido que no puedes dormir.
El baño muy justo...
Desayuno sin tostadora, sin zumo de naranja, cosas básicas, desayuno muy justo.
En recepción pocas ayudas.
No ha cumplido mucho con nuestras expectativas.
