Pros:

De begeleiding van de receptie, het enthousiasme, de uitleg, de hulp, de communicatie. Onze grotwoning, het ontbijt, hoe schoon het was. Alles was super.

I loved Matera but not sure I would opt for this hotel again.

Pros:

L'emplacement idéal au cœur des Sassi.
Le personnel présent et chaleureux.

La chambre était très grande avec un plus, la cave, comme les maisons anciennes des Sassis.

Le musée qui, pour les personnes étant dans l'hôtel, est tarif réduit et formidable, mieux que les autres musées qu'on a pu faire. Très bonnes explications.

Chambre typique et authentique, au coeur des sassi. Située au calme avec une petite terrasse. L'accueil était très sympathique avec des informations précises. Une belle soirée dans cette ville magique. Je recommande.

The location was perfect to explore the Sassi, the pre arrival instructions for parking and locating the hotel were very comprehensive. The service from staff was efficient and non intrusive. The accommodation was spacious, cool and comfortable. The breakfast in the room was excellent.
