tolles Zimmer mit Bergblick, üppiges Frühstück mit ausgezeichneten heimischen Produkten und exzellentes Abendessen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, stehts bemüht und immer gut gelaunt

da gibt es nichts zu verbessern, vom check in bis zum check out alles perfekt, das Personal ist der "Hammer"! Super tolles Team im Falkensteiner

Hotel s mnoha superlativy
Pros:

Vše bylo výborné, jídlo vynikající, poloha vedle lanovky, lyžárna se sušičema bot, k dispozici byly župany, přezuvky do wellness centra, voda v bazénu byla teplá, personál usměvavý a nápomocný. Kdo jede s dětmi, tak je na ně také myšleno.

Wellnessurlaub mit Schifahren
Pros:

Uns hat wiedereinmal alles sehr gut gefallen. Mit der Renovierung des Hotels vor ca. 2 Jahren hat es auch eine "Restrukturierung" gegeben. Der optische Eindruck wurde verbessert, das Essen ist auch qualitativ wieder höherwertig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!

Cons:

auf der Schlussrechnung findet sich die Position "freiwilliges Trinkgeld" mit 10 Euro pro Tag, natürlich könnte man das rückgängig machen, weil man in den Tagen davor schon genug Trinkgeld gegeben hat - aber wer macht das dann schon....?
etwas unfair, schade !! weil sonst hat wirklich ALLES gepasst.
