Pros:

La struttura come sempre molto curata ed accogliente.Ottimi lo staff è la ristorazione.La SPA resta il punto di forza.

Hotel ok, snad jen cena vysoká. Hotel požaduje "dobrovolné" spropitné 10 euro za každý den navíc nad dohodnutou cenu jako spropitné pro ostatní personál. To by se v EU nemělo stávat, protože konečná cena by měla být prostě konečná cena za ubytování. Zřejmě hotel neplatí řádně personál i když patří mezi dražší hotely. Tuto informaci Vám dají vědět až po konečné objednávce. Nevím zda-li se znovu ubytovat v takovém hotelu. Snídaně a večeře dobré, parkoviště pouze venkovní.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Spabereich war toll, vorallem Vormittags sehr ruhig.
Die Mitarbeiter waren zu jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend, riesen Lob an die Dame, welche uns jeden Morgen am warmen Frühstücksbuffet begrüßt und tolle Speisen zubereitet hat!

Die Auswahl an Gerichten im Restaurant ist sehr groß.
Die Atmosphäre und die Einrichtung ist sehr harmonisch.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts leider größeres Problem mit Fliegen im Restaurant, das Buffet hat somit leider unhygienisch gewirkt.
Man kam uns jedoch nach dem Ansprechen preislich entgegen.

Zudem verfügt das Hotel keine Klimaanlage, daher tagsüber und abends relativ warm im Zimmer.

Unser Urlaub vom 2.–10. Juni im Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Carinzia war einfach traumhaft. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt – ob Wasserkocher, Wärmflasche oder Tipps für schöne Plätze in der Umgebung.

Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön: tolle Saunen, ein angenehmer Pool, ruhige Entspannungsbereiche und professionelle therapeutische Behandlungen. Ein Osteopath und eine Masseurin haben sich meinen Schmerzen angenommen – fachlich top, sehr einfühlsam und mit großem Können. Danach ging es mir richtig gut.

Das Essen war jeden Tag ein Highlight. Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren frisch, abwechslungsreich und voller regionaler Produkte aus Kärnten, besonders aus Tröpolach. Wir haben es so geliebt, dass wir es heute noch an der Hüfte merken.

Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert. Tröpolach ist ein idyllisches Dörfchen, und wir haben dort sogar Alpakas entdeckt. Kärnten insgesamt ist ein Traum: Berge, Seen, Natur pur. Besonders schön waren der Weiße See, der Wörthersee und der Pressegger See – alle gut erreichbar und absolut sehenswert.

Ein Mitarbeiter aus Graz/Ägypten, der im Gastro‑ und Speiseservice tätig ist, hat sich immer herzlich mit uns unterhalten. Zum Abschied hat er uns sogar ein Brot organisiert, weil wir es jeden Abend so gerne gegessen haben. Diese liebevolle Geste werden wir nie vergessen.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder.

Pros:

Ubytování bylo velmi krásné, vše čisté, postele velmi pohodlné. Také personál byl velmi ochotný , snídaně byla výborná, vybavení hotelu, bazén i vše ostatní opravdu úžasné.
Velikým a velmi příjemným překvapením byla možnost využít zdarma lanovku v blízkosti hotelu.
Opravdu úžasný pobyt.

Immer wieder gerne..
Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt neben den Aufstiegsanlagen von Nassfeld..sehr schöne Zimmer ,gutes Essen und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. War schon vor 3 Jahre zuvor dort ,allerdings im Herbst ,wo es nicht do heiß war wie jetzt (extreme Temperaturen!)
War uns eigentlich egal l, da wir der Meinung waren ,dass das Hotel über eine Klimaanlage verfügt,dem aber nicht so war:(
Es wurde aber auf guten Luftdurchzug geachtet und wir hatten zum Glück unser Zimmer mit Dorfblick ,das Richtung Osten ausgelegt war (also nur morgens Sonne)
Sonst wirklich toller Urlaub gewesen
