Relax per coppie ma anche famiglie
Pros:

Struttura grande e molto pulita, stanze comode, ristorante per la cena e la colazione MOLTO variegato, possibilità di giochi di società , biliardo , calcetto, card carinzia inclusa per diverse attrazioni esterne alla struttura, spa molto bella con 3 saune , 1 bagno turco e piscine varie

Cons:

Esternamente avrebbe bisogno di una bella manutenzione perché il legno è cotto dal sole e non è carino che ti (quasi) obbligano a lasciare una mancia e solo su richiesta si può togliere , non si paga poco e sono dell’idea che la mancia la lascio se voglio a chi voglio,non è giusto che sia nel conto , forse la piscina potrebbe avere qualcosa in più soprattutto per i bambini

Ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sehr schön gemütlich. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker mit regionalen sehr frischen Produkten. Nichts hat gefehlt 🤩🥹🤩🥹🤩🥹

Tolles Allrounder-Hotel für Sommer und Winter
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Am Abend wählt man Vor- und Nachspeisen beim Buffet. Die Hauptspeisen entsprechen einer Haubenküche und werden serviert. Das Außenpool ist sehr großzügig bemessen und liegt in einem schönen Garten mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame Service der Mitarbeiter.

Tutto perfetto, il buffet sia della colazione che della cena (lode particolare per la piazza ed il pizzaiolo italiano molto bravo!), la struttura molto bella, piscina spa e spazi comuni. Sono anche realmente dog friendly in quanto il cane può venire praticamente ovunque con voi (al ristorante c’è una zona dedicata).

Cons:

Direi nulla. Hanno eliminato la “merenda” rispetto a qualche anno fa ma visti i buffet degli altri pasti si può quasi evitare il pranzo.

Vynikající snídaně, velmi příjemný a ochotný personál na všech úrovních, výborná lokalita, příjemně velký hotel, kvalitní spa, možnost nabíjení EV v garáži hotelu, parkování vně hotelu bez poplatku

Cons:

V pokoji byl cítit zápach kanalizace, nemožnost ovládat ventilaci koupelny a WC, chybějící klimatizace na pokoji (v létě velmi težko pokoj vychladíte)

Das freundliche Lächeln des Generaldirektors, was sich auch bei den Mitarbeitern gezeigt hat.
Die Aufmerksamkeit beim Geburtstag und die wunderbaren Aufgüsse von Vincenzo. Auch die Gästekarte ist super, da Vieles kostenlos in Anspruch genommen werden kann,

Die gesamten Pflanzen sind aus Kunststoff, das ist etwas schade, die Aussensauna ist etwas klein für die Aufgüsse, aber wie gesagt sind dies nur Kleinigkeiten...

Pros:

La struttura è bellissima! Posizione meravigliosa. Cucina molto buona. Servizio di pulizia eccellente. Personale tutto estremamente professionale e cortese. Particolarmente il personale allo Ski & Bike Depot e quello al bar.

Cons:

Niente in particolare, forse il Wi-Fi potrebbe essere migliorato.
