Die Lage ist super und das meiste Personal auch.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und mMn sehr überteuert. Man zahlt die Lage. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kasten. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist fürchterlich.
Wir haben die Zimmer beim Check-In bezahlt, die Dame wollte diese beim Auschecken nochmal kassieren. Genauso das Frühstück- das haben wir im Restaurant bezahlt- auch das wollte die Dame nochmals kassieren.
Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag etwas chaotisch. Die zwei Damen, die uns bedienten, waren etwas überfordert und brachten ständig etwas Falsches. Die Chefin war sehr entgegenkommend und lud uns ein. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of Vienna to explore this beautiful city.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and very comfortable with extended minibar. The hotel is located right in the centre of Vienna with views from the breakfast room and restaurant directly onto the cathedral. Overall a brilliant hotel in the perfect location for a weekend break to Vienna with everything in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Zimmer, Bad... sehr schön. Aber der Eingang zum Hotel ist nicht so berauschend, vorbei an der Kaiserschmarrrnküche, im Lift hinauf, mini-Rezeption ohne Rezeptionisten. Kabel am Boden, Pakete am Biden... irgendwie unwürdig für so ein Haus. Rezeptionist war dann nett, obwohl er wichtiges Wissen nicht preisgegeben hat, z. B.: Jetzt, nich ohne Zimmerkarte, fährt der Lift nicht ins Lokal hinauf - obwohl er uns empfohlen hat, oben unser spätestens Frühstück einzunehmen. Das Personal im Lokal ist hingegen top! Freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit, merken sich, wo man am Abend hinfällt und fragen am nächsten Tag, wie es war. Somit bleibt als Hauptkritikpunkt die hässliche, verwaiste Rezeption, der Weg dorthin - passen nicht zu dem Hotel.
