Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, extremamente central e prática para explorar a cidade a pé. O quarto reservado também era muito amplo, com ótimo espaço interno, limpeza impecável e boas comodidades. A cama era confortável e, no geral, o quarto em si tinha potencial para proporcionar uma boa experiência.

Cons:

A principal decepção foi a grande diferença entre o padrão anunciado e o que efetivamente foi entregue. O hotel é vendido como cinco estrelas, porém a estrutura e a experiência estão muito distantes desse nível.

O acesso ao hotel já causa uma impressão ruim: para chegar à recepção, é necessário passar por uma loja de doces e frituras localizada no térreo, e o cheiro forte de gordura acaba impregnando os elevadores e áreas comuns. A recepção fica no sexto andar, compartilhando espaço com a entrada de um restaurante, e conta basicamente com um pequeno balcão de atendimento, sem qualquer sensação de sofisticação ou estrutura compatível com um hotel de luxo.

Outro ponto muito negativo foi o quarto possuir uma varanda voltada para uma área de emergência comum ao edifício, permitindo proximidade e acesso de terceiros, o que compromete completamente a privacidade. Isso nos impediu de manter cortinas abertas. Além disso, a vista era interna para o saguão do prédio, reforçando ainda mais a sensação de falta de privacidade e de uma estrutura incompatível com a proposta apresentada pelo hotel.

İhtiyaca yönelik olarak iyiydi.
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Banyo için ayrılan alan oldukça geniş ve çok konforluydu.

Cons:

Havalandırma çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Lobi yoktu. Ama konukları rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlardı.

Çok temiz. Çarşaflar çok iyi. Tuvalet ve duş yeni ve şık. Oda geniş. Camların dışında ayrıca iç kapak veya panjur vardı. Gürültü ve ışık önlüyordu.

Mükemmel, özellikle Katedral manzaralı oda muazzamdı
Pros:

Tam Merkez’de olması konumu muazzam. Altında Demel pastanesinin express şubesi olması sebebiyle gece 12:00’ye kadar ağır patisserie kokusu var, beni rahatsız etmedi ama istemeyen olabilir. Otelin iki adet restoranı var, dünya mutfağı ve uzakdoğu mutfağı. Menüsü çok zengin değil ama olanlar yeterli ve lezzetli. Türk işletme olduğu için türk kahvesi bulanildiğiniz tek yer, tiryakiler için bu önemli. Rezervasyon bulunamayan meşhur restoranlara Figlmüller ve Demel için resepsiyonun size reservasyon yapması büyük kolaylık. Biz hop on hop off turu dahil tüm rezervasyonları resepsiyondan yaptırdık.
Tüm nazik yardımları için yetkili otel personeli Erkan beye teşekkür ederim. Bir de Viyana’ya gelsem kalacağım tek otel burası olacaktır.
