Accueil chaleureux et personnel au petit soin
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin, merci à Hadeer pour sa gentillesse et son accueil !!
Mention spéciale au monsieur qui prend les commandes du room service le soir, les salades césar étaient très bonnes (1 sans fromage)

Lovely clean, new building. Staff lovely and helpful.

Lovely staff, clean. Loved being next to the Nile.

Cons:

Lots of weddings having their photos taken and blocking walk ways and a lot of praying noises.
Builders drilling next door.

A short but perfect stay with a great room and a lovely atmosphere!
Pros:

The room was absolutely superb—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The view from balcony was incredible (nile and air balloons at the early morning) 🥰. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, though we only stayed for one night, so we didn't have time to explore everything.

Parfait pour découvrir les merveilles de Louxor
Pros:

Une vue sur le Nil incroyable. Nos chambres étaient dans le côté restauré ou neuf de l'hôtel, les chambres étaient confortables et propres, les salles de bain très pratiques. Nous avons profité du service excursion de l'hôtel et nous avons bien fait ! Les chauffeurs de l'hôtel pour toutes nos excursions étaient très sympas, très professionnels et à l'écoute. Mention spéciale à notre capitaine "Ferrari" qui nous a emmené sur sa felouque au coucher du soleil, nous avons adoré !

Cons:

Les ascenseurs sont compliqués mais étant neufs j'imagine que cela sera rapidement réglé.

Beautiful and comfy stay in Luxor
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful! They had good security upon entrance. All of the staff were super kind and helpful! The pool/outside area was spacious and nice. Our room had a good view and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

We did have an issue with the water. We had taken a shower one night and the following even the water took some time to come out. We called the reception and they sent someone to help us right away. We also had some trouble getting the AC on and running.

Très bon hôtel sur Louxor, je recommande !
Pros:

Les chambres refaites à neuf et spacieuses du bâtiment blanc, l’accès direct au Nil, la vue sur le Nil avec le coucher du soleil, la grande piscine, la sécurité à l’entrée qui rassure, le personnel très souriant, beaucoup de verdure, produits d’hygiène +++

Cons:

Les restaurants…. De mauvaise qualité mais abordable et également la réception qui appelle chaque soir pour vérifier que nous sommes bien rentrés (même si c’est pour une question de sécurité)

Guter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage direkt am Nil. Die Zimmer hatten alles, was man braucht und auch Programm konnte über das Hotel organisiert werden, was sehr angenehm war.
Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Auf der Bettwäsche waren immer wieder fremde Haare zu finden.
