Merveilleux séjour dans un hôtel idéalement placé face au Nil.
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé dans une spacieuse chambre face au Nil. La literie est confortable. La piscine est vraiment agréable. Nous avons dîner au restaurant italien de l’hôtel qui était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié et de qualité, le personnel du petit déjeuner est très sympathique. Nous avons également réservé une excursion en Montgolfière avec Abdul, l’organisation était irréprochable et l’expérience exceptionnelle. Très beau séjour au Pyramisa Hôtel et merci à Maria pour sa petite attention.

Cons:

L’absence de wifi dans les chambres, uniquement à l’accueil quand ça fonctionne. Le manque d’informations de la réception de l’hôtel.

Nice hotel just by the Nile
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area was great. There's even a pick up place for feluccas. The staff were friendly. We especially appreciated the service from the organised tour desk. I cannot remember his name, but he was excellent and organised a great 2 days programme last minute.

Cons:

Although we had asked for a non-smoking room, the room was a smoking room. We aired the place and it was better, but not ideal. We didn't ask to change rooms and I'm sure they would have accommodated us if we had.
It is a little bit further out than other hotels, but we found a nice restaurant in the neighbourhood and they always helped with taxis if needed.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Large rooms, beautiful Nile view. Modern decor of foyer.

Cons:

Very slow check in. Errors in calculation of amounts to be paid. Very slow service in Italian restaurant. Awful pizza. Dirty sunbeds surrounded by litter and full ashtrays. Unimpressive breakfast.

Good location, with a beautiful view of the Nilo. Good value.
Pros:

Good localization, beautiful facilities with nice swimming pools and a magnificent view of Nilo.

Cons:

The facilities are beautiful but the rooms lack proper maintenance. I saw several details that revealed this problem. However, nothing serious.

Staff were great, but no wifi in the room was terrible

They did allow us to do late check-out

Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the bank of the Nile. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

We had a room with street view and unfortunately we could not sleep well because the street was very loud.The windows were not soundproof.
You can also book tours through the desk in the foyer but we found prices of the tours too expensive.
