Beautiful Hotel on the Nile
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Had an amazing stay at Pyramisa. The staff was warm and accommodating, from reception to wait staff they all made you feel welcomed and appreciated. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean and beautifully designed. Food was good and facilities well maintained. Highly recommend!

Dirty rooms
Pros:

The restaurant was good, and a beautiful location.

Cons:

At check in they didn't give any information at all, gave the room key to the the hotel Porter who took us to our room. We went back to reception to ask questions and then were given information.
On arriving back to our room which was late in the evening by the time we flew in we saw it was not cleaned properly, we were so disappointed. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, the most basic of cleaning hadn't been attended to. We were going to be out all day on a full day tour the next day and not arriving back until evening but I knew I couldn't stay another night.
We arranged another hotel that day.
On checking out we just wanted to leave, the receptionist asked us to wait a moment and guest relations came out and asked us why we were leaving early, we told her and she saw the photos we took and promised she would rectify the situation, we haven't heard from her.

Le check in a été rapide sauf qu’on a eu une petite surprise qui est de payer 16 eur de plus de ce qui a été mentionné sur booking et quand on a reclamé aupres de la réception on nous a parlé du taux de change du dollar à l’euro alors qu’on lui a bien mentionné que sur booking on nous a donné le montant en eur avec la conversion en dollars et que c’est pas le montant débité qu’il nous exige au niveau de l’hotel. Alors faites attention lors des côversion eur dollars lors du paiement.

A part ce petit désagrément, nous avons été accuili par Maria toute souriante et à l’ecoute faisant son possible pour nous procurer toutes les commodités adéquates à notre confort au niveau de notre chambe, avec abderramane et toute l’équipe du nettoyage qui faisait le ménage quotidiennement.

Au niveau de la piscine, un grand remerciement pour Mahmoud, il est top, très souriant, attentionné, on avait l’impression qu’il faisait parti de notre famille.

Pour le petit déjeuner, Ahmed saadi, Mohamed noubi, chef Sabrine et chef taha étaient au petit soin pour nous garantir à bon petit déjeuner avec des produits contrôlés et frais tout en étant à l’écoute des grands et des petits.

En résumé, hotel propre, chambre propre avc vu sur le nil, commodités très très satisfaisantes et personnel professionnel.

l’hôtel est extrêmement propre et la vue est exceptionnelle !! Les chambres sont très modernes nous étions dans les nouveaux bâtiments. Il y a plusieurs piscine très propre

Grande piscine et l'accès au Nil pour la balade en felouk le soir, restaurants simple et efficace. Parfait avec des enfants. Accueil du personnel très agréable.

Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Luxor.
Pros:

Very clean and modern room. We got a free upgrade on arrival. The pool area was very nice as well as the food and drinks on offer. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Allowed us a free late checkout because our flight was delayed till late.

Cons:

They have an Italian and Chinese restaurants on site but no local cuisine on offer at lunch and dinner, which would definitely be a plus.

Nous étions dans la nouvelle aile . Les chambres sont très belles, entièrement rénovées. vue sur le Nil . Les deux piscines sont très belles et agréables. La troisième piscine n était pas accessible mais elle est egalement très belle. Le staff est très gentil.

Cons:

Le service est un peu long .nous avons trouvé que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.
