Tres bon séjour à Louxor.
Pros:

Chambre tres confortable avec vue sur le Nil. L'hotel n'est pas trop loin en taxi des sites importants comme le temple de Louxor ou Karnak. L'hotel est tres spacieux avec plusieurs endroits sympa dans l'hotel pour manger ou boire un verre. Mention spéciale au restaurant italien.

Pros:

Les employés étaient vraiment très gentils, la piscine était très grande et super pour ce reposé. Le petit déjeuner très bien dés 6h. Il y a même un médecin que nous avons pu rencontrer pour un petit soucis c était parfait. Un grand merci à Assma à la réception qui s'est très bien occupé de nous :).

Cons:

Estuvimos 1 noche al terminar nuestro crucero por el Nilo, en cuanto a las intalaciones el Hotel esta muy bien, tanto la zona de los 2 restaurantes que tiene como la zona de piscinas. Pero nos quedamos con muy mal sabor de boca, por lo tanto no recomendaria para nada este hotel. Lo ocurrio fue que necesitavamos transporte para ir hacia el Mar rojo y los taxis/uber que nosotros encontravamos nos querian timar (algo no muy raro en este país). La cosa que que pedimos ayuda al propio hotel a ver si nos podia gestionar el traslado, nos dijeron que si, sin ningun problema a un coste igual que los otros taxis ( a sabiendas que estavamos siendo estafados) aceptamos ya que nos comunicaron que era su propia gente del hotel y chofer privado.
Para nuestra sorpresa nos mandaron a un chico de unos 19 años con un coche bastante deteriorado, nada que ver con los taxis/uber que habíamos contactado anteriormente. A todo eso le sumamos que el chico antes de salir de Luxor recogió a un amigo suyo no sabemos aun porque.
A mitad camino paramos para beber agua y a la que nos dimos cuenta estavan fumandose una cachimba (shisha).
Una gestion NEFASTA por parte del hotel. Ya que de ser un trayecto de unas 3h nos costó 5h.
Instalaciones del hotel buenas pero trato con el Personal 0. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was incredible, and the staff were some of the most helpful and welcoming people I have ever experienced. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.

A special thank you to Mohammed at reception, who made sure all my needs were taken care of throughout my stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. His kindness and excellent service really made a difference.

The hotel is clean, safe, peaceful, and has everything you could possibly need. I even had my laundry ironed at the hotel, and the service was very affordable, which was such a nice convenience.

The location was also great for sightseeing, with Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple just a short drive away. After spending the day exploring Egypt and experiencing the hustle and bustle of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to, relax, and unwind.

As a solo pregnant traveller, I especially appreciated how caring, attentive, and accommodating the staff were. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay.

My expectations were not only met — they were exceeded. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor. It is definitely a place I would love to come back to!

Cons:

It’s not about the property per say but the Taxi drivers that stand on the outside of the hotel can become very aggressive and pushy when looking for customers I wish the hotel would do something about them as I felt very uncomfortable every time I had to go outside.

Pros:

Deram-me um upgrade de quarto, o que foi uma excelente surpresa. A parte do hotel onde fiquei tem apenas três meses, por isso tudo estava muito novo e confortável. A cama era muito confortável e a localização, junto ao rio Nilo, é fantástica.
Os empregados foram todos, sem exceção, excecionais. Muito atenciosos e preocupados com o bem-estar dos clientes, perguntavam-nos diariamente se precisávamos de alguma coisa e o que poderiam fazer para melhorar a nossa estadia. Sempre que havia algo a melhorar, faziam tudo o que estava ao seu alcance para resolver a situação.
Foi uma experiência muito positiva, sobretudo pela atenção e dedicação de toda a equipa. Recomendo!

Cons:

A única coisa de que não gostei muito no alojamento foi o pequeno-almoço, que tem bastante a melhorar. O café com leite e a torrada são bons, mas falta variedade de fruta, pois tínhamos sempre apenas laranja e melão. A limpeza do hotel também podia ser melhor: as portas da casa de banho ainda tinham pó da obra, e os vidros e espelhos não estavam bem limpos. No geral, o hotel não estava propriamente sujo, mas notava-se alguma falta de cuidado e de brilho na limpeza.
