Der Raum war geräumig, das Bett fabelhaft. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Die Zwischenreinigung war sehr dürftig: Waschbecken, Kloschlüssel, Gläser blieben schmutzig. Die Lampe hatte einen Kurzschluss und hat mich geschockt, dafür konnten an den Steckdosen kaum etwas aufgeladen werden.

Pros:

The view and the pool (in February) were great. Hotel is old but renovated as much as possible. Breakfast is good. Stuff is really helpful. Especially Ms. Esraa helped us a lot. Thanks to Pyramisa El Uksur

Cons:

There were small mistakes but this is very normal for a busy hotel like this one. Most important is they corrected the mistakes immediately

Pros:

Situation géographique excellente surtout les chambres avec vue sur le Nile. Très bon accueil. Trés bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant italien est bien et les prix sont raisonables. Je recommande cet endroit.

Cons:

L’internet ne fonctionne pas très bien dans la chambre. Il faut aller à la réception.

- gute Lage direkt am Nil mit schönem Sonnenuntergang
- sehr freundliches Service-Personal

Cons:

- Check-in bzw. Reception sehr chaotisch
- Zimmer dreckig, WC-Papier wurde nicht aufgefüllt
- Bett sehr hart
- Zimmer mit Stadtblick sehr laut
- Tresor funktioniert plötzlich nicht, Hilfe erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage
- teilweise sehr unappetitliches Frühstücks-Buffett
- vor Hoteleingang wird man direkt von mehreren Taxi-Fahrern und Kutsch-Fahrern aufdringlich angesprochen
- WLAN funktioniert nur in der Lobby und auch dort nur sehr langsam. Download von einem Video z.B. ist absolut unmöglich.

Staff was very friendly. The view was amazing overlooking the Nile. There is a couple of cafés by the Nile inside of the hotel, which is nice.

Pros:

recently stayed at the Pyramisa Luxor Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the East Bank temples and right on the Nile, which made every morning feel magical. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent views of the river.

The hotel itself is a bit outdated, especially in terms of rooms decor, but everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view of the Nile is truly beautiful.

Good value with amazong location and view.
Pros:

Great location with amazing view over the nile, very nice outside recreation area with pool, cafes and kids playground. The Breakfast Buffet is literally huge with very big variety. Staff also very very friendly and helpful, they gave us a nice room and beds were Comfortable!

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old , would need a renovation. Also cleaning would not be at standards of 3+ star hotel would need a bit more deep cleaning at least when entering.

Room numbers in Luxor at the height of the season are limited and even poor hotels get filled.
Pros:

The hotel infrastructure is old and in need of repair and renovation. It caters to large groups of visitors and struggles at breakfast to cope with the numbers. Almost constant searching for tips is very annoying.

Cons:

Many areas need improvement.
