Quirky, authentic hotel in the heart of the Sassi
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, not great because we like eggs in the morning. It was a more than adequate continental breakfast that you order the day before.

Cons:

Older male staff person does not belong in the hospitality business. He did not smile, initiate eye contact , conversation, or a simple hello.

Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches, serviertes Frühstück in der Höhle, die zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt und das ruhige Platzerl für einen Drink vor der Türe.

Cons:

Der Preis ist sehr hoch und die Pizzeria daneben hat manchmal einen drum&base DJ.

Staff was a failure. Location nice.
Pros:

Nice location and view.

Cons:

Staff was not giving right information. She sent us to the park butler were not allowed to go down with our sneakers. Unfriendly. Unprofessional and not good English knowledge. No one was there when we arrived.
Toilet was broken. Very sticky air in the room

Caveoso Hotel is a gorgeous, very clean and comfortableunique accommodation. I recommend it highly.
Pros:

Pretty much everything. Location. Its unique beauty and character. The breakfast. Most of the staff.

Cons:

The man who served us breakfast seemed constantly annoyed at us and never smiled. We were quiet, considerate guests. His demeanor kind of ruined the mood each morning. All the other staff were wonderful!

Schönes Hotel in einer außergewöhnlichen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Man konnte sowohl die Altstadt, als auch den Park Murgia Materana fußläufig sehr gut erreichen.
Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Höhlenzimmer gebucht. Das war allerdings sehr feucht. Man hat uns von alleine ein anderes Zimmer in der ersten Etage angeboten, was wir dankend angenommen haben. Die Aussicht war fantastisch.
