Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Höhlenambiente im Zimmer und in der Lobby und die öffentliche Terrasse war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig.

Προσοχή στους περιορισμούς κίνησης των αυτοκινητων
Pros:

Το πρωινό και μάλιστα η επιλογή να μας το φέρνουν στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία τοτ ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική αφού μπορείς με τα πόδια να εξερευνήσεις την παλιά πόλη.

Cons:

Το ότι μας ενημερώσαν για την πολιτική απαγόρευσης εισόδου των αυτοκινήτων στην παλιά πόλη μόλις λίγες ώρες πριν το check in με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε πρόστιμο από την τοπική αστυνομία. Κάτι τόσο σημαντικό θα έπρεπε να προετοιμάζει τους επισκέπτες μέρες πριν και όχι την τελευταία στιγμή. Ελπίζω να καταλάβουν οι υπεύθυνοι του ξενοδοχείου πως την ίδια μέρα που φτάνουν οι ταξιδιώτες στο ξενοδοχείο ταξιδεύουν προκειμένου να φτάσουν και μπορεί όπως εμείς να μην ελέγχουν διαρκώς τα email τους

Lovely little hotel, maybe a bit pricey
Pros:

Interesting place, prerry view, but our room was not in a cave. It was a little worn out but nice enough, though wuite expensive.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too expensive for its wualiry, but that seemed to be the overall pruce level in Matera - high.

Good hotel and amazing matera.
Pros:

Great rooms

Cons:

Staff could do better dealing with the tourists.
A small less than 1 inch paste which is not enough for one person costs additional 2 euros.
One staff called a taxi company and charged 10 euros for just calling a taxi. One staff yelled at 8 year old girl for taking 2 candy.

Čarobno mjesto predivnih domaćina, autohtone hrane, okružene divnom prirodom. Domaćini su izuzetni, hrana božanstvena. Večera koja se priprema na imanju sa namjernicama koje domaćini uzgajaju je prefina, a doručak je najfiniji doručak ikad! Hvala domaćinima na nezaboravnom iskustvu i boravku.
