Pros:

Small room very small bathroom, no TV first night. No coffee maker first day, terrible wifi, till following day brought us router for in room. . Believed breakfast was included but it wasn't, beach appeared organized but it was terrible . Highly recommend you don't stay here, not worth the money at all expected so much more. Not to mention the creepy owners appearing pit of nowhere always trying to get in your busibess

Pros:

Nice location right at the sea side. The room was clean, the bed comfy. The owners are very friendly and made us a very good breakfast with home made portocalopita and fresh orange juice, although we were the only guests.

Περάσαμε από την όμορφη Κυπαρισσία και μείναμε μόνο για μια νύχτα — όμως αυτή η μία βραδιά ήταν αρκετή για να νιώσουμε σαν να μας υποδέχθηκαν παλιοί, αγαπημένοι φίλοι. Η εγκάρδια φιλοξενία του κυρίου Κώστα, το υπέροχο, σπιτικό πρωινό που ετοίμασε με μεράκι η κυρία Ρένα, και η χαλαρή, ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα του Ξενοδοχείου τους μάς έκαναν να θέλουμε να επιστρέψουμε. Και θα το κάνουμε. Ευχαριστούμε ολόψυχα για όλα.

Beautiful property in a great position on edge of resort with great hosts and superb breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful property on the edge of Kalo Nero so lovely and quiet and just a short walk to bars and restaurants, and a walk in the other direction takes you to miles of unspoilt beaches which you can have to yourself. The hosts are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was lovely. From our perspective we are so glad we booked here and would not have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Direkt am Meer, super Frühstück und ein absolut nettes Betreiberehepaar!
Pros:

Das Betreiberehepaar ist super freundlich, absolut hilfsbereit und hält eine Menge wertvoller Tipps bereit. Jedes Zimmer hat Blick aufs Meer. Das Hotel stellt Strandliegen zur Verfügung. Restaurants und Bars sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, absolut sauber und gepflegt und bietet ein reichhaltiges, leckeres, selbstgemachtes Frühstück, das ich nur empfehlen kann. Ein absolut entspannter Strand-Urlaub mit vielen interessanten Ausflügen ins Landesinnere ist dort garantiert!

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα ο ιδιοκτήτης.Καθαρό πρωινό ,αρκετό και ποιοτικό.Λιγο παραπάνω προσοχή στις παροχές γιατί υπήρχαν ελλείψεις όπως σε εμάς οι πετσέτες προσώπου.

La nostra esperienza in questa splendida suite è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La camera, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio, offriva ogni comfort possibile e una vista mare da togliere il fiato. La notte, il silenzio era totale: si sentivano solo i grilli e il dolce suono delle onde, una vera melodia naturale che conciliava il sonno e la pace interiore.
Il mare, a pochi passi, è un paradiso: acqua cristallina, tiepida e trasparente, perfetta per nuotare e rilassarsi. Ancora più emozionante è stata la scoperta che la spiaggia si trova in uno dei siti di deposizione delle uova delle tartarughe Caretta caretta. Trovarsi immersi in una riserva naturale così preziosa e incontaminata, senza strutture rumorose o divertimenti artificiali, è stato un privilegio raro: qui si viene per vivere in simbiosi con la natura, rispettandola e lasciandosi avvolgere dalla sua bellezza autentica.
Un elogio speciale va ai proprietari, persone estremamente gentili e sempre attente a ogni necessità degli ospiti. La colazione è stata una vera coccola quotidiana, ricca di dolci greci tipici e preparazioni casalinghe: indimenticabile la torta al latte della signora Irene e i deliziosi pasticcini ripieni di ricotta. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore e che consigliamo a chiunque desideri vivere un’esperienza unica di relax, natura e autentica ospitalità greca.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

A wonderful stay with the delightful Costas and Irida. An authentic Greek resort a few minutes walk along the sea front from the local village with many restaurants. Costas has a great knowledge of the historical sites to visit in the Peloponnese and will help in any way he can.

Everything was just perfect! Situated in a picturesque location, only 5' away from the beautiful Kalo Nero. The breathtaking view, the room facilities, as well as the hostility of the staff are the perfect combination for relaxing holidays including a variety of choices for . A hidden gem!
Pros:

Although my stay in the hotel was brief, it was as pleasant as it could be! From the extremely comfy beds and quiet rooms to the tasty home-made breakfast and beautiful view, I can safely say that it far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely make sure to visit it again in the summer with my family!

Pros:

more than anything we liked Kostas and Irida's hospitality - he gave us fresh figs from the tree, showed us around, and gave us a lot of information for planning our trip. the hotel is very well kept, neat and tidy, breakfast is very rich, the beach is 30 meters away from the gate and was so un-crowded even the hight of the season. Many places to visit are within a short distance drive. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly
