Der Aufenthalt in der Residence BENE war insgesamt sehr entspannt und toll.
Pros:

Die Lage war ausserordentlich gut. Wir haben ein Zimmer zum Innenhof gehabt. Das war sehr ruhig. Personal war freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt keinen Grund zur Reklamation.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville. On peut presque tout faire à pied ! ☺️ Et sinon, il y a également un arrêt de tram à proximité.

L’insonorisation était top ! Je n’ai pas particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner car il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix, mais ça restait correct quand même.

Le lit est très confortable, la chambre est TRÈS grande et surtout très propre.

Et pour le prix, franchement, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Le tarif est très abordable pour une qualité vraiment top.

Je recommande ! 😊

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu był w pełni udany. Pokój okazał się czysty i wygodny, a obsługa była miła i pomocna. Śniadania były smaczne. Miejsce ma też dobrą lokalizację. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i zapewne nie ostatni. Polecam.

Da scegliere per la posizione ,cortesia e disponibilità
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale.vicino a tutto in pochi minuti a piedi.
Proprio davanti ci sono due negozi ,uno panini di carne favoloso e l'altro , sisters,per salati e dolci da bontà.
Camera spaziosa,siamo stati in quattro.
E pulita .
Lo staff disponibile .ci hanno dato modo di lasciare i bagagli sia per il check in,eravamo in anticipo ,che per il check out..il volo era nel pomeriggio.
Bella vacanza .

Cons:

Il bagno piccolo,lavandino lillipuziano! Ma ci si adatta.
La colazione potrebbe migliorare .i ,dolci sono un po' scarsi, dolcetti del supermercato.per.i salati più scelta.

Pros:

Lobenswert war die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das es mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet war. Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist eine Kathastrophe, das Auto wurde vom Personal in den Hof gefahren und an einer Hauswand abgestellt. Zur Fahrertür waren 10 cm Luft, zum Kofferraum ebenso. Wer sein Fahrzeug mit Klavierlack schont freut sich sehr wenn der Mitarbeiter über die Beifahrertür aussteigt und über die Mittelkonsole klettert. Beim automatischen öffnen der Kofferraumklappe wurde der Lack von der Hauswand beschädigt(das kann der Mitarbeiter aber nicht wissen) und ein Zugriff auf das Fahrzeug ist nur mit Personal möglich. Ein rumfahren zu umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten stelle ich mir schwierig vor. Ein Mitarbeiter sprach dann zum Glück Deutsch und das Auto wurde zumindest so geparkt das der Kofferraum auf ging, der Schaden war aber nun schon da. Für mich bei 22 Euro nicht aktzeptabel und sehr ärgerlich. Prinzipiell ist die Kommunikation fast nur in Englisch möglich und weder ich weiß was der Mitarbeiter von mir will, noch versteht er mich.
