This hotel is dependable and comfortable with professional quality staff.
Pros:

This hotel is a real hotel with the staff constantly available. The location is excellent. The breakfast is superior with many healthy choices available. The staff was helpful in assistance in taking the bus to Siena. If I return to San Gimignano, I would gladly stay at this hotel.

Cons:

More terry cloth towels would be good instead of the flat ones.

Location was great. As central as it gets.

Cons:

Our room was down a hallway close to the restaurant and we could hear all the noise from the restaurant. The aircon also didn't work properly.

Tutto perfetto a partire dalla posizione nella piazza stupenda e in pieno centro, staff, pulizia, la camera era molto bella pulita e grande. Non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio!

Epic location in central square, super comfy room and large bathroom with a shower in the bath

Cons:

No view and rather grumpy staff; also unusual not to have breakfast included though a bonus to go and eat elsewhere in the town

Die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse ist nicht zu toppen, wuuuuunderschööön.Die Lage mitten im Ort ist perfekt. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Der Start war etwas holprig. Unsere großen E Mountainbikes mussten in eine kleine Kammer gequetscht werden. Aber immerhin überdacht.

very pleasant - it suited our needs.
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of town - actually quite easy to park and walk up. Our room didn't have a view - but we didn't stay in it that much as there is so much to see in this beautiful little town.

Cons:

The room could have had a kettle so I could make some tea. perhaps a quilt on the bed rather than blanket.
