Pros:

La posizione al centro di Sam Gimignato è perfetta. Le stanze che danno sull'interno sono molto silenziose anche quando il piazza c'è un po' di movimento. Il personale della reception è molto gentile; soprattutto le due ragazze si sono fatte in quattro per trovarmi una soluzione ottimale per i miei spostamenti in taxi.

Cons:

Qualche piccola difficoltà nel trovare la mia stanza. L'albergo è disposto su piani sfasati e, al primo approccio appare un po' labirintico, ma non credo si possa migliorare; è lo scotto da pagare per gli edifici storici.

Pros:

Great location in the absolute centre of San Gimignano. Comfortable twin room that wasn't luxurious but absolutely met our needs. Staff were good but not super-helpful. Overall good for a one-night stay.

Fabulous - right on the plaza. Courteous staff.
Pros:

Had a Valley view room - spectacular views! Good size room and a nice big bathroom. Appreciated the linen hand towels - very traditional Italian.

Cons:

Had twin beds”, but very narrow. Could have used a regular size twin bed. Would like to see shampoo and conditioner separate from body wash.

This hotel is dependable and comfortable with professional quality staff.
Pros:

This hotel is a real hotel with the staff constantly available. The location is excellent. The breakfast is superior with many healthy choices available. The staff was helpful in assistance in taking the bus to Siena. If I return to San Gimignano, I would gladly stay at this hotel.

Cons:

More terry cloth towels would be good instead of the flat ones.
