The location is very good. Some staff were very helpful.
We had a poor arrival. We were allocated a very small room with an awful outlook. The room was changed to something better but why give us this room in the first place. We had booked early and the better room was obviously available. I thought the hotel was a bit tired. Bistro and restaurant areas were not particularly nice. Shame. We stayed here years ago when it was nice.

This was such a wonderful hotel to stay in and right in the middle of the town. I absolutely loved the terrace adjacent to the room and it was truely magical seeing the stars next to the towers at night. This really lifted my trip and made me want to come back again which I will definitely will at some point!
We had an astounding view of the town square

The room was big. It had a good breakfast with an amazing view and it was not expensive. The hotel was literally in the center of the town which nade it even better.
The look of the rooms is kind of old, but non the less very clean so dont worry
The location is superb and the views over the square and in particular at the side and rear from the restaurant couldn’t be better. The bathroom facilities worked well, as did the a/c (it was 34C outside).
Our reception was unwelcoming, offering no assistance with baggage transfer to our room. The rooms were basic and without tea making facilities but for one night, adequate.
The location was excellent. Staff were really helpful and helped resolve problems caused by rail strike. Views, from our room and elsewhere in hotel, fabulous. Restaurant was good value for money.
Room wax a little small and kettle would have been appreciated. However, plus side towels and bathroom lovely, bed comfortable.

We had the best views, overlooking Tuscany. The location was perfect, the room was large and very clean. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. Great food and wine.
