Pros:

Velký obdiv českému personálu.
Snídaně byly bohaté a nic nechybělo. V hotelu je čisto, postel překvapivě pohodlná.
I personál v restauraci byl výborný a jejich péče byla příjemná.
Když kritizuji večeře, musím také pochválit zákusky - některé.

Cons:

Večeře byly slabší, ať už jde o výběr jídel nebo jejich kvalitu a chuť. Bylo velmi těžké najít chutnou kombinaci. Vepřový guláš jsem musel vrátit, bohužel. Maso zavánělo a dochucení bylo takové nějaké divoké. K první večeči jsem si dal Plzeň za, tuším, 90Kč. Na stole mi přistál podmírák, chyběla snad celá horní třetina. Sklenice byla suchá, takže pěna vypadala nevábně. Nevím za skoro stovku bych čekal pivo jako křen.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und sehr nettes Personal. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Daß man am Kaffee-Automat manchmal Schlangestehen mußte war ungewöhnlich aber auch nicht schlimm.

Das ideal Kur - Hotel mit Charme.
Pros:

Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zum erfüllten Zimmerwunsch war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gewesen. Die Halbpension war eine positive Überraschung: Abwechslung an allen 3 Tagen, immer sofort aufgefüllt und alles frisch. Der Roséwein mit guten 4 € war lecker und bezahlbar im Hotelrestaurant. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. In echt sogar größer und mit einem tatsächlich kühlenden Kühlschrank. Dank Balkon immer kühl und angenehm da Ausrichtung nach Osten.

Essen Abends war nicht gut, beim Frühstück haben wir Banane beim Obst vermisst. Hätten gerne Dusche statt Badewanne war, aber beim Nachfrage nicht möglich

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist sehr eng.Früh wrd man von den Autos geweckt.Das Frühstück war die ganzen Tage gleich.Direkt in der City gelegen und Restaurants alle fußläufig.

Pros:

Хороший отель в центре города. Приветливый, дружелюбный персонал. Хорошие процедуры.Вкусная еда, каждый день мясо и рыба, овощи, салаты, десерты.Возит микроавтобус людей до соседнего отеля в бассейн и сауну.

Cons:

Плохо, что нет своего бассейна, есть сауна, но только платная.

Málo zásuvek na pokoji( musely jsme zakoupit prodlužovačku), nefunkční odsávání na toaletě, nemožnost výběru čaje u snídaně ( pouze černý a uvařený ve várnici), nebyla bezkofeinová káva , celkově strohé stravování a předražené nápoje.

Wir sind unzufrieden bereits kurz nach der Anreise wieder abgereist, denn obwohl in der Hotelbeschreibung eine Saune verzeichnet war, sollte diese 8€ pro Person und Stunde kosten. Das angekündigte Gespräch mit der Hotelleitung fand nicht statt. Wir wurden vertröstet bis klar war, dass die Hotelleitung nicht kommen würde.
