Pros:

Hezký hotel na pěkném místě, parádní welnes a bazén. Procedury je potřeba zamluvit předem. Pěkně čisté pokoje. Měli jsme polopenzi, jídlo výborné i velký výběr.

Cons:

Džus ke snídani hodně nařeďený vodou, kdyby byla čistá voda, bylo by to lepší.

TV-Empfang nur "Das Erste" Alle anderen deutschen Sender waren als SD die Privaten gar nicht programmiert. Die Öffentlich-Rechtlichen sind eben nur noch in HD verfügbar. Bei schlechten Wetter wäre das gut gewesen.
Der Parkplatz ist mit 14,50€ für Tschechien zu teuer, bei Buchung direkt im Hotel wäre er kostenfrei gewesen, bei Nachfrage ist man uns uns hier nicht entgegen gekommen. Meine Frau bekam den Topper und ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen auf Nachfrage sofort noch am gleichen Tag.

Wir kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns, dass wir alles im Haus hatten. Schwimmbad, Fitness und Behandlungen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation in der Physiotherapie ist noch ausbaufähig. Die Verpflegung war gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Nötige kleine Reparaturen sollten regelmäßig durchgeführt werden, um dieses schöne Haus zu erhalten.

Okay, aber einige Schwächen für den Preis und 4 Sterne.

Cons:

Während der Frühstückszeiten langes anstehen an der EINEN Kaffeemaschine. Angeblicher " Saft " zum Frühstück absolut ungeniesbar und vollkommen verwässert. Erhebliche Zusatzkosten falls man den " Spa Bereich " nutzen möchte, 25 Euro pro Person für 2 Stunden. Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und sehr staublastig, Kissen billigste Qualität, deshalb ggf. eigenes mitbringen. Badezimmerfön mit minimaler Leistung, Dusche sehr rutschig Achtung Unfallgefahr. Gefühlsmäßig !! bei Buchung über Booking als Gast nicht unbedingt angesehen. ( subjektive Meinung ) Beschreibung auf Booking unbedingt richtig lesen.

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, wenn man in Kontakt war. Es gab verschiedene Speisenauswahl, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.
Die Optik des Hotels war sehr luxuriös, toller Stuck, schöne Dekorationen.

Cons:

Leider war der Service nicht sehr gut. Wir wurden oft im Restaurant nicht bedient bzgl Getränke.
Man musste den Parkplatz zusätzlich bezahlen, was umgerechnet etwa 17€ pro Nacht pro Fahrzeug, das fand ich etwas unschön.
Die finnische Sauna muss man extra bezahlen, was ich schade finde.

Pros:

Pěkné místo, příjemný hotel, velmi milý a ochotný personál, dobré jidlo (snídaně i večeře), bazén a dostupnost wellness, procedury v ceně. Vše čisté a upravené.

Cons:

Škoda, že osvětlení v jídelně a lobby baru nevytváří příjemnou atmosféru. V jídelně je světlo příliš LED studené a v lobby bar zase tmavé, coz vytváří dojem - hotel je zavřený. Obojí bohužel bez atmosféry, která by lákala déle posedět a nebo vůbec vyzývala k návštěvě konkrétně baru. Celkově bar a spodní patro wellness působí zastarale a kazí celkový dojem hotelu. Toto je jen tip k vylepšení, nic, kvůli čemu bych hotel, personál a nebo jidlo hodnotila negativně a nebo se do hotelu nevrátila.

Fairytale chateau outside and inside
Pros:

Beautiful place from outside, tastfully decorated interior with numerous oil portrait paintings and unusual beautiful expensive looking Christmas decorations. Chandaliers everywhere including the bedroom. We got a room with an extra bedroom attached to it. There was a music night in the lobby which was free of charge. Good wifi.

Cons:

Ordinary water missing at breakfast buffet, also missing was undiluted orange juice or apple juice. There always seemed to have been a long queue for coffee. Parking is a bit pricy (€16 pre night).
