Pros:

Krásný hotel v zámeckém stylu, obklopený lesem, bazén s posilovnou přístupný celý den, výborné jídlo a možnost využít spa procedury.

Cons:

Páteční živá hudba byla moc hlasitá. Procedury je možné využít až od 14 let.

Größtenteils sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Parkplatz recht teuer, zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer, Trockenmöglichkeit für Badebekleidung und Bademäntel fehlt, Essensauswahl könnte abwechslungsreicher sein (sowohl morgens als auch abends)

Cons:

1. Personalul care chiar daca stie engleza refuza sa vorbească. Greu te poti face inteles. "Doamna" de la recepție SPA s-a intors cu spatele cand am încercat să cer niște informații și nici măcar nu a vrut să încerce să purtăm un dialog nici cu ajutorul unui translator.
2.Medicul fără pic de empatie, parcă vorbeai cu peretele. Intelegea engleză dar efectiv nu vroia să vorbească.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Cons:

Parkplatz und Sauna kosten extra, Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, Frühstück ist lieblos, Atmosphäre wie in einem Altersheim, Kaffee im Zimmer nur mit Aufpreis ab Tag 2.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Es wird offensichtlich immer viel in den Erhalt investiert. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Der Innenpool hatte in der schönsten Tageszeit nicht geöffnet. Sehr schlecht, hatten wir noch nie.
Zu den Esszeiten waren immer nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden. Nebenan war jede Menge Platz aber nicht versperrt. Was soll das den sein?

Красивый отель в красивом месте. Чистый, персонал предупредительный и доброжелательный.

Cons:

При бронировании указано, что это СПА отель, цена соответствующая. Но в цену, как оказалось, входит только бассеин и маленькая парилка, все остальное за отдельную плату. Завтрак довольно скромный. За паркинг берут цену как в центре города, хотя отель находится на горе на окраине. Утром нас попросили освободить номер в 10 часов. Довольно рано, учитывая, что и завтрак до 10 утра.

Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, ansonsten sehr unfreundlich und forsch.

Cons:

Die Angebote im Spa konnten nicht gebucht werden, da bereits alles ausgebucht war. Außerdem hatte die Spa Rezeption am Wochenende keine ausreichenden Öffnungszeiten. Leider hatte auch der Innenpool jeden Tag Mittags geschlossen. Das Abendessen hatte etwas von Krankenhauskantine.
