Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Es wird offensichtlich immer viel in den Erhalt investiert. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Der Innenpool hatte in der schönsten Tageszeit nicht geöffnet. Sehr schlecht, hatten wir noch nie.
Zu den Esszeiten waren immer nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden. Nebenan war jede Menge Platz aber nicht versperrt. Was soll das den sein?

Красивый отель в красивом месте. Чистый, персонал предупредительный и доброжелательный.

Cons:

При бронировании указано, что это СПА отель, цена соответствующая. Но в цену, как оказалось, входит только бассеин и маленькая парилка, все остальное за отдельную плату. Завтрак довольно скромный. За паркинг берут цену как в центре города, хотя отель находится на горе на окраине. Утром нас попросили освободить номер в 10 часов. Довольно рано, учитывая, что и завтрак до 10 утра.

Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, ansonsten sehr unfreundlich und forsch.

Cons:

Die Angebote im Spa konnten nicht gebucht werden, da bereits alles ausgebucht war. Außerdem hatte die Spa Rezeption am Wochenende keine ausreichenden Öffnungszeiten. Leider hatte auch der Innenpool jeden Tag Mittags geschlossen. Das Abendessen hatte etwas von Krankenhauskantine.

Krásné okolí, stylové ubytování.

Cons:

V pokoji nebyla klimatizace, chyběl šampón, krém, nedoplnili nám toaletní papír během dvoudenního pobytu. Župany měly díru na rameni a poutka visela na nitce. Na snídani čaje značky Pickwick ( čekala bych prémiové čaje například Basilur), chyběly pomazánky, více paštik, káva měla divnou pachuť, v bazénu se odlupovala mozaika a strop a vířivka a sauna už od půl deváté nejela, i když zavírali až v devět. Neodpovídá kvalitám čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu. Hotel Horal v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm nebo hotel Santon v Brně nebo hotel Dlouhé Stráně či Červenohorské sedlo v Jeseníkách jsou ukázkové čtyřhvězdičkové hotely a za nižší cenu, Chateau Monty by se mohl inspirovat, jak to má vypadat. Už bych asi znovu nejela, určitě ne za cenu, kterou si účtují.

Pros:

Alles soweit So gut, aber wir haben Monty gebucht und wurden kurz vor der Anreise konfrontiert das wir in anderes Hotel müssen, da es bei der Buchung etwas schief gelaufen ist, das fanden wir nicht so ganz in Ordnung. Aber sonst war alles ok.

Cons:

Sehr zentral gelegen das Hotel.

Paní recepční noc milá a jídlo dobré.

Cons:

Na pokoji za 4000kc by bylo vhodné nějaké příslušenství na přípravu kávy, čaje. Případně voda zdarmaw. Byla tam připravena láhev z vodu za 60kc
