Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade aangeboden en tijdens het verblijf werden we altijd vriendelijk geholpen.

Samlet set en god uge med dejlig udsigt, god morgenmad og nemt med togstationen nær ved.

Beliggenhed ( herunder udsigt fra balkonen) og morgenmaden

Cons:

Når personalet “kun” kommer på værelset hver anden dag, så er det ikke helt godt nok, at man misser at komme. Det skal dog retfærdigvis siges, at værelset blev tilset dagen efter. (Altså på 3. dagen).
Herudover lod vi os overtale til at købe et måltid mad i restauranten den første aften, hvor jeg måtte give kr. 150 for en portion pasta, som groft sagt ikke var andet end en tallerken pasta. Så vi afstod fra at bruge restauranten om aftenen resten af ugeopholdet.

Pros:

La piscina esterna, i parcheggio comodo e la vasca con vista in camera.

Cons:

Si tratta di una struttura un pò invecchiata rimasta agli anni 90.
In un quattro stelle parecchie cose non vanno.
Le pulizie solo una volta ogni due gg non sono da 4 stelle. In camera mancavano salviette carta igienica e phon all arrivo.
Il buffet è carente di indicazioni chiare , non ci sono proprio per intolleranze etc. Stessa cosa a colazione e cena.

I camerieri a fatica parlano qualcosa in inglese e non tutti, ma diciamo ci si intende.

Per i bambini non ci sono menu dedicati.

Purtroppo nel complesso un pò deludente.

Snidane byly velmi dobre. Zamilovala jsem si vyhled z pokoje i koupelny, ten byl proste kouzelny ♡ Blizkost tramvaje do mesta take paradni. Pokoj byl cisty. Vyuzili jsme i bazen a saunu. Venkovni jezirko bylo krasne, ale kvuli pocasi nevyuzite.

Cons:

Personal v den odjezdu nam bohuzel podal chybne informace a tim jsme ztratili 30 min, ktete pro nas byly celkem dulezite. Pokoj za me neodpovidal cene, chybely nam zupany i fen, ktery byl uvedeny ve vybaveni pokoje. Navic bych necekala, ze hotel nebude mit na pokoji varnou konvici, sklenicky (krome tech v koupelne), lednicku nebo hygienicke potreby jako vatove tamponky apod..Pravda nedoptavala jsem se na recepci, zda je mozne je dostat, ale beru to ve 4* hotelu jako standard.
