Grand lit. Balcon. Stationnement gratuit. Accès au spa.

Cons:

Comportement de la réceptionniste au départ. Aucun accueil canin, le chien étant interdit dans de nombreuses parties de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Personal war freundlich, gutes Frühstück und perfekt für Radfahrer geeignet mit separatem Fahrrad Raum

Cons:

Sehr warmer Spabereich, leider war das Dampfbad bei unserem Besuch ausser Betrieb. Die Platz Karten am Frühstücks Tisch waren sehr verwirrend für uns.

Wir hatten für einen Kurzbesuch von Insbruck nur 2 Übernachtungen. Würden wir wieder so machen.
Pros:

Es gab ein Standardfrühstück. OK
Wir hatten Kleidung im Hotel vergessen. Das freundliche Personal hat uns diese schnell zugeschickt.
Mit der Strassenbahn, die in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war, konnten wir bis ins Zentrum von Insbruck fahren.
Mit der Gästekarte sogar umsonst. Wir wurden von der Rezeption ausführlich über die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung informiert und erhielten Stadtpläne.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatte nur eine sehr begrenzte Speisekarte. 3 Gerichte. Nichts besonderes.

Lage und Abendessen toll, Ausstattung leider nicht mehr so gut in Schuss.
Pros:

Das Abendessen war immer fantastisch und immer für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei (Auswahl aus drei Hauptgängen mit entweder Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegetarisch). Der Naturteich mit dem Aublick nach draußen war wunderschön. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren toll!

Cons:

Abrechnung der Getränke konnte nicht auf das Zimmer geschrieben werden, sondern musste immer einzeln bezahlt werden. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Dusche (gerade Fugen und Überlaufschutz) müssten dringend überholt werden, diese waren schon sehr rissig/schmutzig (Schimmel?). Die Sessel am Balkon waren bereits bei Ankunft dreckig. Insgesamt gab es eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Das Dampfbad war leider während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt. Die Liegen am Schwimmteich im Außenbereich hatten auch zum Teil schon sichtbare Schäden, sodass man sie nicht mehr richtig verwenden konnte. Die Handtücher, die im Saunabereich zur Verfügung standen, waren eher kleiner und eigentlich zum saunieren zu klein.

Es gab einen Fahrrad-Schuppen, der auch als kleine Werkstatt ausgerüstet war. Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen gab es kaum noch Salat, trotzdem hat man uns 4 Mal den grossen Salatteller abgerechnet, obwohl unsere Kinder nur einzelne Gurkenscheiben auf dem Teller hatten. Beim Frühstück gab es einiges an Wurst und Käse nur noch nach Nachfrage. Im Gäste-WC gab es keine Papierhandtücher. Unterhalb unseres Zimmers haben ständig Gäste geraucht, was in unser Zimmer gezogen ist, usw.

Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch im Hotel Seppl
Cons:

Abendessen zwischen 18.00 und 21.00 Uhr - um 19.15 Uhr hatte es weder Feldsalat noch grüner Salat noch Tomaten. Als wir baten es möge nachgefüllt werden hiess es dass sie nichts mehr da haben. Dasselbe war mit einem Langbrot das nur noch den Anschnitt hatte und auch nichts mehr da war
Die Bedienung war alleine und gestresst und dementsprechend sehr launig und kurzsilbig
Am nächsten Tag haben wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet und da hiess es nur sie kann das ja mal weitergeben - keine Entschuldigung und nichts was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ein Armutszeugnis ist
