Die Lage sehr erholsam, die Angebote u.a Spa Bereich ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung und die Verbindung mit STB (kostenlose Fahrkarten vom Hotel) nach Innsbruck standen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber unterbesetzt. Der Hotelmanager komplett überfordert.

Ausgezeichneter Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Wir machten als Familie mit Kindern einen Kurzurlaub. Vom Empfang bis zum Check-Out war das Personal unglaublich kompetent und das auf eine sehr authentische, unaufgeregte, freundliche Art. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen traditionellen Stil, die Ausstattung ist Up-to-Date. Das Frühstück war lecker und verleitet zu mehr wie nötig. Aber keine Sorge: die Umgebung ist dafür gemacht, jede aufgenommene Kalorien zu verbrennen.
@Management: aus Gästesicht super Personal - achtet auf Damen 🙂

Hab mich wohlgefühlt, komme gern wieder.Meine Freunde würden das Hotel beim nächsten Mal auch buchen
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig , freundliche Bedienungen.
Zimmer war zweckmässig, schön der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und in den Garten.
Meine Freunde konnten problemlos zum Frühstück dazu gebucht werden, durften ihr Wohnmobil kostenlos für eine Nacht vor dem Hotel parken. Sehr entgegenkommende Angestellte an der Rezeption.
Sauna und Pool habe ich genossen.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Sauna auch an Schlechtwettertagen erst um 15 Uhr benutzbar ist.
Manche Wände bräuchten einen neuen Anstrich (z.B. im Schwimmbad bröckelt die Farbe von der Wand).
