Pros:

Die Lage zur stubaitalbahn war sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplätze kostenfrei. Die beiden pools waren sehr schön. Der Blick vom hotelbalkon in die Berge. Jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser fürs Zimmer

Cons:

Leider keine kühl Möglichkeit im Zimmer. Sehr viele Wespen beim Frühstück und auf Balkon und wenn man nicht aufpassen tut auch im Zimmer.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage war ruhig. Innsbruck ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Trotzdem sich die Mitarbeiterinnen viel Mühe gaben, wirkten sie überfordert.

Plašs ģimenes numuriņš ar terasi un jauku skatu uz kalniem. Bezmaksas autostāvvieta teritorijā. Labas brokastis.

Cons:

Viesnīcā uzturējāmies karstā vasaras periodā un prasījās tomēr ledusskapis numuriņā, dzērienu atdzesēšanai.

Pros:

Hotel położony w klimatycznej wiosce Muters nie daleko centrum Innsbrucka. Bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum za pomocą lini tramwajowej(STB). Dla gości hotelowych powyżej 2 nocy darmowe bilety komunikacji miejskiej. Z hotelu piękne widoki na góry, darmowe miejsca parkingowe przed hotelem. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania. Pokoje czyste utrzymane w Tyrolskim stylu. Bardzo miła obsługa, szczególnie Pani Maria (rozmawia w języku polskim) która służy radą i pomocą.

Συνολικά όμορφη εμπειρια διαμονής σε αλπικό τοπίο
Pros:

Όμορφη τοποθεσία, 20λεπτά από το Ινσμπουκ με μέσα μεταφοράς. Το κατάλυμα ειναι πολυ ομορφο, σε παραδοσιακό αυστριακό στυλ μεσα στις Αλπεις.

Cons:

Δεν ειχε κλιματισμό, αν και χρειαζόταν λόγω του καύσωνα. Επισης στο πρωινό και στο δειπνο δεν ανανέωναν τις ποσότητες του φαγητού κι αν έφτανες αργά, δεν εβρισκες ποικιλία.

Es war toll das Booking so flexibel war und wir einen Tag früher abreisen konnten.
Pros:

Leider hatten wir nur Frühstück gebucht und wollten abends im Hotelrestaurant essen. Für den Salat vom Buffet wurden bereits 8,90 € berechnet. Am Ende lag unsere Rechnung für drei Personen bei rund 120 €, was wir als recht teuer empfunden haben. Selbst ein kleiner Nachtisch kostete 13 €.

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Hotel nicht mehr den familiären Charakter hat,.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Holz außen muss dringend ausgewechselt werden. Die Kids haben sich hier leider mehrere Splitter eingefangen.

Beautiful location, peaceful stay
Pros:

The location is gorgeous. The garden and the poll-lake is super nice. It was the best after a long day and it was so peaceful as well. We really liked to sit next to it in the evenings and just relax. The food was also great and everybody was really nice and helpful. We also really liked the Innsbruck card, it opened up a lot of possibilities and adventures for us. There were always parking places, parking was not an issue at all.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, but is was not an issue, we were able to cool the room down in the evenings.

Pros:

Er zat een wespennest onder de planken van de balkonvloer. We hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Deze was wel iets kleiner, maar in ieder geval hadden we niet steeds wespen in de buurt.

Cons:

We hadden een week in dit hotel geboekt. In deze week zijn ze één keer langs geweest om de kamer schoon te maken (en dit nadat we de dag ervoor om hadden gevraagd.) We moesten zelf bij de receptie om nieuwe handdoeken vragen omdat ze de kamer niet schoonmaakten. Het personeel leek wat overvraagd (personeelstekort?). Al met al kun je met deze service niet meer volhouden dat het om een 4-sterrenhotel gaat.
