Inakzeptables Verhalten und schlechter Service des Personals
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, die Frühstücksauswahl war vielfältig und lecker, und der kleine Wellnessbereich war nach einem Tag Skifahren ebenfalls ein Plus. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Am meisten enttäuscht und verärgert hat uns jedoch das Personal. Beim Check-in war es für die Rezeptionistin nach dem üblichen „Guten Abend“ anscheinend wichtiger zu erfahren, ob wir Russisch sprechen, weil sie meinte, einen „russischen Akzent“ zu hören – obwohl wir sie auf Deutsch angesprochen und einen deutschen Pass vorgelegt haben. Das hat uns sehr verärgert. Uns wurden keine Informationen zum Hotel gegeben; wir mussten nach dem Frühstück selbst nachfragen.

Unser Erstaunen war groß, als am Abend im Barbereich eine andere Mitarbeiterin ebenfalls sofort nach unserem angeblichen „russischen Akzent“ fragte, was uns noch mehr verärgerte. Es ist unverständlich, warum es in diesem Hotel für das Personal wichtig ist, persönliche Grenzen zu überschreiten und Fragen zu stellen, die völlig unangemessen und unhöflich sind. Wir sprechen kein Russisch und verstehen nicht, warum uns dies gefragt wurde.

Beim Check-out wurden uns lediglich die Schlüssel abgenommen, begleitet von einem kurzen „Schönen Tag noch“, und einige Stunden später erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass wir die lokale Steuer nicht bezahlt hätten. Ich buche häufig Hotels, in denen die Steuer vor Ort zu zahlen ist, aber man wird dabei immer beim Check-in oder spätestens beim Check-out informiert und die Zahlung wird direkt abgebucht. Auf meine Nachfrage per E-Mail, warum wir vorher nicht informiert wurden, erhielt ich eine unhöfliche Antwort, dass man dies nicht tun müsse. Das hat mich sehr verärgert – so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe daraufhin um eine Rechnung zur Zahlung gebeten.

Das Personal sollte an seinem professionellen Verhalten arbeiten und Informationen sowie Service bieten, die einem Hotel dieser Klasse entsprechen. Persönliche Fragen und das Überschreiten von Grenzen anderer Gäste sind schlichtweg inakzeptabel.

Pros:

Kiváló szálloda, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel közel Innsbruckhoz. Továbbá a szálloda biztosít ingyenes tömegközlekedési jegyet, mely korlátlanul felhasználható a megadott időszakban buszra, villamosra egyaránt, így élvezetesebbé téve az ott-tartózkodást. A szállodától 3 perc sétára található a villamosmegálló, így Innsbruck központ könnyedén megközelíthető, nincs szükség saját jármű használatra.
A szálloda környéke gyönyörű, pazar kilátással a hegyekre, illetve maga a szálloda is nagyon szép. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, kedves, udvarias. A bárban és étteremben dolgozó felszolgálók nagyon szolgálatkészek, külön kiemelném Viktóriát és Attilát akik nagyban hozzájárultak kedvességükkel, segítő és szolgálatkészségükkel ahhoz, hogy egy élménydús, emlékezetes hosszú hétvégét töltsünk el a szállodában. Mindketten nagyon vendég központúak és professzionálisak.
