Great views, lovely room close to tram into Innsbruck
Pros:

Room and view were excellent, breakfast was really good and we had a great stay.

Cons:

No dinner option was available for us on the day we arrived even though reception told us the restaurant would be open.

Frühstück und Lage ist gut!

Cons:

Zimmer sind ziemlich veraltet, müssten dringend erneuert werden!
Bad viel zu klein, wenn schon kein Fenster ist, sollte zumindest eine Belüftung sein oder sollte funktionieren!
Balkon war ziemlich dreckig!
Sollte in Zukunft nicht mehr passieren, dass man während dem Frühstück den Tisch wechseln muss, da andere Gäste auf einmal den Platz benötigen (Tisch war nicht reserviert)

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, sehr sauber

Cons:

Ein Tischabfall wäre sinnvoll gewesen, ebenso kleine Glasschälchen für Marmelade, Honig, etc

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssen da geändert werden.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Nächte und es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt keine Betten gemacht. Es gab null Zimmerservice. Wir waren relativ spät frühstücken. 9:00 Uhr..ab 9:50 Uhr wurde alles abgeräumt und Käse wurde nicht nach gefüllt. Es lag ein paar Stummel brie Käse ….rum …Rührei war heute Morgen angebrannt das geht gar nicht. Das hatte ich auch sofort angesprochen.

Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet welches alle Bedürfnisse bedient. Zudem setzt man auf regionale Produkte. Abendessen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich mit Freunden und meiner Mutter in umliegenden Restaurants essen war.

Cons:

Die Info bei der Ankunft zu Handhabung der Beleuchtung im Zimmer und wie man darauf aufmerksam macht, dass ein Zimmermädchen kommen kann. Die "Kärtchen" habe ich leider erst am Morgen meiner Abreise entdeckt. Hätte ich dieses Procedere am Anfang mitgeteilt bekommen hätten die Zimmermädchen ein Trinkgeld erhalten. Aber hier ist "nicht gefallen" übertrieben. Ich sehe darin nur einen Optimierungspunkt.
