Il servizio, poca informazione su come reperire il biglietto del treno arrivati alla fermata abbiamo scaricato un app. La spa aveva accesso solo a un bagno turco e le docce non funzionavano

La ubicación

Cons:

Las camas y el sofa cama muy incómodos. Los colchones estaban muy usados y estaban muy blandos.
Lo peor el sofá cama, mis hijas se quedaban de que les dolia la espalda.
El servicio de habitaciones es día por medio, a menos que pida en recepción que lo quieras todos los dias.
Lo solicité pero ni caso, la habitación quedo sin hacer....
El desayuno no basico y con poca variedad.
Vamos, que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada y su tarifa es muy alta en relación a lo que ofrecen.

Good hotel. Be prepared with travel plan and dont count on hotel staff to supporting
Pros:

Catering staff really helpful and proactive. Infrastructure well preserved and good hygine. Breakfast also is delicious.

Cons:

Front desk staff with no empathy with tourist first time in region. No willing to explain about attractions and options to get them. They would rather provide a guide rather explaining you. Also, they were unable to provide the Welcome card.

Une bonne soirée malgré quelques imperfections sur le service.
Pros:

Bonne situation sur les hauteurs d’innsbruck. Chambre confortable mais un peu triste et manquant de caractère. Sauna très bien. Salle avec jeu de sociétés très agréable pour passer la soirée. Petit déjeuner superbe.

Cons:

Accueil et service un peu rigide et militaire. Pas de peignoirs ni chaussons dans la suite : nous les avons demandés et les attendons toujours… Le hamman ne fonctionnait pas et la puscine était très bruyante. Peu de choix pour le diner en raison d’un groupe sur place.
