Schönes Hotel mit überforderten und unmotivierten Service
Pros:

Schöne Lage in der Nähe von Innsbruck. Die Stadt ist mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Verbundkarte für den Nahverkehr ist im Preis mit enthalten.

Cons:

Junges dynamisches Personal, was in vielen Fällen total überfordert war. Beim Frühstück gab es ab 09:00 Uhr nichts mehr. Tische waren nicht mehr beräumt, kein Besteck, keine Tassen und Teller und das Buffet war leergräumt. Eine komplett neue Erfahrung für uns. Da sollte sich schnellstens was ändern.

Frühstück, es war zwar alles vorhanden, aber leider schlechte Produkte und schlechte Zubereitung, Kaffe schmeckt nicht, Eierspeise angebrannt, das Gemüse ausgetrocknet, das Gebäck seht trocken, ect. und dies jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes.

Alleerst de onvriendelijkheid van het personeel in restaurant, geen verwelkoming, geen lachje niks. Bij de laatste hap al meteen komen vragen of we cash of met kaart wilden betalen...
Geen airco in hele hotel, geen koelkastje of minibar op hotelkamer. Vreemde keuze want er waren bv wel 2 badkamers en een complete fitnessruimte op de kamer! Jammer ook het gemis van flexibiliteit bij de zeer beperkte menus (die ook in verhouding prijzig waren en zeker van geen goede kwaliteit!). Kroketjes wat bij een gerecht wordt geserveerd ook bij een ander ipv gekookte aardappelen, niet op terras mogen eten, moeilijk doen over een open raam in het restaurant. Tijdens het ontbijt werden de uitgebreide produkten niet koud gehouden waardoor de kaas uitliep en gedroogde randjes langs het vlees kwam. De bovenkant van smeerseltjes waren ook gedroogd.... Triest, zeker tijdens de warmte 30+ buiten!!!
Daarnaast is het hotel toe aan een opknapbeurt, vooral aan de buitenkant. Het houtwerk is al behoorlijk aan het rotten. Jammer want het is ongetwijfeld een prachtig en luxe hotel geweest. Vergane glorie

Mooie grote kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, geweldig ontbijt en diner, vervoer met treintje naar Innsbruck top, leuke personeel

A 3 star hotel with 2 star elements - it served it’s purpose for a short visit to Innsbruck

Beautiful mountain views
Very convenient for the tram to Innsbruck centre
We had a junior suite, which was spacious if a little dated
A large bottle of sparkling water in the room

Public areas cosy and charming

Cons:

Room cleaning only every 2 days which meant our room not refreshed as only staying 2 nights
We found the staff irritating - both the waiter and waitress were rude and impatient, e.g the waitress refused our request to be seated with a view even though the restaurant was half empty, served a gin and tonic so weak it was alcohol free and removed plates when we were still eating. At breakfast the waiter was hostile.
The breakfast was 2 star at best- very poor choice and quality. Coffee from a machine is not 4 star
Dinner the first night was a plate of roast veg with a fried egg on top, for 2 with one beer and one dismal gin and tonic the bill was 88 euros. We did not return
The receptionists were not very welcoming- possibly because we were English?
