The staff at the hotel go to great lengths to ensure that you are having the best possible stay. Special mention to George who always had a cheery good morning and great advice. Breakfast is 8-11am with a good selection of local and mixed overseas dishes. Omelettes and eggs to order and everything was super fresh. the whole hotel was in great condition and very well kept including the grounds and pool areas. We went on an amazing wine tasting afternoon that ended at Santo Wines at sunset with that amazing Santorini image over the caldera, a days yacht trip round to Ola and a day walking around the alleyways of Fira. Top tip, don't go to Fira on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, these are the most popular days for the cruise ships to visit. If you can, ask how many ship are in before going as it gets packed! we went on a Saturday with just the 1 ship in and it was perfect. Also, if you want that typical sunset pic of Ola, Santo wines gives you the same view without the crowds, after our Santo visit we decided to not hang around Ola after the sailing and got the bus back (2.40 each leg to/ from Fira so it would be 19.20 euros for 2 people from say Kamari return)

The staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and friendly! Every single person! The variety of breakfast was awesome. I was shocked and excited to even see American style hashbrowns! The absolute best part was the location...150m from the actual beach front! A pleasant walk to sun and sand with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. In the end, I only used our private pool/hot tub once due to the proximity to the beach,

1x mit Freunden während der Coronazeit und 1x mit Familie+Baby.
Wir haben Hotel Hopping gemacht und kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen dass es für uns als Familie kein besseres Hotel gegeben hat ☺️
Wer mit Kind anreist wird nicht enttäuscht!

Das Peronal ist TOP 🔝 unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück ist lecker und es gibt eine gute Auswahl!
Der Aussenpool hat eine Abtrennung mit 40cm hohem Wasser für Kinder, deswegen ist es auch ein paar Grad wärmer als das Hauptbecken. War sehr wichtig für uns denn unser Kind geht uns nicht in kaltes Wasser und sehr viele andere Hotels haben kältere Pools.
Dadurch dass das Hotel nicht in der ersten Reihe direkt am Meer liegt ist es auch schön ruhig und der Aussenpool liegt im Innenhof der Anlage.
Es gibt Hoteleigene Handtücher für den Poolbereich und bei der Hotelbar kann man sich sofern mal man nicht essen gehen möchte auch kleine gute griechische Snacks, Getränke und Cocktails bestellen
Absoluter Geheimtipp: ICE Tea wird da frisch gemacht mit frischen Pfirsichen und Tee!
Einen Bootsstopp nach Perissa erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß geht aber nur bis ca 16:30! Zurück kommt man entweder mit dem Bus oder mit Taxi (ca.50€ für 3 Erwachsene)
Busstopp ist ebenfalls in ca 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nice hotel very helpful staff

Çalışanların ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Özellikle Gerald’ın yaklaşımından çok memnun kaldık.

The suite room was very spacious and perfectly adequate, and the hot tub on the balcony was a real pleasure. Having a supermarket and a car rental shop right next to it, along with a bus stop heading to the center very close by, was a huge advantage. Breakfast was lovely and filling. The staff and the whole team were very kind and helpful.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, really kind people who made our short stay the best it could be.

Wonderful staff, peaceful, relaxing, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Everything was great! The location was beautiful and had a great view. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There was a group of 10 of us girls, one of us celebrating a 40th birthday and the staff organised a surprise party at the indoor pool for her. This was far beyond what we expected and we were super impressed. The breakfast was delicious and varied everyday, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very windy 4 days but we managed to go out and spend our time enjoying ourselves which was thanks to the location. Ps... the supply of body cream in the bathroom was AMAZING!
