Jeg har været der to gange før men denne gang blev jeg slemt skuffet
Vi fik et værelse hvor der var meget larm fra gangen inde på hotellet og udenfor - hvilket resulterede i at vi vågnede kl 5

Cons:

Gårdhaven som vi glædede os til at sidde i var lukket og morgenmaden var virkelig kedelig og alt for dyr

Kept awake all night by car alarm - No sound-proofing on street facing rooms

Cons:

Room 21 is a street-facing room and there was a car alarm going off every hour throughout the night. With very poor sound proofing in this hotel, I would be very careful booking accommodation at this dated hotel.
This was an extremely unpleasant stay, with the noise from a car alarm keeping me awake all night and no effort made by the staff member on night-duty to report the noise disturbance or try to resolve the situation. Photos attached are of the car causing the disturbance, which the night-duty staff member was “unable” to hear…I’d made video recordings which were later shared with the front desk staff. Again they said there was nothing they could do and didn’t even try to offer a complimentary breakfast or a discount on the room.

Útulný hotel na perfektním místě, v centru Prahy, přitom v klidné ulici. Pokoj byl fajn, měli jsme 3 samostatné postele, velmi pohodlné. Všude velmi čisto. Personál byl velmi přátelský od prvního okamžiku až po odjezd. Snídaně byly luxusní, velký výběr opravdu úplně od všeho. Určitě se zase vrátíme.

Nic nám nechybělo, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali.

Great location. Great staff. Kind of noisy.

Great location and the staff are lovely. The wine bar beside it is great.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction which was never mentioned beforehand. It's a very noisy place as none of the rooms are sound proof. This wasnt a big deal but the cleaners woke me up hoovering at 8.30am which I found a bit early. They maybe could wait until closer to 10.
