Sehr freundlicher und hilfbereiter Chef, sehr gutes Früstück

Cons:

Die Unterbringung der Autos ist relativ kompliziert, die Garage ca 9' weit weg

Pros:

The place was clean, and the staff were very nice. The hotel is near the main square which makes it very easy to access the places to visit.

Cons:

There is no 24 hours reception, which made the checkin process very difficult for me, as I had to do it with a phone call. Had problems opening the door from outside in the first night as the door opens with a phone call from verified phone numbers from travelers, and it hadn’t been activated before my arrival.
There is no coffee machine, or water boiler in the room.

Elegant well located hotel with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Interesting building. Good welcome from the host. Excellent breakfast.

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück sehr gut. Alle waren aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer zur Straße hin. Der Lärm durch die häufig verkehrende Straßenbahn und die Autos war jedoch etwas störend. Ohne Ohrstöpsel wäre es für uns schwierig gewesen, dort gut zu schlafen. Da wir einen leichten Schlaf haben, würden wir bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt ein anderes Zimmer bevorzugen.

Sehr, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal!!!
Großes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, Minibar, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Terrasse, Aufzug - alles prima!
Die super Lage - wenige Gehminuten zum Parkhaus und mitten in der Stadt - hat nur den winzigen Nachteil, dass man die Straßenbahn relativ laut hört, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hat. Aber für uns kein Problem, da die Betten sehr bequem waren und wir deshalb sehr gut geschlafen haben.

Lovely stay in a refurbished historical hotel building
Pros:

Very beautiful building and decoration including the room. I am grateful for the awesome hotel owner who helped me when I struggled to use my phone to open the door - greatly appreciated. Lovely view from the terrace along with great breakfast too

Cons:

Pillow is softer than what I normally have. Also just need to be aware that the shower head in my room is hand held and inside a bathtub
