Es war wieder ein super Urlaub, richtig erholsam.
Pros:

Das Einzelzimmer war super, hatte jedoch keinen Balkon; was ich aber vorher wusste. Das Badezimmer sauber und gerade richtig in der Grösse. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Einige Gäste auf meiner Etage kamen oft spät nachts nach "Hause" und hatten ziemlichen Lärm gemacht.

Il personale, a parte un caso isolato nel ristorante, è distante e poco amichevole. Lo chef non saluta nemmeno....Si dedica a quei quattro affezionati clienti e snobba completamente chi come noi aveva deciso di fare una prova per venire in periodo natalizio. La ricezione ha sicuramente problemi di personale, oltremodo altezzose, anche un po scortesi. In alcuni casi abbiamo riscontrato incapacità a darci informazioni basilari sull'hotel.

Very relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

Facilities are fantastic. Lots of choice for pools and areas for relaxing. Beds are incredibly comfortable and rooms have everything you need. Spa offers lots of treatments and are very quick in responding to requests and bookings. Staff are great and take immediate reaction to requests/issues.

Cons:

Not great for food and snacks. Restaurants require booking and outdoor bars close when expecting rain leaving little choice throughout the day for lunches.
Very strict policies on room keys, umbrellas and pool bags.
Showers in room could do with upgrading.
