Pros:

Struttura accogliente, ottima posizione bravo e strutturato lo staff, veramente preparato sempre sorridente e pronto a esaudire ogni richiesta della clientela

Cons:

Soggiornare in una struttura con oltre 120 dipendenti fa presagire un'esperienza da sogno, ma a quanto pare la quantità non sempre sposa la meticolosità.
Il capitolo pulizia si è rivelato un piccolo "tour archeologico": ho trovato reperti di polvere sotto il letto e sopra il telefono, mentre gli specchi (camera e bagno) sembravano aver deciso di non riflettere più il decoro della struttura. Menzione d'onore al bollitore nell'armadio: un vero "capsula del tempo" che custodiva ancora il filtro della tisana del giorno precedente precedente e bicchieri decisamente non pronti all'uso. In un hotel di questo livello, trovarsi a fare lo slalom tra lo sporco senza nemmeno un paio di ciabattine usa e getta ai piedi rende tutto un po' troppo "avventuroso".
Capitolo colazione: l'abbondanza c'è, ma sembra più una quantità industriale che una selezione accurata. Troppi dolci preconfezionati e una curiosa amnesia del personale: nonostante l'ordine fatto la sera prima, lo yogurt senza lattosio è rimasto un desiderio incompiuto, così come il ginseng.
Peccato davvero. Da non dimenticare infine il caldo africano in camera, siamo riusciti a contenere la temperatura entro i 25° lasciando aperta finestra del bagno e della camera giorno e notte. Con un esercito di 120 persone a disposizione, basterebbe che ognuno prestasse attenzione a un centimetro in più per rendere la struttura eccellente. Per ora, resta un gigante dai piedi di... polvere.
AGGIORNAMENTO: il giorno successivo ricevo dalla struttura l'offerta di 50 euro per togliere la mia recensione, al mio diniego questa la risposta : Accettiamo di non essere la struttura più adatta alle sue esigenze e, con rammarico, siamo costretti a inserirla nella lista degli ospiti non desiderati. Complimenti, questa è la vostra attenzione ai clienti !!!

Bellissimo e top ma too much expensive

La qualità del cibo e delle stanze

Cons:

Il fatto che tengano spenti idromassaggi dalle 12/15, quando c’erano i giardinieri che tagliavano gli alberi alle 8 del mattino. Oltre al tenere chiusa la zona benessere con saune fino alle 15 dopo che un cliente ha pagato profumatamente un soggiorno.
