Pros:

Очень хороший отель, великолепные бассейны, чисто, удобный матрас и подушки, каждый день убирают комнату, меняют полотенца, халаты. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

1. Недружелюбый персонал на рецепции отеля.
2. В комнатах без балкона нет места для сушки купальных костюмов и банных халатов
3 На завтрак мало овощей и совсем отсутствуют зеленые салаты.

Pros:

Ristorante, colazione e bistrò: ottimi per qualità e quantità. Servizio veloce e ineccepibile. Numerose le aree relax, ampie e ben attrezzate. Giardino ampio e ben curato. Pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni ineccepibile. La struttura dispone di numerose piscine interne ed esterne con vasche idromassaggio e diversi percorsi benessere. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di rimanere a godere gratuitamente della struttura e dei suoi servizi fino alla sera del giorno della partenza utilizzando gli spogliatoi per gli esterni.

Cons:

Nonostante l'ampia offerta di piscine e saune, ho notato l'assenza di asciugamani di ricambio nelle relative aree, un servizio che avrebbe sicuramente migliorato il comfort dell'esperienza. Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare ciabattine tutte uguali in spa; credo che anche questi piccoli dettagli contribuiscano a creare un’atmosfera più curata.

Чудовий готель для тихого спокійного відпочинку і відновлення. Продуманий і комфортний дизайн всіх зон готелю, затишні приємні номери.Доглянута територія з різноманітними термальними басейнами. Приємне обслуговування на рецепції.

Cons:

Все сподобалось, окрім дивної і не зрозумілої організації розміщення гостей на сніданках - ми приїхали з друзями, і не змогли насолодитися спілкуванням з ними за сніданками - ви не можете самостійно вибрати собі столик і разом снідати за ним)

Inconveniente in camera…ma ci tornerei per tuttomil resto.
Pros:

Tante piscine dentro e fuori, tante aree relax, la spa, il ristorante, buffet molto ricco sia colazione che cena, personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Il nostro bagno aveva tutti flaconi dei prodotti vuoti( creme, varie, sapone shampoo ecc..), c’era ancora un mollettone per capelli attaccato allo specchio e un flacone di shampoo dell’ospite precedente nella doccia con annessi capelli attaccati. Il resto del bagno pulito ma credo non sia accettabile per un albergo di questo livello. I flaconi non me li sono fatti riempire dato che avevo i miei prodotti e se avessi chiamato me li avrebbero riforniti sicuramente, ma il mollettone e shampoo?
Alcune cose andrebbero curate di più. Porta del bagno vicino alla doccia era un pò gonfia r spellata per umidità, carta da parati in camera staccata in alcuni punti. Sono piccolezze. Si tratta solo di un consiglio per la struttura affinché esegua queste piccole manutenzioni.

Pros:

spa included hot mud, ozone bath, massage and all additional treatment you may order. Breakfast was very generous.
We did not order lunch or dinner because it was plenty cafes around including one very nice near the poll. Especial treatment were warm water pools with jacuzzi.

Es war wieder ein super Urlaub, richtig erholsam.
Pros:

Das Einzelzimmer war super, hatte jedoch keinen Balkon; was ich aber vorher wusste. Das Badezimmer sauber und gerade richtig in der Grösse. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Einige Gäste auf meiner Etage kamen oft spät nachts nach "Hause" und hatten ziemlichen Lärm gemacht.

Cons:

Il personale, a parte un caso isolato nel ristorante, è distante e poco amichevole. Lo chef non saluta nemmeno....Si dedica a quei quattro affezionati clienti e snobba completamente chi come noi aveva deciso di fare una prova per venire in periodo natalizio. La ricezione ha sicuramente problemi di personale, oltremodo altezzose, anche un po scortesi. In alcuni casi abbiamo riscontrato incapacità a darci informazioni basilari sull'hotel.
