The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property has a separate automatic gate from the road and a private parking area, which is very convenient. The location is also a big plus, as it is close to Siena. The kitchen is well equipped and practical for cooking.
The overall experience did not feel very comfortable. The interior has cold, low-cost finishes and harsh - cold lighting, which makes the space feel unwelcoming rather than cozy. Sound insulation is very poor — closing a door causes vibrations throughout the entire house. I honestly don’t understand why this type of lighting is still used in living spaces — cold light might work in a butcher shop or a jewelry store, but in a room, especially when it’s already physically cold, it only amplifies the discomfort. Instead of feeling cozy or home-like, the space ends up feeling more like a warehouse.
For a group of 7 people, having only one bathroom is not sufficient. Basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo were not provided. The heating system is difficult to manage and struggles to properly warm up the spaces. They change the towels once a week.
Although the heating cost is mentioned in the description, it has to be paid separately in cash on-site, which is not very convenient. In my opinion, this should be included in the overall price — charging it as an extra creates a slightly unprofessional feeling and leaves a negative impression as a customer.
Regarding the jacuzzi: upon request, the staff allowed us to use it in the evening (around 9–10 PM), which I appreciated. However, when I went down, the cover had already been removed and the heating was not turned on — the water was only around 26°C. This is not a proper jacuzzi experience. I have used jacuzzis even in snowy conditions in Iceland, so I do have a reference point.
It felt like a “gesture” rather than a real solution — my request was technically fulfilled, but not in a meaningful way. I specifically chose this accommodation for the scenery and the jacuzzi, so this was a major disappointment.
The jacuzzi is otherwise only available between 10 AM and 5 PM, which is quite limiting. While the property might be more enjoyable in summer, during April it feels overpriced for the value it offers.

Possibilità di poter fare colazione, il nostro terrazzo aveva un muraglione al posto di un affaccio ,quasi soffocante , appartamenti puliti ma un po datati come gli utensili a disposizione . Il prezzo l’ho trovato un pò alto .

The room is quite large and can accommodate three people. It also has a kitchen where we can cook. Unfortunately, I don't have any ingredients.
If it's just a short stopover, it's okay, because there are no drawbacks or advantages either.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet quiet and relaxing. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Notre hôte Mery était disponible et attentionnée. L'emplacement sur les crêtes senesi est top pour qui veux visiter Sienne, San Gimignano, le val d'orcia, Pienza. La piscine et le jacuzzi formidables après une journée de marche.

The grounds are clean and the hosts are pleasant. The pool and spa area was great and fantastic views of the hills and hay fields common to that area. It's a decent location if your goal is to visit the nearby cities Iike Siena or San Gimignano and just be out all day.
The air conditioning was an extra charge per day and quite high. I wouldn't have booked this place if I had read the amenities more carefully. Given the high heat during our stay it would have helped to have a more pleasant experience. The apartment we had (La Magnolia) was literally right next to the road and cars are constantly passing even during the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. So you are forced to sleep with the windows closed with earplugs and suffer through 29 degree Celsius room temperature. They could have at least provided fans for the rooms to circulate some air. Sure you could leave the windows open, suffer through the cars, maybe gain a degree or two in temp, but risk getting eaten by mosquitos!
Overall the hosts could have put more attention to making sure guests have a pleasant stay.
