Hotel molto accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. Vicino al centro di Abano!

Il personale è stato molto disponibile e reattivo, al nostro arrivo ci hanno cambiato subito la camera visto che non avevamo il bidet in bagno. Due piscine una interna e una esterna collegate tra loro con acqua termale calda. Molto confortevoli con varie sedute per idromassaggi e vari rubinetti con acqua a pressione per massaggi cervicale, plantare etc. In costruzione una terza piscina attrezzata, dovrebbero inaugurarla per fine 2026 inizio 2027. Colazione europea molto ricca e progressivamente ricaricata dal personale di sala gentile e disponibile. Palestra che non ho utilizzato ma che ha un'area con diversa attrezzistica per allenamento. Ho usufruito dei massaggi alla schiena, personale professionale. Spa e zone relax accoglienti.

Cons:

Unico neo, ma non so se è relativo solo alla nostra camera, riguarda sopratutto le signore, in bagno l'illuminazione per la specchiera non è sufficiente per il trucco.

Tutto molto comodo e funzionale. Piscine esclusive per i clienti, accappatoi puliti nell' armadio a disposizione. Parcheggio privato, personale gentilissimo e ampia disponibilità di trattamenti tra i quali scegliere nella spa.

Cons:

Ho avuto un problema col pagamento 2 giorni prima di partire, a causa del quale la prenotazione è stata cancellata. Ho telefonato per chiedere spiegazioni e una soluzione ma mi hanno ricontatta dopo oltre 24 ore, quando avevo già provveduto a risolvere il problema.... Non mi è piaciuta come gestione. Un altro piccolo appunto (un' inezia) sarebbe utile che in reception avvisassero chi è cliente per la prima volta, che in piscina si entra con la cuffia

Camera bellissima, spaziosa e molto pulita. Visuale dal balcone splendida! Colazione ricca ed abbondante molto varia. Personale disponibile e preparato. La Spa e le acque termali valgono il soggiorno, la grotta termale direi quasi magica... Super consigliato!

Sinceramente essendo stata una notte e due giorni non ho trovato difetti degni di menzione.

Das Hotel gefällt uns sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Deutsch wird aber fast gar nicht gesprochen.
Die Lage ist angenehm zentral, nahe der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafe's und Bar's in der Nähe.

Absolut herausragend ist die Küche!!! Köstlich und umfangreich bei allen Mahlzeiten. Ich habe bei den Menüs als Vegetarierin zwar leider oft nichts für mich geeignetes gefunden, aber durch das große Buffet mit Salaten, Gemüse, Käse, uvm., war das nicht schlimm, wir waren immer rundum satt und glücklich. Nur der Frühstückskaffe war fürchterlich.

Schön und nicht selbstverständlich ist die lange Öffnungszeit des Pools am Abend, ein besonderer Genuß! Auch haben wir es sehr geschätzt, daß immer ausreichend viele Liegen zur Verfügung standen.

Cons:

Aus mir unverständlichen Gründen war die Hotelbar nur sehr eingeschränkt geöffnet. Alternativ gibt es zwar ein Bistro am Pool, das hat diese für mich aber nicht ersetzt, keine gemütliche Atmosphäre wie in der Hotelhalle mit den sehr bequemen Sofas.

Es gibt keine Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Hotel im Freien die überdacht sind, bei Regen und auch fast immer herrschender hoher Feuchtigkeit absolut unmöglich und desshalb auch wohl keine Sitzkissen auf den ungemütlichen, harten Metallstühlen.

Die einzige schwere Kritik betrifft aber unser Zimmer!!! Das war eines 4*Hotels absolut unwürdig!!!
Ob die falsche Zimmerbeschreibung ein Fehler von booking.com ist bezweifle ich zwar, es wurde aber bei unserer Beschwerde im Hotel so dargestellt. Die Beschreibung (mit Skizze) hat dort eine Veranda bzw. Patio versprochen. Nichts dergleichen war vorhanden!!! Kein Zugang vom Zimmer ins Freie und "Aussicht" ist ein absolut unpassender Ausdruck.
Das Zimmer war sehr abgenützt und minimalistisch, nicht einmal einen Stuhl hatten wir, wo auch bei dieser "Größe" des Zimmers?! Das Doppelbett war extrem schmal für zwei Personen.
Im Bad fanden wir Schimmel und schwarze, schmutzige Schuhabdrücke.

Da wir uns aber erholen und nicht ärgern wollten, haben wir dann darüber hinweggesehen und den Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen und wollen auch wiederkommen.

Pros:

La zona di ingresso, la sala colazione, e la piscina interna rinnovate, sono molto luminose e con scelte di design.

Cons:

Corridoi di collegamento tra ingresso e zona termale sono stretti. Anche il corpo non ancora rinnovato delle camere non si confronta bene con la parte rinnovata. La piscina esterna al momento è chiusa tra edifici e il limite dei lavori con la nuova area in costruzione. Al momento bisogna avere un po' di pazienza, ma la parte di piscina sul retro non regge il confronto con il fronte dell'albergo.
