Un gran apartamento
Pros:

El trato del anfitrión, muy amable y cercano. La habitación es un apartamento completo, cocina, dormitorio, baño. Grande. Todo muy bien y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, tiene el tranvía a 3 minutos andando y en 10 minutos está en el centro. Aparcamiento gratuito.

Parking garage is a great plus. Good for one night sleepover if traveling by car
Pros:

Location is great and parking garage that is included in the price makes it up. Also there is a nice green little inner yard to chill

Cons:

We have got the last available room and it was a smoking one. The sofa and some decorative pillows were dirty. I hope the rest of normal rooms are in much better condition

Ma pire expérience
Pros:

L’emplacement était correct tram pas trop loin et métro ensuite pour rejoindre le centre ville environ 20 minutes. Le parking de l’hôtel était assez grand.

Cons:

Logement sombre, 1 seule fenêtre et exposé à l’ombre, obliger d’allumer la lumière en journée, vétuste avec sol très abîmé, éviter de marche pieds nus pour ne pas vous couper. La propreté est aussi à améliorer, poussière, toiles d’araignée, l’hygiène est à revoir je craignais même de dormir sur la literie, mais pas le choix! Et le lendemain de mon arrivée, j’ai reçu un mail de booking m’informant que ma réservation était annulée par l’hôtel en raison d’une carte invalide. Le gérant m’a affirmé que c’était une erreur de booking et confirmé que tout était bien payé, comme vu sur mon compte bancaire! C’est la 1ère fois qu’une telle situation m’arrive depuis que je réserve sur booking. Pour finir le wifi est inexistant, l’hôtel ne devrait pas indiquer wifi inclus car il ne fonctionne jamais! Bref je ne comprends absolument pas la note de cet établissement sur booking qui ne reflète en rien la réalité.

The location was good. About a block or two to public transportation. The amenities were good.

Cons:

The bed was low and soft. The air conditioner was a portable unit but we only needed it for 1 night. The elevator was out of order for 2 days.

Does a decent job, could do with some changes though.
Pros:

Parking being actually on site inside hotel area was great. Check in was smooth and easy, as was checkout. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi here was absolutely useless, only worked maybe 10% of the time. The TV was next to useless and needs updating, modern larger screen tv's are not that expensive. Lack of air conditioning was a big downer, and no ceiling fans, but they did at least provide a pedestal fan when we asked for one. The bathroom is very small, though quite handy and good enough, the shower is quite wide in one direction at least so you can move around a bit and there are raised sections to put your leg up on, however the shower faucet handles are quite slippery and hard to turn when your hands are soapy, no idea why they were designed this way, seems silly. The hotel itself, although quite close to public transport links, is quite far out from Vienna old town, but that can have its advantages in avoiding traffic when coming and going if you take day trips away from Vienna (which I highly recommend). Elevator is a bit of a tight squeeze, as is the entry to the car park, be aware if you have a tight car, this is an old building designed for when cars were much smaller.
