Pros:

Всё очень круто! Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готовы помочь. Очень уютно и комфортно. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. Если вернусь в Вену, остановлюсь только тут! Большой плюс есть девушка Кристина, знающая русский язык и может помочь кто не владеет немецким языком. Огромное СПАСИБО отелю и Персоналу.

Super günstiges u freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Räume sind sehr groß u geräumig. Das Personal ist Mega freundlich. Wir wurden super informiert welche Bahnen wir wohin nehmen können. Welches Ticket wir kaufen sollen. Super ist auch der Parkplatz der mit inklusive ist. Top 👍🏻. Beim letzten Aufenthalt in Wien haben wir wo anders schon Hundert Euro nur fürs parken bezahlt. Also wir kommen definitiv wieder ….

Super nettes Personal. Man bekommt jede Menge Tipps und kann wirklich nach allem fragen ohne das jemand genervt ist. Zimmer zuf Strasse aber absolut ruhig. Kleiner Hinterhof wo Tische und Stühle stehen.

Cons:

Wie man auf den Bildern sieht nicht super modern. Aber absolut zweckmäßig und alles da was man braucht!

Cons:

The wifi was incredebly slow. It works somehow but it has enormous lag. You have to rely on your mobile phone internet if you want a proper experience. The furniture is old-style but it is fine.

Esperienza agghiacciante – Da evitare assolutamente
Cons:

Soggiornare in questa struttura con mia moglie è stata un'esperienza pessima che non consiglierei a nessuno. Sebbene la posizione sia comoda e la presenza del parcheggio sia un punto a favore, tutto il resto è stato inaccettabile, specialmente per un hotel che vanta 3 stelle.
Ecco i motivi del mio giudizio:
Pubblicità ingannevole: La camera assegnata era totalmente diversa dalle foto mostrate sul sito. Ci siamo ritrovati in una sorta di container situato in un cortile interno, raggiungibile tramite quattro gradini stretti e sporchi.
Degrado esterno: Accanto alla porta della nostra camera giaceva un deposito di vecchi materassi e reti, malamente coperti da un lenzuolo. Un biglietto da visita imbarazzante per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.
Condizioni della camera: Gli interni erano angusti, con soffitti bassi in cartongesso, impianti elettrici a vista fissati con nastro adesivo e pavimenti in laminato di scarsa qualità. L'arredamento era un insieme casuale di mobili non abbinati né per stile, né per colore.
Bagno surreale: La porta era rivestita con carta adesiva finto mattone, mentre pareti e pavimento erano ricoperti da piastrelle in plastica morbida a effetto marmo. Una soluzione non solo esteticamente discutibile, ma anche poco igienica.
Pulizia inesistente: Nonostante il soggiorno di 4 notti, non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani né è stata fatta una pulizia sommaria, nonostante avessimo regolarmente esposto il cartello di richiesta pulizia fornito al check-in.
Definire questa struttura un "3 stelle" è un insulto a tutti quegli hotel che lavorano con serietà per meritare tale classificazione. Sconsigliatissimo.
