A really wonderful place in Chianti area!
Pros:

This hotel is very unique by its location and hospitality. Great food and even better selection of wines on the list.

Cons:

Only one hard surface road to get there which navigation is (for me for unknown reason) trying to avoid. Other roads are dusty.

Posizione top, struttura molto bella e personale gentile.

Cons:

Forse nel weekend di Pasqua c’era un po troppa gente e non sono stati in grado di gestirli…. Da un hotel del genere non mi aspetto di aspettare 30 minuti per un drink all’aperitivo e nemmeno che mi portassero lo champagne nel bicchiere da spritz o al posto dell’acqua tonica per il gin tonic la soda (“acqua” venduta come super top a 8 € la bottiglietta e poi sbagliata)…. A cena i piatti buonissimi ma l’antipasto (uno dei quali era un piatto di affettati) e’ arrivato dopo un’ora e mezza….
Altra cosa che non mi e’ particolarmente piaciuta e’ stato che il sommelier ci ha consigliato e portato una bottiglia da 150€ quando noi gli avevamo fatto vedere che eravamo indecisi su un paio di bottiglie da circa 50-70€. Ci siamo fidati e non e’ un problema il prezzo ma di solito il cliente va avvisato del cambio anche di prezzo.

The location is a former fortified tower and farm which is now a historical luxury compound.

The premises are stunning and well maintained and tastefully decorated. Respecting the past 1000 years of history and introducing enough modern facilities to give this hotel a beautiful and relax ambience . The staff in particular was professional , helpful , curious. Special mention to Dominique our happy bartender (ps ask him what tequila to recommend ! )The facilities are great . Super pool and workout area which we used extensively . The rooms were cozy and comfortable, just a bit noisy since we could hear the guests above . The price was per room even if one occupant was present which made it somewhat expensive. The food at breakfast was delicious , the dinner and selection of wine fabulous in the dining area. The bar food lesser so for the price charged.

A Tuscan romantic Dream
Pros:

The property sets the tone from the moment you enter the beautiful driveway into the estate. you immediately feel secluded from the world. It truly is a Tuscan dream. The historic building has been thoughtfully renovated, blending contemporary comfort with a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was excellent, and if you prefer to stay in, the lunch options were also very enjoyable.

The spa is a wonderful addition that enhances the holiday mood, and the sunsets can be absolutely magical.

Also tennis courts are a huge plus as they provide all the equipment.

The location is ideal, just a 15-minute drive from picturesque Siena. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to accommodate your needs. They also provided great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions.

We will definitely be back.

Cons:

They offer bikes for strolls around the estate, but it would be advisable to replace them or improve their maintenance.

The toilet flush needed repair, as it continued running for longer than usual.

The air conditioning was set to heating mode even though the temperatures were high enough to require cooling. The reception staff kindly offered a fan, which was appreciated.

Cons:

Camera e bagno non sono da hotel 5 stelle. Problemi tecnici in camera. Anche se i problemi si risolvono, una persona sceglie 5 stelle e non 4 per la camera e il servizio, si presuppone che nel 5 ci sia più di qualcuno che controlla prima che il cliente arrivi e che non lasci il controllo al cliente che poi deve continuare a chiamare la reception.
A colazione omelette e uova in camicia e anche il toast con prosciutto e formaggio a pagamento extra. A parere mio meglio alzare la tariffa a notte a persona di 10 euro e metterli inclusi.
Ps qualcuno dello staff dice " ciao " al cliente, vale lo stesso delle camere.

Un soggiorno da sogno, anche se solo per una notte. Borgo Scopeto Wine & Country Relais ci ha regalato un’esperienza che rimarrà impressa nel cuore: dall’arrivo alla partenza, ogni dettaglio è stato curato con un’attenzione rara.
Lo staff merita un plauso speciale: discreto e preciso, sempre pronto con un sorriso e con quella professionalità che fa davvero la differenza. La pulizia impeccabile, gli ambienti curati nei minimi particolari, la piscina circondata da un paesaggio incantevole: tutto contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di assoluto benessere.
Abbiamo avuto l’occasione di partecipare alla Wine Hour ed stata un’esperienza indimenticabile.
La camera che ci è stata riservata era spaziosa e in una posizione tranquilla.
Un capitolo a parte merita la cucina: piatti eleganti, creativi e ricchi di freschezza, capaci di esaltare i sapori autentici della tradizione con tocchi innovativi.
In definitiva, un luogo che non è solo ospitalità, ma esperienza e armonia. Anche una sola notte qui è capace di rigenerare mente e spirito.

Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Anlage fantastisch gepflegt.
