Pros:

Hotel na dobrém místě, příjemný a nápomocný personál, klid na spaní ve vyšším patře. Dobrý výběr na snídaně, vše chutné a čerstvé. Parkovací místo pro auto dál od hotelu, ale pochopitelné pro oblast kolonád Karlových Varů.

Pokoje bardzo czyste; łóżka wygodne.

Die Personal sind sehr nett und hilfreich! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im touristischen Gebiet. Sehr sauber mit wunderschönem Frühstück! Ich kann nur empfehlen.

Lokalita fantasticka,personal velmi pratelsky a ochotny pomoci s parkovanim a ruznymi pozadavky.Velmi pozorne pani recepcni, na pokoj mi prinesly prani k narozeninam,coz mne velmi potesilo. Moc dekujeme,byla to uzasna rodinna dovolena :-)

Sehr empfehlenswert - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ein kleines charmantes Hotel, das sehr aufmerksam und bestens geführt ist. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig im Zentrum.
Besonders gefallen hat mir das Frühstück in dem gepflegten Ambiente. Alles von guter Qualität und liebevoll angerichtet.
Und last but not least ist die Freundlichkeit der jungen Dame an der Rezeption und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelmanagers hervorzuheben.
