Welcoming staff, very pleasant stay
Pros:

Conveniently located, good value and good breakfast

Cons:

Room temperature was very warm - no aircon or fan. No curtains so woke up very early with sun streaming in.

酒店的位置很好，离三个温泉长廊很近，去吃饭、购物也很方便。房间干净卫生，设施齐全，虽然临街但隔音很好很安静，卫生间大，早餐也不错，品种不是很多，但精致。酒店服务人员热情周到，服务到位。

Vynikajuca lokalita a spickove sluzby
Pros:

Vyborna lokalita priamo na kolonade. S tym aj spojene male obmedzenie ohladom vylozenia batoziny, kedze je to pesia zona, da sa prist priamo k hotelu len pocas urcitych casov. Ale pocas checkout je to bez problemov, vtedy mozete prist autom az priamo pred hotel. Fantasticky personal aj na recepcii, aj na ranajkach aj upratovanie, velmi dobre. Vynikajuce ranajky. Hotel je cisty a velmi pohodlny a dobre vybaveny ocenili sme lobby miestnost, kde si mozete pocas celeho dna posediet, dat kavu (bezplatne), zahrat hry.. Urcite odporucame.

Cons:

Najskor sme boli trochu zaskocene vyhladom na skalny masiv priamo pred oknom (mali sme izbu standard), ale v horucich dnoch to bolo praveze vyhodou, zaroven klud, ziaden hluk,, len spev vtakov, Fantasticke. Len s tym treba pocitat :-)

Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, a mimo to zapewniony spokój. Dobre śniadania a w okolicy dużo dobrych lokali gastronomicznych. Dobra jakość połączenia wifi. Czystość. Wyposażenie hotelu w windę. Pomimo tego, że miejsce parkingowe nie znajduje się przy samym hotelu, jest jednak z nim dobrze skomunikowane. Wbrew mapom Googla dojście z parkingu do hotelu, dzięki windzie łączącej ulice biegnące na różnych poziomach, nie zajmuje 10, ale 4-5 minut i wcale nie jest męczące. Winda jest dostępna od wczesnego poranka do późnego wieczoru i w odróżnieniu od wind lizbońskich nie ustawiają się do niej kolejki, dzięki czemu pełni doskonale funkcje komunikacyjne.

Cons:

Brak możliwości skorzystania z zamrażalnika (nieodkuty lód blokował możliwość jego otwarcia).
Na wypadek upałów nie zauważyłem, aby była klimatyzacja.

Super entspannt.
Pros:

Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück während des Aufenthalts. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad liegt, können alle interessanten Punkte fußläufig erreicht werden.

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mitten in Karlsbad. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Sauberkeit perfekt.

Cons:

Es gab nur 2 gut gepolsterte Armlehnstühle, auf denen man aber keinen gemeinsamen Abend im Hotelzimmer verbringen konnte. Das Bett war sehr hart und das Bettzeug ungemütlich, schwer, hart und kalt.
