Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist relativ klein, wenig Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend angerichtet und vielseitig. Auch hier sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sehr schön. Parkgarage etwas abseits, aber gut. Liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, abends kann man bequem essen gehen.

Cons:

Direkt gegenüber sind 2 Ladengeschäfte, die laute Musik abspielen den ganzen Tag. Also kurzer Mittagsschlaf auf dem Zimmer war nicht möglich. Das tut mir auch echt leid für das Hotel, die können hier nichts dafür. Auf unsere Bitte bei den Ladenbesitzer, die schreckliche Musik abzustellen wurde nicht eingegangen. In ganz Karlsbad haben wir nie Musik in Geschäften gehört.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Nur wenige Schritte von den Quellen und in mitten der schönsten Häuser. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Da wir das erste Mal in Karlsbad waren kannten wir die Parkplatzsituation nicht. Genau an unserem Anreisetag war in der Fußgängerzone die Polizei unterwegs. Wir konnten nicht wie geplant ans Hotel heran fahren. Nach telefonischem Kontakt würden wir persönlich in Empfang genommen und zum Parkplatz geleitet. Wenn das Auto dann einmal steht ist der Trubel schnell vergessen. Vielleicht nutzen wir das nächste Mal den Zug oder Bus.

- úžasný personál, jak na recepci, na snídaních a taky uklízečky, velká ochota a vše s úsměvem
- všude bylo velice čisto
- krásné prostory
- promyšlené nepřímé osvětlení
- výborné odhlučnění - nic sme neslyšeli
- apartmán je skvěle vybaven

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal auch für ältere Gäste oder alle, die nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß sind.

Das Haus selbst ist unglaublich charmant und liebevoll geführt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit: In allen drei von uns gebuchten Zimmern war wirklich alles makellos – nicht einmal ein Haar war zu finden. Ein Standard, den man selbst in vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels selten erlebt. Die Zimmer werden zudem täglich gründlich gereinigt.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr begeistert. Es ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Auswahl vielleicht überschaubar, tatsächlich ist sie aber absolut ausreichend – und sobald sich etwas dem Ende neigt, wird es sofort wieder aufgefüllt.

Ein großes Lob geht außerdem an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation bis hin zur Parkplatzreservierung hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar und reagiert auf Nachrichten schnell und zuverlässig.

В данном отеле понравилось все!!! Очень чистый номер, постельное белье белоснежное и удобная кровать. Душевая очень чистая, с белоснежными полотенцами. Очень приветливый персонал, бесподобный завтрак, много разнообразных блюд, выпечка бесподобная, все настолько вкусно было!!!! Приятно удивил персонал тем, что поздравил розой каждую женщину присутствующую в зале на завтраке!!!

Cons:

Не понравилось то, что было у меня мало времени насладится отдыхом в этом отеле !)))Негатива вообще нет!!!

Poloha hotelu skvělá, zlepšení služeb nutné.
Pros:

Hlavní předností hotelu Palatin je naprosto výjimečná poloha v samém centru lázní mezi Vřídelní a Mlýnskou kolonádou. Parkovací místa na Divadelním náměstí jsou také OK. Pokoj i místnost pro snídaně čisté a dostatečně velké.

Cons:

První noc z 23. února nám byla v pokoji i v koupelně zima. Topení jen nepatrně temperovalo a nedalo se s tím nic udělat. Pro další noci jsme dostali dodatečné deky a tím se situace zlepšila. Bohužel, hned při první snídani jsme v košíku našli plesnivý chléb a to jsme hned sdělili, Další dny už to bylo OK. Je na vedení hotelu, aby se uvedený stav zlepšil.
