Gestione degli spazi all'interno della camera: una parte del letto praticamente attaccata alla parete e difficilmente accessibile....!
Inoltre sarebbe consigliabile un cestino per i rifiuti in camera.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gleich um die Ecke gehts ins historische Zentrum; sehr schönes Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Piazza. Sehr modernes Zimmer ....alles mehr als top !! Frühstück reichhaltig und mehr als ausreichend.

Struttura situata nel cuore del centro di Matera, comodissima per spostarsi sia a piedi che in taxi.
Noi abbiamo scelto una camera-grotta ed è stata un'esperienza positiva. La stanza era pulita, silenziosa ed adiacente alla sala colazione.
La ragazza che serviva le colazione è gentilissima e bravissima a fare il cappuccino perfettamente cremoso.
La colazione è soddisfacente ma potrebbe essere arricchita con qualcosa di più tipico.

Clean and modern. Good location, just pack light.

Cons:

No drive up parking to drop off bags. The parking lot is close by but you will need to drag bags across some cobblestones. To be fair, at least the path is flat from parking lot to hotel (except few steps) which is very hard to find within old matera.

Piacevole soggiorno!
Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta per visitare i Sassi. La nostra camera aveva una bella vista sulla Piazza San Francesco ed il letto molto comodo. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Colazione buona e hanno avuto accortezza di servirmi prodotti senza lattosio come da mia richiesta al momento della prenotazione. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli dopo il check out per poi tornarli a riprendere nel pomeriggio prima di partire. Ascensore comodo per salire al piano delle camere se si hanno bagagli importanti.Parcheggio multipiano a pagamento (per sosta di 24h tariffa totale pagata 18€)a pochi minuti a piedi dall'albergo.

Cons:

Un po' di rumore al mattino proveniente dalla sala colazione visto che la nostra camera era molto vicina lí.Frigo bar un po' rumoroso in camera.
