Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, w samym centrum z widokiem na kościół Marii Magdaleny i Vridlo. Duży, przestronny apartament z balkonem. Dobre śniadania. Fajna, zabytkowa winda była dodatkową atrakcją.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim należałoby posprzątać na balkonie, może postawić krzesło. Do śniadania przydałyby się jakieś sałatki, albo chociaż trochę warzyw.

Highly recommended, best value for money
Pros:

An absolutely perfect choice for exploring the lovely city of Karlovy Vary. It is centrally located, about a 2 minite walk from the springs.

The Heluan team worked above and beyond (Jiri, David, staff working to serve breakfast and a working in the kitchen and at the reception) providing quality work and creating the perfect conditions for our rest. Jirı was so kind as to allocate us room 103, a very quiet room on the first floor, which was ideal for my mum given her health issues. David made a great effort to help when my mum broke her glasses. David readily took them to be repaired, even driving them to the optician himself, which was highly appreciated.

The breakfasts were very filling, excellent, and suited all tastes.

The building itself is very beautiful; staying in an 18th-century building creates a unique atmosphere.

Thank you for everything, dear Heluan team! The great impression you left will last a very long time 🙏

Comfy bedroom right off the main boulevard
Pros:

The room was very bright and spacious, super comfy, in addition to being well equipped.
Staff was very accommodating with my requests throughout our stay. Breakfast was also good.
The location is right off the main boulevard.

Cons:

I think the room could have been a little cleaner.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplätze gibt es nur wenige, aber das Hotelpersonal hat uns bei der Parkplatzsuche geholfen.

Mit Klimatisierung und funktionierendem Safe wäre es top gewesen.
Pros:

Das Hotelgebäude ist von den Monarchiezeiten, schön verschont, das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sauber, die Möblierung entspricht dem Stil des ganzen Komplexes. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der schlüssellose Zugang funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage nur einen billigen Ventilator im Zimmer. Der Safe wurde von innen auseinandergefallen, ohne Funktion. Auf Anfrage am nächsten Morgen habe ich einen Schlüssel bekommen, womit der Safe funktionsfähig war.

Klimatyczny hotel w centrum pięknego miasta
Pros:

Bardzo klimatyczny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji - blisko centrum, ale jest tam dość cicho i spokojnie. Duży, przestronny pokój ze sporą łazienką (była nawet wanna), pomocny personel. Przyzwoite śniadania, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Tolles Ambiente.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen super schönes Zimmer Richtung Promenade Karlsbad.
Auch der self Check-in, war für uns sehr komfortabel! Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war wirklich schrecklich. Wir sind sehr spät angekommen gegen 22 Uhr und der Hotel Parkplatz war komplett voll.
Wir mussten ca. 10 lauf Minuten entfernt parken. Dennoch hatten wir Glück, so viel Gepäck hatten wir nicht und man hätte auch vorm Hotel kurzzeitig halten können um alles auszuladen.

Pros:

Skvělá poloha, na menší hotel bohaté snídaně. Odhlučnění bylo úžasné. Pohodlí, které máte s tím, že nemusíte s sebou tahat kartu nebo klíče.

Cons:

Trošku menší postele a zatemnění by mohlo taky být lepší.
