Pros:

Ideální ubytování v historickém centru. Možnost zaparkovat byla opravdovým plusem. Snídaně byla vynikající, s bohatým výběrem sladkých i slaných pokrmů.

Отличное расположение отеля. Очень вкусный завтрак континентального типа. Отдельное спасибо за телефонную поддержку из разряда "как к вам проехать".

Cons:

Нам достался номер, который сложно отнести к категории "Делюкс". Темно, шумно и не самые удобные подушки.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, huoneet tilavat ja siistit. Talossa oli myös hissi. Lapsi tykkäsi kylpyammeesta.

Cons:

Sisäänmeno tapahtui avainkoodin avulla ja henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla majoituttaessa. Pakettiauton pysäköinti oli myös haasteellista, kun parkkitalot eivät olleet vaihtoehto.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, altes Haus in neuem Kleid. Liebevolle Details wurden erhalten, der Aufzug ist etwas ganz besonderes. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte noch etwas mehr Auswahlhaben können. Dafür gab es einen Mega guten Kaffee.

Lokalita je naprosto úžasná, snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Postele a lůžkoviny velmi pohodlné. Vše krásně čisté.

Cons:

Pokoje jsou trochu neútulné. Možná je to dáno jejich velikostí.

Pobyt w Hotelu Heluan w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania.
Pros:

Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne.
Lokalizacja hotelu znakomita - w samym centrum miasta.
Hotel bardzo klimatyczny.

Cons:

Jako że hotel znajduje się w sercu miasta są duże problemy aby dostać się do niego jadąc samochodem przez centrum Karlovych Warów , które w dużym stopniu jest zamknięte dla większości pojazdów.
Parking Hotelu Heluan znajduje się kilkaset metrów od niego w górnej części miasta.
Uwagi dla przyszłych klientów hotelu :
1.koniecznie zrobić sobie rezerwację miejsca na w/w parkingu przed przyjazdem
2.próbować dojechać do parkingu od górnej strony miasta , unikając przejazdu
przez centrum Karlovych Warów.

Für Paar Tage Erholung ohne große Ansprüche perfekt

Die Lage war sehr gut
Check in war sehr gut und problemlos

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen Toilette Deckel war sehr wackelig
Die Aussicht war leider nur in ein Hinterhof.
