Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, hezký historický hotel

Cons:

Přístup personálu na sobotní snídani. Přišli jsme lehce po deváté, kdy polovina stolů byla prázdná, ale na všech bylo použité nádobí. Stůl jsme si tedy uklidili sami. Bufet byl poloprazdný, po cca půl hodiny se stav moc nezměnil. Snídaně tedy byla velkým zklamáním.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super und wir würden es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück sehr gut. Ein großes Lob an die Betten!

Pros:

The design is great, this antique furniture together with modern anemnities was good. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was enough

Cons:

The self check-in is not comfortable. If you come a bit earlier than your time you can't get inside. You can't leave your luggage if you are not checked in and after checkout as well. You barely see the staff, so you can't ask anybody about the city and what you can do there

Great Stay for a very reasonable price

All was good

Cons:

Everything was great but I was a bid disappointed that the shower in the bathtub could not be held up the wall, no hooks to be able to take a shower standing. I had to held it with one hand. A simple shower hook could have solved that issue. Except for that all was great.

Pros:

Die Lage war phantastisch, direkt in der Stadt. Die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in Ordnung. Besonders wenn man den Preis für die Übernachtung bedenkt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal feundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Suche des Parkplatzes war extrem herausfordernd. Dies hätte viel besser beschrieben werden können. Zudem waren die Parkplätze sodermaßen eng und schlecht befahrbar. Ich sehe ein, dass es in der engen Alttadt kaum andere Möglichkeiten gibt, trotzdem hatte ich Sorge um mein Auto.

Elegantes Zimmer in Top Lage !
Pros:

Sehr stimmungsvolle Wohnung mit hohen Wänden und Stuck-Decke in bester Lage mitten in Karlsbad. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, hatte "Grand-Hotel" Niveau. Ebenso das Frühstück, eines der Besten, was wir je hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unbedingt buchen - es ist jeden Cent wert!!

Cons:

Parken in Karlsbad - vergiss es! Aber das Hotel hat vorgesorgt. Unbedingt den Service für 16 € in Anspruch nehmen. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und in eine Garage direkt beim Hotel eingewiesen.
