Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego wyboru tego hotelu. Będziemy polecać i sami wrócimy.
Pros:

Mieliśmy szczęście dostać bardzo duży pokój, który był dodatkowo wyposażony w czajnik i lodówkę. To było dla nas istotne, ponieważ nie korzystaliśmy z hotelowego śniadania. Bardzo czysto, wygodnie, stylowo i kameralnie, bo hotel nie jest duży.

Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, szczególnie panie recepcjonistki! Duży przestronny pokój.
Skromne śniadania,ale dobre, w moim ulubionym , bardziej poludniowoeuropejskim niż polskim, klimacie.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga remontu, szczególnie wymiany okien na jakies dźwiękoszczelne, przez hałas na ulicy (jakaś dyskoteka jest chyba niedaleko) nie można było spać. Drzwi również żadnej dźwiękoszczelności nie mają,przez co było słychać wszystko, co działo się na korytarzu hotelu. Do tego zbyt miękki materac (a może po prostu już "wyleżany"?) , co nie tylko było niekomfortowe podczas leżenia,ale również po wstaniu - obydwie ( z koleżanką) odczuwałyśmy ból pleców. Noc nieprzespana,więc wiadomo jak się człowiek czuje po takiej nocy...

Pros:

Posizione,camera spaziosa e letti comodi,
gentilezza del personale ..ritornerei almeno una volta l'anno,a parte il freddo che ovviamente in primavera non ci aspettavamo..ma questo non dipende dall'hotel Mikolaj

Pros:

Hotel praticamente sulla piazza centrale della città. Da una parte il cuore di Cracovia, la piazza centrale, dall' altra il parco che circonda il centro. La zona è molto tranquilla. Hotel semplice, ma pulito. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi. Nell' hotel non manca nulla, colazione, ristorante, deposito bagagli, reception.
