Pros:

Poloha hotelu perfektní, kousíček od hlavního náměstí a kousíček od hotelu zastávka autobusu. Pokoje čisté a prakticky zařízené. Personám velmi milý a profesionální. Rozhodně bychom si hotel vybrali znovu.

Pros:

Pobyt z dwójką dzieci w wieku 6 i 10lat. Pokój idealny dla naszej trójk przestronny, łóżko bardzo duże, super wygodne. Ogródek uroczy, klimatyczny. Śniadania bardzo dobre, produkty świeże, smaczne, uzupełniane na bieżąco. Personel pomocny, bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty. W samym sercu Krakowa, wszędzie blisko Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będę potrzebować noclegu w Krakowie- na pewno zarezerwuje tu pokój. Dziękuję za umilenie nam pobytu. Dzieci zachwycone.

Struttura eccellente, posizione ottima, molto accogliente sia la camera che lo staff

Staff gentilissimo, ambiente molto accogliente, colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione con qualche dolce in più, è sbilanciata su quella tipo English breakfast

Pros:

Personale cortese e disponibile. Camera ampia e confortevole, bagno piccolo ma pulito. Disponibilità nella hall di caffè e bevande gratuite. Posizione a pochi minuti dal centro città.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato il boutique hotel e ci hanno dirottato sul residence la mattina stessa dell'arrivo (eravamo già in aeroporto...). Disagio parzialmente compensato dall'upgrade della camera.
Presso il residence non viene però servita la colazione e il buffet offerto dall'Hotel convenzionato è per varietà e qualità piuttosto scarso. Molte meglio usufruire della colazione presso un bar vicino che però apre solo alle 7.30 quindi per noi fruibile una sola giornata avendo nelle altre mattinate visite prenotate sul presto.

Dobra lokalizacja poza halasliwym rynkiem, ale w jego zasiegu. Mila obsluga w recepcji, dostep do kawy i wody. Sniadania OK, ale wyczuwalam niecierpliwosc, kiedy zdarzylo mi sie zostac w jadalni do godz.10.00 (sniadania w godzinach 7-10, wiec to nie powinno miec miejsca). Klimatyzacja w pokoju, co bardzo wazne. Czysta i przestronna lazienka. Brak wody butelkowanej w pokoju ale, jak glosila informacja, mozna pic wode z kranu.

Cons:

Hotel nieslychanie akustyczny, mala przestrzen klatki schodowej wylozona zupelnie kuriozalnie kamieniem i twardymi powierzchniami. Slychac bylo kazdy krok, kazde slowo i kaszlniecie, zamkniecie drzwi. Tuz obok mojego pokoju mieszkali turysci, ktorzy po przyjezdzie pozno w nocy bezustannie chodzili z pokoju do pokoju, rozmawiali, zero mozliwosci odpoczynku w ciszy. Nie polecam osobom, ktore sa wrazliwe na halas. Zdecydowanie uwazam, ze hotel powinien wylozyc swoje klatki schodowe dywanami, bo jest po prostu za glosno.
