Payments can be made only in PLN or by credit card. The price given in EUR may change due to exchange rate variations.

The hotel accepts dogs - a maximum of 1 dog per room, after signing the regulations. The additional cost is PLN 70 PLN per night.

Lovely hotel, staff, room, breakfast, everything we wanted for our short city break in Krakow!
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous, spacious room on a quiet street with less than a 10 minute walk into the main town square. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of hot and cold food available. Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Great location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Quiet Location was great yet just a few minutes walk from the old town. Plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc close by that you wouldn’t need to go far after a long day sightseeing. Great staff and room was very comfortable and cosy.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Too crammed in that made it difficult to navigate when busy as tables were so close together and very close to where the buffet was laid out. Only 2 hot food options, which if you were not down early were no longer hot by 9.00am.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti e la consiglio. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti e buona posizione anche per i vari punti di ritrovo se prenoti tour.
Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario, presente anche mini frigorifero, bollitore, tazze e thé.

Cons:

Uniche pecche: la colazione quasi esclusivamente salata, avrei preferito qualche dolce in più. E in bagno non c'era presa di corrente.

Stilvolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft nahe der Innenstadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll mit hohen großen Räumen. Auch das Badezimmer ist großzügig bemessen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt mit liebevollen Details. Die Lage ist nahe zu Innenstadt. In ca. 7 min ist man zu Fuß am Markplatz.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat sowohl polnisches als auch internationales Essen. Es wird schnell nachgefüllt.
Der Service war wirklich durchweg sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Ostern wurden die Gäste mit Ostersüßigkeiten überrascht.

Cons:

alles gut! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind sehr dankbar. Wenn möglich würden wir hier wieder übernachten.
