Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con altre due ragazze e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. L’hotel è molto bello e curato, e la camera tripla che abbiamo preso era molto spaziosa, tanto che in tre si stava comodamente senza sentirsi strette.

La colazione era a buffet ed era molto buona, con diverse opzioni tra cui scegliere. Una cosa davvero particolare e carina è stata la presenza di alcuni contenitori con all’interno dei foglietti: ognuno poteva prenderne uno e leggere la frase scritta sopra. È stato un dettaglio semplice ma originale che ci è piaciuto molto.

L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale: quando siamo arrivate la camera non era ancora pronta, ma ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli senza farci pagare alcun costo aggiuntivo. La stessa disponibilità l’abbiamo avuta anche il giorno del check-out, e questo è stato davvero molto apprezzato.

Anche la posizione è ottima: in circa 10 minuti si arriva al centro storico. Inoltre, eravamo tre ragazze e abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla e sicura anche la sera, cosa per noi molto importante.

Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca una struttura accogliente, ben posizionata e con un ottimo servizio.

Le petit déjeuner était superbe, un large choix de salé et de sucré ! L'emplacement est très bien et le personnel est très agréable !

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro ma in zona tranquilla. Attenzione per le nostre esigenze alimentari (celiachia), cortesia e disponibilità a tutte le ore.Piccole richieste accolte immediatamente. Consiglio questa struttura.

A Hidden Gem
Pros:

Hotel Amber is a hidden gem only a five minute walk from the main market square in Krakow. We stayed here for two nights in March and really enjoyed the experience. We were offered a room upgrade, the room was spacious and well appointed with a well equipped and modern en-suite. The entire room was exceptionally clean. The cleanliness trend continued to all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and well presented. Staff throughout the hotel were polite and helpful. If we visit this wonderful city again, we would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Amber. A great value option right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

Hard to fault the hotel in any way. The standard was exceptionally well reflected in the price. Being in the heart of the city, there is an acceptable level of noise, such as emergency vehicles, however this is not a noisy spot. On a typical inner city street while not attractive, the hotel retains all the character of a tenement building so characteristic of the city.

Liebevoll geführtes Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Es ist ein mit viel Liebe geführtes Hotel. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es liegt direkt an Rand der Altstadt und somit sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Fotos auf booking.com wirken etwas moderner, als es in Wirklichkeit ist.

Pros:

We only stayed one night after a late landing, but the hotel was perfect for our needs. A good location; the rooms were good and we were able to store our bags safely until our evening bus after checkout. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
