Comfortable bed, great location
The first room I received was at the end of a totally dirty floor and super cold with a non-functioning AC. The second room was supposed to have a working AC but it was only working very very slowly and there were no windows to open. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
The TV lost its signal a lot of times.

Self check in was easy but felt like the staff didn't want to answer any questions
Bathrooms dont allow for much privacy
Room was big and had a huge bed but layout was weird
The staff was friendly, but the property is certainly not appropriate for the price. It should be max €100/room for the level of comfort and amenities available. I felt sad that I paid €350+ for a bunker-like room.
Central location right next to Amsterdam Zuid station. Convenient. check in is quick and smooth.

Wybrałam pokój z dużym łóżkiem, było naprawdę wygodne. Po mojej prośbie o zamianę dużej kołdry na dwie mniejsze Pani z recepcji zjawiła się po kilku minutach, niosąc obie mniejsze. Byłam naprawdę pod wrażeniem. Darmowe owoce,ciasteczka, woda, kawa i herbata oraz ciepła zupa to świetnie udogodnienie, którego nie spotkałam dotąd w żadnym miejscu, a podróżuję sporo. Śniadanie było w porządku, nieduże porcje cały czas uzupełniane. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie,warzywa,owoce,jajka,na słodko, jogurty,granola. Wypiekane na miejscu pieczywo.
Cały obiekt sprawia fajne wrażenie,duzo jest zieleni prawdziwej i sztucznej tez. Mieliśmy pokoj na 4 piętrze z widokiem na atrium z drzewami,ławeczkami.
Niestety łazienka w pokoju jest w stylu kapsułowym,wszystko słychać,pod prysznicem troche grzybka,generalnie czystość oceniam 7/10.
