Pros:

Super Lage; Straßenbahnstation direkt vor der Haustüre, Maria Hilfer Straße in der Nähe, gute Bäckereien direkt um die Ecke. Personal an der Rezeption sehr höflich, gute Erklärung über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadtpläne und Straßenbahnnetz.

Great experience!
Pros:

Great location at walking distance from main sites in Vienna, near tram and metro stations, many restaurants and cafe'. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is big and with a large walk-in shower. The staff is professional, clear and very kind and write and speak English. Christina can also write in Italian and Alex was particularly caring and responsive. Breakfast is good. On your first day they offer welcome drinks. In the room you get tea and cappuccino bags per person daily with a kettle. You can also buy coffee and drinks in the caffetteria near the reception.
Next time in Vienna, I certainly know where to go ☺️

位置优越，交通便利，周围很多餐厅，商店，c咖啡馆。房间干净，装修风格有特点

Cons:

无线网络不稳定，经常断网。没有拖鞋。房间如果开窗有点吵（楼下有有轨电车）。

Pros:

The staff were incredible. On the first day they went over a map of the area with us and made sure we knew how to get around. On the last day we were offered a late check out because our room was not booked for the day.

Cons:

No blackout curtains.

Lovely hotel in one of the best locations in Vienna
Pros:

It is such a great hotel!! Christina and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful (we were upgraded to a beautiful room! and they were kind enough to let us check out later since my mom wasn't feeling well). Excellent location, close to everything you need, and they gave us a nice list of restaurants. We would definitely come back!!

Cons:

That we couldn't postpone our flight to stay for a few more days :(
