I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Kugel! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very well designed, with a large wardrobe, a generous bathroom, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole hotel had such a charming and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is simply perfect—on one of the loveliest little streets in Vienna, right in the city center. The area is full of charming boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, yet it's peaceful, with very little traffic and no noise at all.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because I already had plans in the city each morning, but there are plenty of wonderful cafés just a few steps away.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They really made me feel at home.

I visit Vienna quite often, and I'm sure this will be my go-to hotel from now on whenever I can book it. I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Vienna!

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und das Hotel trotz zentraler Lage nachts ruhig. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. Ein- und Auschechen war einfach und der Rezeptionist sehr freundlich!

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant cinq nuits, lors d’une visite à notre fils et sa femme qui habitent juste en face. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous : proche du centre-ville, avec la ligne de tram 49 devant l’hôtel, et entouré de très bons cafés, restaurants et boutiques.

L’hôtel lui-même est charmant et cosy. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre, avec un lit confortable et une salle de bain moderne et bien conçue.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, die Zimmer sind praktisch ausgestattet, die Lage ist super , alle möglichen öffentlichen Verbindungen in der Nähe.

Entspannte Atmospäre , sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist sehr gut . Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist so gerade noch ok.
Für Liebhaber von altem Wiener Charme aber sicher empfehlenswert.

The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting which was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the windows face one of the main streets which was very pretty. The location was perfect for us because there was a tram stop right out front that will take you almost anywhere. It is also surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and gave us recommendations on how to best travel around and what places to visit. Would definitely stay here again!

The Kugel is in a great location, in the heart of Vienna. You can catch the tram just outside the hotel, and it is just a short walk to the underground metro. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the breakfast is very good as well.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Tramstation, der Bus vom Hauptbahnhof hält in 200m in der Querstraße. Das Team des Hotel ist ausnahmslos sehr nett, hat viele Tipps auf Lager, einfach ganz was anderes als in den großen Ketten.
Viele Lokale im Umkreis von 5-10 min.
Hotelzimmer war sehr leise, auch bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen.

What a lovely place! The best location, really friendly and kind staff and so much cool Viennese style. If you want to feel like you’re right in the heart of Vienna with loads to see and do, this is the place to stay.

De ontzettend vriendelijke host.

This is a family-owned and run hotel in a second ring neighborhood of Vienna. Super convenient for public transit with a tram stop just across the street. The rooms are clean and feature quirky decor. The street can be on the noisy side on pleasant evenings with people drinking, eating and talking at street level but that's a feature of Austria. Go to another country if you like quiet evenings - Austrians like to party.

Location of this hotel was fabulous. Right near bus and tram stops that take you into the historic centre and onto subway stations for further travel. The hotel is near several supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel owners were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in providing recommendations. The room itself was small but sufficient. The bathroom was small. Security at the hotel was good as required a door code to get in which made for late night arrivals back to our room easy. Not much variety on TV channels.
Best thing about this hotel was the owners and the location.
