Ten hotel to jakaś straszna pomyłka, straszne miejsce. W pokoju było brudno, wszędzie kurz, z zewnątrz do godziny 3 w nocy dochodził taki straszny hałas,że nie zmrużyłam oka! Widok na starą bramę, brak miejsca gdzie można powiesić mokry ręcznik, ale ten hałas to jest naprawdę coś strasznego!!!! Obok bary otwarte całą doc, impreza do 4 rano. I recepcjonista, który kłamał,że to wyjątkowo tylko tej nocy, dramat. Łazienka - smród nie do wytrzymania, trzeba wchodzić z zamkniętym nosem! Odpływ prysznica przykryty ręcznikiem! Chyba po to, żeby zmniejszyć wydobywający się smród. Nie zdjęłam tego, czy oni myśleli że się wytrę tym ręcznikiem? Brzydzilam się umyć tam. Łazienka bez okna, więc nie dało się wywietrzyć. Prześcieradła z żółtymi plamami. Materac w jednym miejscu zapadnięty, wyleżany przez ludzi. Ogólnie straszne miejsce!! Nie polecam! Omijać szerokim łukiem.

In pieno centro storico, a due passi da tutto.
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro storico. A due passi contati dalla fermata 'porto' a cui si arriva direttamente dall' aeroporto di Palermo e da cui si riparte, da cui partono anche i pullman per lo splendido borgo di Erice. Nelle vicinanze anche punto d' imbarco per le Isole Egadi.

Personale alla reception h24 estremamente cortese. Possibilità di usufruire del bagno di servizio anche prima del check-in o dopo il check-out per una rinfrescata prima di partire.
Camera modesta ma molto funzionale.
Di primo acchito sono rimasta un po' perplessa per la finitura del piatto doccia, aspetto diventato poi irrilevante.
Molto soddisfatta della posizione della struttura, del rapporto qualità prezzo e dell' attenzione verso il cliente.
Consigliato.

Cons:

Sostituirei la doccia per svecchiare il bagno.

Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche , alla nostra richiesta ci son state consegnate delle altre e abbiamo dovuto cambiarle noi, inoltre la stanza era in un ala che sicuramente ha necessità di una ristrutturazione rispetto al resto della struttura

Posizione imbattibile, perfetto per le Egadi!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti non consecutive, scelta per la sua vicinanza al porto e si è rivelata una scelta azzeccatissima. L'hotel è essenziale ma estremamente funzionale, ideale per chi cerca un punto d'appoggio economico nel cuore del centro storico di Trapani. In 3 minuti a piedi si raggiungono gli imbarchi per i traghetti e la fermata dei Bus per gli Aeroporti. Le camere erano pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario, inclusa l'aria condizionata, la TV, e saponi da bagno abbondanti.
Il WI-FI perfettamente funzionante, inoltre, la colazione è stata ottima ed abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato.
Lo staff è stato molto cortese e disponibile per qualunque necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ci tornerò sicuramente!
