Oriental Rivoli Hotel & SPA

Had a lovely time, hotel was nice, food ok but breakfasts a little limited. Forgot tea bags agin but hey ho. Wallid the guy who cleaned our room was brilliant and deserves a special mention. Staff all very lovely and attentive. Booked same hotel, same week next year. Thank you for the birthday cake!!! Toti on the bar was great. All the reception guys were brilliant. Thank you all so much. Cooks were great, omelettes need ordering "with eggs" :-)

it was a really good time we spend good time with all the stuff and animation team was really good and every day show and activities and the should be many kind of food but every thing is good and nice location

The entertainment staff were excellent with the kids. They are very friendly and warming and kept the kids entertained for hours.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Oriental Rivioli.. from the first night to sadly my last day all of the hotels staff have been absolutely 💯 brilliant. From Tyssier at the dry martini bar who has exceptional customer service to the beautiful towel decorations which were a wonderful surprise. Special Thank you to animation team as the partying in the dessert andaqua aerobics were really fun. Thank you to all the staff at the Oriental Rivioli you have made me feel like like family and I am so sad to leave but I will definitely be keeping in touch and visiting soon ❤ love to you all. We stayed at Oriental Rivoli Hotel and were genuinely pleased with our experience. The location is great – peaceful, yet close to everything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The pool area and courtyard have a beautiful atmosphere, and the oriental style gives the hotel a unique charm. The food is varied, and there is enough choice for everyone.

For the price, the hotel offers much more than expected. We truly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, good service, and a pleasant environment in Sharm El Sheikh. We would gladly come back again.

I felt fantastic at the hotel. There were great shows every night and during the day too. My room was beautifully cleaned every day and there was always a creative figure waiting for me on the bed made of towels. The restaurant had everything we wanted. The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive and kind. I would especially like to highlight Yasmine who tried to brighten my day with her words and her kind smile. I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

We are here now had the best time! Animation team great! Foam party was the kids best part!!! Food lovely and all staff very friendly can’t wait to return

The worst hotel I’ve been to in Sharm. The cost is as low as the hotel’s level — old, dirty, and boring.
The only plus is its location - Naama Bay (the nightlife area).

Was amazimg, to be completely honest we were very scared and wary after seeing the reviews beforehand but was pleasantly suprised with how good everything was, the two rooms were perfect better than the picttures mini frige fully stocked no problems with AC etc replaced our towels too when requested, Room cleaners were Very Very nice always cleaned and restocked perfectly. The resturant staff were also really nice especially Taha and the young guy who would serve us pasta. We had booked breakfast too which was a nice variaty. Also the Hotel Activity booker was really nice and gave us an discount and had a wide range of activities to book from we inotially had done - in terms of location it was rlly good there was this cafe near which had good food straight down from the mcdonalds and i would reccomend to use in drive taxi’s came really quick , reception were also helpful with any requests

The experience were too good and the food was good and we had fun and the stuff were too friendly and there was 3 pools and that was great

A waste of money. A holiday from hell. Our room was dirty and tired. No mini bar, toiletries. We had to ask for toilet roll. The shower cubicle looked liked it had never been cleaned. The room smelt of smoke. The pool areas were never cleaned, your flips flops stocked to the spilt drinks from the previous day, along with dirty glasses and fag butts on sun lounger tables. The food is dire, looks like a school canteen, no food coverings, same looking slop daily, certainly does not cater for a wide range of taste. Made to drink from paper cups during meals with fizzy poored from bottles that was often flat resembling a child's party. We had to ask for glasses for our evening meal. I spent 4 days bed ridden due to sickness and diarrhoea so my husband avoided the restaurant for the remainder of our stay to avoid being ill. The hotel is advertised as romantic and intimate its not, booming music from 10am around the pool, sometimes an animation team doing aerobics plus foam parties. Not relaxing offering a spa atmosphere. Only one restaurant to eat in, no pool bar or snacks. Don't waste your money being all inclusive. Some of staff are rude, arrogant and try to humiliate you. We had one lovely waiter that cared. Reception manager was nothing more than a bully and didnt want to help. If we could of change our flights home we would of left earlier.

Very Disappointing Stay – Never Again

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and whenever the kids ran around, dust would rise everywhere. There was no hand sanitizer or proper facilities for washing hands. When I asked an attendant about it, I was told, “You can use the one in the bathtub.”

Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, no water was provided in the rooms. The food was prepared almost entirely for Italians, with special dishes made just for them. As a result, we ended up eating outside most of the time.

On top of that, when I went to get pizza, the attendant told me I couldn’t be served because I had taken a large plate instead of a small one. I left the plate and walked away in frustration.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never come back.

4th year in a row of going to this hotel and it gets better each year..
Shout out to our cleaner mohammed he was amazing... Islam on the bar is so sweet brought our drinks and made the kids really happy..
Ghulab of course is outstanding he always has been.
Sayed in restaurant I at first thought he had left but then he appeared so happy to see him back

Had a lovely family holiday. The hotel was really lovely and the staff couldn't do enough to help us. My little really enjoyed the pool and the evening entertainment. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Only on our 2nd day so far. I have to say, I was a bit unsure after reading some reviews but even on just our 2nd day we are so pleased that we booked this hotel. Yes the rooms look old fashioned but in my opinion, that's what they are supposed to look like. Our room is beautiful. It is the cleanest hotel room I have seen up to now. The cleaner is very friendly, he brings bottled water each time he cleans and he leaves the room immaculately clean. As for the reviews where people are saying the pools are never cleaned, I have seen staff cleaning the pool each day. The pools are lovely. They are warm but a welcoming cool down in this heat.
The staff are amazing! They really do make the hitel a welcoming and enjoyable place to be. They do so much for you to make sure you enjoy your day.
The animation team are great. They actually look like they are having fun too not just working which is nice to see. Meriyam is very sweet, always checking to see if you are ok and want to join in with the activities.
The guys at the bar are friendly and they make good drinks (especially Mo Sallahs friend 😜). I cant remember all of their names but I will add to this when I do.
My partner is a very picky eater and was very worried he wouldn't find anythingn to eat but even he has said that the food is really good. Yes it is different, but you're in a different country, it is not going to be like British food.
Looking forward to spending the next 2 weeks here 😀

A wonderful experience by all standards! The hotel is very clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and the staff are extremely respectful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and all the little details that made a difference. Thank you to the hotel management for their professionalism and care.

The animation team was fantastic, especially Meryem. She is always full of energy and made my trip special.

The food was fantastic, huge respects to chef for the amazing food and variety, but also the cleanliness of the cooking areas.
