Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, mussten uns um nichts kümmern, außer um das Einhalten unserer Freizeittermine (z.B. Massage)
Pros:

Super Spielhalle für die Kinder, sehr freundliches Personal durchweg, sehr leckeres Essen, gute Freizeitangebote seitens des Hotels, eigener Skibus (vormittags und nachmittags).

One of the best places we have ever been at (and we travel a LOT).
Pros:

We loved everything - the staff, kindness, interior and exterior design, food, everything! A beautiful family hotel where we felt like home. The best wellness area ever seen. Warm, super clean and cosy rooms. The best children’s area ever seen. The owner comes to your table smiling and asks if everything is ok. There is a nice program every day, for everybody. We will always come back to this place. Absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sonngastein Hotel and truly loved every moment. The hotel is perfect for families with children, with a great kids’ area and a cozy, well-maintained spa. The food was delicious and suitable for both adults and kids.

The hotel is very clean, well cared for you and, you really feel the attention to every detail. But what impressed us the most was the staff – incredibly kind, warm and attentive. It feels like one big family, where everyone truly cares about you.

The hotel dogs are an adorable bonus and add even more charm to the atmosphere. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back again.

Amazing hotel, ideal for the kids -kids' zone is huge and has eveything! Basketball, football, tennis etc., the kids were happy!

Rodinná dovolená přes Vánoce
Pros:

Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im August in diesem wirklich tollen Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden! Tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten für die Kids aber auch für die Erwachsenen! Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich! Besonders toll ist das Essen! Extra für die Kleinen gibt es ein Kindermenü und man geht auch auf Sonderwünsche ein! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Superb! A glorious mix of luxury and personality. Great food!!!! They really deserve the prize they won for their cooking! Proferssional service! Well suited for kids, youngsters and adults! Ski romm with fixed places for each room makes a skiroom in order (for once!) Excellent spa! Friendly and polite staff! It´s located a bit out of town but the setting makes you never long for going there!
