100 percent loved this resort and will return.
There was not one thing that disappointed us.
The staff are amazing as is the location of the hotel.
El Gouna is probably the nicest place we have ever visited.
We tend to book about 6 weeks before we travel and I do my research on hotels and surrounding areas.
As travellers to Egypt we are fairly new, our friends introduced us to this wonderful country nearly three years ago and at that time we went with them to Sharm. We enjoyed it so much we have been to Egypt 5 times in last 2 and a half years.
if we promise we will return we do.
We are returning to Sharm in June to see the lovely people we met a year ago and with good health we will return to Three Corners Ocean View later this year or early next year
I have not posted any photographs or noted names of staff as all were stand out to us.
The welcome was warm when we arrived and out first day along with other guests we were given a guided tour of the hotel, this set the tone for the holiday, 100 percent score for guest relations
I would like to point out that the dining room was the most relaxed dining experience at any all inclusive resort we have stayed at.
Our room was a courtyard view which again was stunning
The area overlooking the lagoon was so relaxing
Peanuts bar did amazing cocktails
Security staff very friendly and always said hello
The sunshine is not restricted to the the weather it is received in the smiles of the staff, which in turn brings the guest warmth and happiness
The owners, Management and ALL staff should be proud of each other as this wonderful team deserve a glowing review
Outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the lovely, welcoming , highly trained staff, scrupulously clean environnent, delicious, piping hot food to stunning views, Three Corners Ocean View is a little part of heaven wrapped around an azure turquoise lagoon. A true jewel in the Red Sea.
My happy place - this is why we return year after year.
Absolutely faultless in every respect. We have been to Hurghada before, but in terms of location, El Gouna is not even comparable.
The whole town is gated, and security stringent, meaning that once here, everywhere is accessible and completely safe. It is also spotlessly clean, and you are not pressured by locals to buy anything.
The marinas are stunning with luxury yachts galore.
The hotel is situated on a marina, with great restaurants and cafes a short walk away.
The hotel has everything you need and is 5 star service throughout.
There is a large pool adjacent to the sea. The sea is crystal clear with a jetty to swim off with a cordoned area for safety. When snorkeling close to the shore we saw an array of stunning fish.
The rooms are large and well equipped, with the best shower ever! Toiletries all provided.
The food is exquisite with so much choice at every serving. I vowed I was going to eat healthily, but that went out of the window when I saw the vast array of stunning desserts!
All the waiting staff are really attentive, we were never without a drink. Great range of soft drinks and cocktails included. I thoroughly recommend the ginger magueritas!
Entertainment is great with a variety of live acts each evening. We really enjoyed the daily yoga in a stunning position on the lawn overlooking the ocean.
Thank you to all the staff, from those we saw, to those behind the scenes. There are too many to mention (although Aladdin is so adorable on the entertainment team). You really have created a haven of complete luxury and relaxation.
We never return to the same place, but will make an exception for this hotel. So sad to be leaving today but will be back. I really can't recommend it highly enough.
Good hotel with nice service and good animation team❤️❤️
Just returned from our first holiday to The Three Corners Ocean View Hote in El Gouna.
We had a great relaxing holiday with the help, kindness & professionalism shown from all the staff at the hotel. The following staff need mentioning :
Housekeeping, Zakaria, lovely kind gentleman who looked after our room to the highest order throughout our holiday.
Great towel art.
Lobby bar staff, Ahmed, Sayed, Abdullah, Eslam . Great bunch of guys, always happy to help, always remembered your drinks, great sense of humour.
Lobby attendant, A.Maseh. kept lobby area and toilets spotless.
Bell Captain, Ekramy, very helpful and kind gentleman, nothing was to much trouble.
Retreat Spa & Wellness,Tito. Great guy, happy to help and recommend treatments. The lady who gave me my deep tissue massage ( fantastic experience).
Pool area and pool bar. Ahmed towel attendant, happy to locate a sunbed for you on a daily basis .Friendly and helpful.
Ahmed & Marco at the pool bar. Great couple of guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Always took your drinks to you."Lovely"
Security, my mate Mohammed. Lovely guy, kept the hotel grounds safe, kept non residents out of the private beach area. Always happy to help.
Resort relations, Anne. Took us on our observation tour on day 1. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made us feel very welcome.
Restaurant team. Chef Sayed on the live cooking station. Great guy, always happy to assist and service with a smile. When he served you, he always said " thank you my friend, bon appetito".
Trainee chef Basem. Lovely young lad, extremely passionate about his career path. Get him off salads and ice cream and put him with Sayed on live cooking station.
.
Apologies for those staff not mentioned
Lovely welcome on arrival in reception, even though it was almost midnight when we arrived. Quick check in then taken to our room by the Bell Captain. Our room, superior double room with garden view (2124) was very nice indeed. A welcome plate of snacks laid out for our late arrival which was very welcome.
Immaculately clean, everything you need , refreshment tray, mini bar ( additional charge if used) super soft towels( egyptian of course), toiletries. The bed , a king-size was extremely comfortable with a choice of different pillows if requested.
The gardens are immaculately kept. Beaming with vibrant colours and scents.
Pool area is kept pristine by Ahmed. Plenty of loungers around the pool or on the beach area facing out to sea.
Hotel location is stunning, right on 1 of the 3 marinas in El Gouna. Many an hour slips by as you watch the small boats, yachts and super yachts cruise by.
The food was extremely nice. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
Themed dinner nights on rotation. Restaurant always set out to compliment the theme as we're the waiting staff..Plenty of variety, always hot ( except the salad) and deserts to die for ( if you have a sweet tooth).
Overall we had a very relaxing enjoyable holiday at the Three Corners Ocean View Hotel.
A massive thanks to all the staff for making our trip a 5 star holiday. We enjoyed it so much, the day we landed back in the UK, we rebooked for next year.
If you've never been to El Gouna, you need to try it. It is a lovely save haven with some great shops, restaurants and cafe/ bars in downtown El Gouna. A 2 euro Tuk Tuk journey gets you downtown, and the tuk tuks are fun..
Get it booked.
See you all in 2027.
This hotel is in a wonderful location. It has very friendly, helpful and efficient staff; the managers, bell boy, security, gardeners, waiters, chefs and cleaners. Our superior room was perfect on 'Golden Avenue' with a view
What a lovely place to spend a week or two. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious and comfortab
The staff are lovely, very welcoming and helpful.
The room was lovely with a lovely balcony and courtyard filled with flowers and a rill running through the centre.
The food is top notch, everyday there is a different theme, the table cloths and aprons of the waters all match. There is something to suit all tastes.
There are quite a few activities and classes in the gym, and the staff are on hand to help organise any excursion, we went to Lucor and the Valley of the Kings, which was fabulous.
A wonderful hotel!
The all inclusiveness worried me a bit, but I needn’t have.
Everything about the service here was great, the staff, the food and drink.
The waiters are brilliant, working long days and still smiling.
We came back reluctantly yesterday and during our stay, which was in Ramadan, we could not fault their cheerfulness and efficiency and to be honest, they went a long way to making our holiday such a delight.
Situated in a fantastic position, the hotel has everything you need for a great holiday, indeed we only left the hotel two days before we left, for a mooch around the harbour.
We will be back next year for sure, to explore a bit more of the area.
Incidentally, when we said we would be back next year, as we left, we were told that they would be waiting for us.
Marvellous from the minute we checked in and were given an upgrade to a lovely room with terrace overlooking the lagoon. Karem took care of us brilliantly throughout the week and all the staff were friendly and efficient.
Delicious food with plenty of choice at each meal and the drinks good too. Hoping to return before the end of the year for more wonderful service!
This hotel is in a wonderful location. It has very friendly, helpful and efficient staff; the managers, bell boy, security, gardeners, waiters, chefs and cleaners. Our superior room was perfect on 'Golden Avenue' with a view of the lagoon and the sea; it was kept clean by Karem. The terrace was a pleasant place to be during the day and for evening entertainment. 'Peanuts' Bar was also worth hoing to for a drink or two!
The small beach was fine and the large area around the pool was also a good place to relax in the warm winter sunshine. The gym and spa were also very good.
Our 2nd visit to this hotel. And lovely welcome when we checked in. We got slightly upgraded in our room. We had booked a sea view, and they gave us a newly refurbished room over looking the lagoon. Stunning. Room was spacious, plenty of storage, plugs. There is no milk to make English tea, there's only packets of creamer. Drinks in fridge are chargeable except the water. Water is replenished every day. Our room was kept immaculate. Food in restaurant fab, different theme every night. The chefs will get you what you want. Staff so friendly, they remember your drink orders, from Sayed at pool bar, to the lads on the normal bar. The man who looks after the beach and does the towels, he was so friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The hotel is situated on a marina so it's nice to go out for a walk. And you don't get harassed. We will hopefully be returning to this lovely hotel later in the year.
Excellent hotel in every way. Staff go out of their way. Position, out of this world.
I like the hotel and the location is great so I can go walking round the local area.
The food is great and every night is a different theme, which brings variation.
I like partaking in the activities and and the animation team is so nice.
I like the peanuts bar and I like to use the gym.
The rooms are nice and the staff are lovely.
This is an absolutely fantastic hotel in a prime location on the stunning Abu Tig Marina. The staff are absolutely amazing and will go out of their way to help you. The food is fantastic and it’s always a different theme every night so it was not repetitive like most hotels. We had a marina view room which was fantastic, just to come onto your balcony and see these luxury yachts right in front of you. The lads in Peanuts bar do a fantastic job and always remember your drinks so never had to ask what you wanted to drink. A massive thank you to the lads on the pool bar who used to make the nicest vanilla iced coffees for me. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location to all the shops, bars and restaurants and downtown is only a short tuc tuc ride away and well worth the visit for more restaurants, bars and shopping.
Well what can I say Three corners ocean view has captured our hearts.
We had the best time relaxing and just chilling out from 31st jan to 7th feb. (so not long enough) Everyone of the staff where lovely kind and so helpful. The whole hotel was spotless and my towel pets where amazing lol.
The food was exceptional always so hot and fresh . We are a very well travelled couple who have done lots of top hotels an cruises but the food definitely beat them all .
There is just something very magical about this place its not all bells and whistles but just so relaxing and beautiful. We have never stayed in the same hotel twice in all our yrs of travel but I was home only 8 hours and had 2 weeks booked for next year .
Thank you everyone for making our holiday perfect. Cant wait to be back again watching the sun rise in paradise xxx
Every thing was fantastic, really enjoyed our stay and particularly our house keeper Karem who was fantastic!! Room 2107
The location of the hotel is at the end of the island and in a very solitary place. It has a very calm and relaxing vibe and the staff are nothing but helpful. Being a vegetarian, I had a special menu and Reda (head chef) was very accommodating. The animation team (Nada and Alaa) are always on hand to get information about the hotel entertainment and get you participating in their daily activities. Definitely recommend and would come again without hesitation.
I don't know where to start to describe how great my stay was. My room (2224) was simply amazing, with a fantastic view on the inner garden. A place where I enjoyed sunbathing and relaxing. The room was new and I loved every single moment in it, not to mention the cleanliness and the service by Housekeeping which was outstanding.
The pool area with the sunbeds is quiet, and this is the key word of this hotel: quiet! It's an adult-only property, the atmosphere is very relaxing every moment of the day. The pool is not cold and big enough, but if you want you can swim in the sea which is right in front of the sunbeds area and it's accessible from a little pier.
Food: breakfast, lunch and dinner have many options. The quality of the food is the best I've ever experienced in a resort so far.
I also experienced the Spa with the antistress massage and the Cleopatra package. Habiba has been outstanding, I felt incredibly fresh and relaxed afterwards. I highly suggest it.
Right out of the hotel exit there is the Peanuts bar, a bar that offers dj nights or karaoke. The drinks are free if you're a guest of the hotel, until midnight. After that you have to pay but the prices are absolutely affordable.
Anyways, the success of the Three Corners Ocean View is the Staff. Every single person smiles at you, is helpful, caring, always there for you. I felt treated incredibly well.
Leaving the hotel to fly back home was hard, I had a fantastic time here and I will absolutely come back.
If you've been, you will already know that El Gouna is the exception to the general rule when thinking about travelling to Egypt. The country is 9/10ths desert! Even many of its more developed non-Nile ‘tourist’ areas remain work in progress and resemble a building site and, sadly, there is an abundance of litter everywhere. Whilst individual, secure, resorts certainly looked top notch, what surrounds them can be all rather depressing and disappointing!
However, this exclusive resort town on Egypt’s Red Sea coast, which is eco-conscious and was only started in 1989, stands situated around 36 interconnected, man-made islands and lagoons. The sales blurb offers ‘a unique, secure, and upscale experience featuring high-end marina life, year-round sunshine.’ It does not lie, what with its sustainable Nubian-inspired architecture its a town clearly defined by its turquoise, saltwater lagoons making boat transport common.
As a gated town with a private security entrance, El Gouna offers a relaxed, hassle-free environment, one free from the often, persistent, tourist touts found frequently at other Egyptian locations. For this old bloke the kitesurfing, windsurfing, diving, and snorkelling lost out to daily swimming in a much warmer pool.
Our all-inclusive at the Three Corners Ocean View was simply outstanding. A 4-star hotel whose staff delivered 5-star service every single day. Walking was our main exercise, besides the swimming that is, but many use the cheap and fun-filled tuk-tuks to navigate this charming town. It was a hoot! The ocean facing room was lovely and the attention to detail in servicing the room delivered a master class.
Whilst our winter break was to avoid the rain and gather some sun (and work my way through a pile of books) we managed a wonderful desert safari, including sunset bar-b-que and a poignant Bedouin tea tasting. We discovered the cultural restrictions on their women folk and the children where social life is separated by gender. Men and women eat separately, and women are often bound by tradition to remain within the family environment. It was eye-opening to say the least.
It was a great travel experience. Wonderful value for money. The chef deserves a STAR!
