For the cost it's perfect.

Cons:

Nothing I'm about to say is something I dislike it honestly enhanced the experience, however, no one would agree with me. We got random cob webs (spider friends), stain on the floor which makes you think long and hard about potential explanations, thin walls so you can enjoy your neighbors conversations. It was peak honestly.

Hygienetechnisch ein Alptraum!
Cons:

Nach dem Self check in stellte ich fest, dass unser Zimmer um 15.00 Uhr nicht gereinigt war. Wir mussten dann per Whatsapp Fotos vom Zimmer senden, damit wir ein anderes Zimmer bekammen. In diesem Zimmer fiel in der Dusche die Farbe von der Decke und die Mini-Bar wurde komplett entfernt. Mir ist der Duschkopf 3 mal beim Duschen auf die Fuesse gefallen, weil er beim Wasser anmachen sofort aus der Halterung gesprungen ist!! Hier wurde wahrscheinlich seit 30 Jahren nichts mehr ersetzt nur kassiert. Dann am 2. Tag wurde auch dieses Zimmer nicht geputzt. Wahrscheinlich wird auch beim Reinigungspersonal gespart!

Trotz des günstigen Preises, nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Bett war in Ordnung

Cons:

Es war überall schmutzig, wir hätten nach 3 Tagen gerne frische Handtücher bekommen. Die kamen trotz Bestätigung nicht. Dass es gar keinen direkten Ansprechpartner gab war blöd. Bad, Türen stark renovierungsbedürftig. Seife fehlte. Zigarettenqualm von Kettenrauchern im Innenhof zog ins Zimmer.

Naja - meine Erwartungen wurden unterboten
Pros:

Es wird auf den Fotos ein deutlich besserer Zustand vermittelt als man vor Ort antrifft. Es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt allgemein nicht sehr ansprechend und sauber. Es gab genug Handtücher.

Cons:

Im Zimmer selbst hat es anfangs komisch gerochen, die Dusche war mit Klebeband zusammengehalten und das Bett war mehr als nur unangenehm (die Matraze war sehe durchgelegen). Alles war in einem so halb sauberen Zustand der nicht gut war.

Unde este situata si usurinta de a face check in si check out

Cons:

Am gasit mizerie, gandaci, pereti murdari , urme pe canepea, oglinzi nesterse… Lenjeriile au fost curate , si ni s au schimbat prosoapele dupa ce am fost sa discut , altfel nu cred.
De asemenea, nu a mers aerul conditionat.

Der Preis war für Wien sehr günstig. Personal am Telefon sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich
Pros:

Lage war gut, aber Safe und Türschloss haben nicht funktioniert. Mußte dadurch kurzfristig in ein anderes Zimmer einer schlechteren Kategorie wechseln. Der Anruf wurde sehr freundlich, zügig und kompetent behandelt.

Cons:

Abgewohnt, Teppiche sollten ausgetauscht werden (ich ging dort nicht barfuß herum), fehlende Kleiderbügel, Vorhänge die teilweise herunterhängen und schmuddelig waren.
Eingangshalle verbessern (unnötige alte Möbeln entsorgen und dadurch verschönern)
Es sollte ein Handwerker durchgehen und alles reparieren, dann würde man die Unterkunft auch für diesen Preis akzeptabel finden.
kein Safe im 2. Zimmer aber zumindest war die Türe nun verschließbar

Pros:

Location is pretty good and checkin instructions were pretty good and easy.

Cons:

My room had no curtains and looked onto an internal courtyard with windows looking in from other rooms. Tried to contact the hotel but I had no reply from them. Room was passable in terms of cleanliness but only just.

Cons:

Room was not clean even though I arrived after check-in time by 2 hours, they said they will clean it, came back at night bed sheets were not clean, still with the same stains I saw before. I can handle everything but not lack of hygiene. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s dirty, everything was dirty, bed, carpet, ALL OF IT. The hotel never answers the phone, never contacts you even during their listed working hours. What a waste of money, I booked it for 2 nights and never stayed there. Also the rooms in the pictures are NOTHING like reality.
