The location and the rooms were fine

Cons:

The basin was blocked so they moved me to another bigger, double room. However, the water was tepid and then cold. I contacted the service by phone, “we will see to it”. They didn’t. Reception was never staffed though I did meet a nice helpful woman when I arrived i never saw another member of staff.

Es war so heiß im Zimmer, dass die Fenster ständig offen sein mussten und auf die Reklamstion unter der angegebenen Nummer nicht reagiert wurde. Ein Schlafen war fast unmöglich.

La ubicación es horrible y al lado de un puticlub, en la habitación las paredes se caen (literal) y hay moho y huele la habitación a humedad. La cama hace muchísimo ruido, todo está viejo. La ventana daba a un patio de luces al que la gente salía a fumar y las cortinas de la habitaciones no tapan bien la ventana. No entiendo como este alojamiento tiene un 6 de puntuación, es horrible

sehr schlechte Unterkunft - die Bilder sind sehr veraltet und trügen leider.

Das einzig Gute an diesem Hotel war die Lage.

Cons:

Das Bad war sauber, die separate Toilette mäßig sauber, aber das Zimmer an sich war sehr dreckig. Ich hatte etwas auf dem Boden verloren und musste das Bett nach vorne ziehen, die Staubschicht war dahinter dicker, als in meinem Keller. Es war ekelig zu sehen, dass an der Tapete Schimmel war. Die Vorhänge und Gardinen hingen halb runter. Durch das Laken schimmerte die dreckige Matratze. Und es gab auch nur das eine große (Kantinen)Licht, keine kleine Lampe.
Das schlimmste war aber tatsächlich, dass es morgens KEIN warmes Wasser gab, nur abends. Und im Waschbecken gab es keinen Stopfer, so dass ich meinen Ring im Abfluss verloren habe :-((
Ich versuche seit 3 Tagen den Kundenservice diesbezüglich zu erreichen. Zum Glück hat die Heizung funktioniert, da ich ansonsten im Januar mit dünner Decke sehr gefroren hätte.

The location was good.

Cons:

This was the most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the hotel, there was a bad smell all throughout the corridors, and when I got to my room it was dirty and had stains on the walls, pillows etc. Due to this, I ended up paying for another hotel last minute and staying there the entire length of my stay, and didn’t return to my room since leaving. I was in the hotel for an hour maximum and felt disgusted. Avoid at all costs.
