Muy caro para lo anticuado que esta y con vistas a una pared.Limpieza regular.

1. Parking muy inaccesible para coches grandes
2. La habitación muy pequeña y anticuada. Además no pudimos ni subir la persiana porqué literalmente había pared.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje antes del check in y después del check out para que podamos disfrutar el día en Andorra.

Cons:

El hotel es antigüo, sus instalaciones funcionan bien pero parece detenido en el tiempo.
El baño de nuestra habitación no estaba bien distribuído.

Le Monsieur de l'accueil n'est pas agréable du tout, un manque de professionnalisme. Le contact avec la clientèle n'est pas sa vocation.
Le bar est ouvert uniquement quand le personnel est disponible (sous effectif).
Parking très difficile d'accès pour les grosses voitures .

Cama muy cómoda, habitación espaciosa y bien aislada del ruido.

Cons:

Pensaba que estaba más cerca de Av.Meritxell, está a unos 20min caminando.

Pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il n’y avait pas de bouilloire pour le thé dans la chambre, ni de café. Les machines sont vieilles et n’acceptent que des pièces. Trop de bruit dans les couloirs, dans la chambre et à la réception.

La pire réception d’hôtel que j’aie connue. J’avais besoin d’acheter une carte SIM et la femme m’a dit que ce ne serait possible que lundi, alors que je suis arrivée samedi à 18 h. Il n’y avait pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre. J’ai réclamé à la réception et on m’a simplement répondu : « Eh, le Wi-Fi ne marche pas dans cette chambre. »

Si l’on met une chambre en vente sans Wi-Fi, il faut le prévoir et proposer un prix beaucoup plus bas. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.

Je suis allée demander dans un autre hôtel à propos de la carte SIM : ils m’ont tout de suite informée où l’acheter et j’ai pu me connecter pour travailler.

La piscine et le jacuzzi sont une blague, à éviter. Cet hôtel mérite au maximum 2 étoiles pour son service médiocre. Sans parler de la baignoire, qui était sale et tachée partout.

Une rénovation est vraiment nécessaire. Les réceptionnistes ne savent même pas indiquer où acheter de l’eau. Déplorable.

Hotel 4 estrellas muy justo, y caro para la categoria del hotel. Aparcamiento complicado

La habitacion, una suite, con una cama de 2 x 2, y un sofa cama amplio. Pero un poco antiguo en general

Cons:

Estaba en un piso 8, no llegaba el ascensor hasta ahí, tenias que salir del ascensor, andar por el pasillo y cambiar de ascensor. No pudimos entrar en el parking porque es muy justo de tamaño para un vehículo grande, tipo monovolumen o suv grande. Hay parking a 400 metros pero debes ir por la calle con las maletas. Hay mal aparcamiento por la zona en la calle

I reccomand but there is space for improvement
Pros:

Hotel is in a nice place and has a lot of additional facilities like pool, game room or bar. The staff here was helpful, speaks English and Spanish, around the hotel there is some shops or gas station if needed. I did not use it but if think near is also a bus stop.

Cons:

The bathroom cleanness was not enough for me – there is of course space for improvement. The parking lot needs to be extra pay (18 euro per day), and the entrance to the parking lot is tricky (it is a spiral and narrow road). If you have big car or/and you are not a really good driver, you can have some issues with entering or exiting the parking lot.
