Service insbesondere bei den Mahlzeiten mangelhaft: Kellner teils offensichtlich nicht geschult oder ausgebildet - Teller (auch von andern Tischen) werden minutenlang vor dem Gast aufgestapelt und dann abgetragen, Teller werden eingesammelt während am Tisch noch gegessen wird, Gänge werden zur falschen Zeit abgerufen und dann zur richtigen Zeit eiskalt serviert, Tisch mit „der dort“ zugewiesen. Alles in allem lustlos oder überfordert. Hier fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen.

Abendessen für Vegetarier nicht gut - eine muntere Kombination aus Beilagen des Fisch- und Fleischgangs. Gruß aus der Küche immer mit Fleisch.

Frühstück ein wildes Durcheinander - der Umfang des Buffets toll, im Chaos der fehlenden festen Plätze und langen Schlangen (2 Kaffeemaschinen für 200 Gäste…) bleibt die Urlaubsfreude auf der Strecke.

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts teilten wir das Hotel mit einer Gruppe von ca 100 dauerhaft betrunkenen „Business Clients“. Lärmpegel und Verhalten der anderen Gäste eine Zumutung (Bier in der Sauna, Gegröle bereits am Morgen). Nicht direkt dem Hotel anzulasten aber trotzdem schlicht unzumutbar.

Alles in allem bleibt die Unterkunft so weit unter ihren Möglichkeiten und unserer Erwartungen. Schade, denn hier ginge weit mehr!

Not cheap but you definitely get value for your money.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel and facilities. The wellness area and outdoor pool were our favorite, but also the restaurant and food quality are very high.
We stayed for a long weekend in the snow, would love to come back in summer and bike.

Cons:

Our room was facing to road and with the window open this caused noise during early morning. If you can seek a room in the back.

Beetje onduidelijk waar je 's avonds kan eten. Zonder reservatie word je in minder gezellige ruimte geplaatst. Echter, na opmerking word je wel aan gezellige bar geplaatst.

Familiäres, tolles Sporthotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Rundum sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal,
Tolle und entspannte Atmosphäre im familiengeführten Sport-Hotel,
Schöne Sportangebote mit professioneller Betreuung und schöne Wellness-Einrichtungen,
Leckeres Essen im Bistro

Cons:

Ein Tisch im Menü-Restaurant hatten wir nur 2x innerhalb einer Woche erhalten, konnten aber 1x auf eigene Initiative des Hotelchefs Hans im Bistro von der Menü-Karte essen.

Wir empfehlen, Tischreservierungen sofort bei Anreise zu buchen.
