Infinitely better than a hotel
Pros:

...with one exception. The shower situation is not ideal, but well worth dealing with in exchange for everything else you get. A GREAT experience.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

The hotel is very nicely furnished in old style. Very clean, near church Sveti Savo. A bit of a problem with parking but there is another hotel 400 m away where you can park for free.

good value for money.

A Good (but not great) Option In Downtown Belgrade
Pros:

Bottom line - this condo/apartment is a nice/impressive place to stay. Only one shower that "sort of" worked. Biggest drawback is that their is no regular concierge service, which can be difficult if you're trying to get around as an American who only speaks English. With the above said, the location is rock solid, and the accommodations (except for the shower) are high quality. A solid 3.5 star experience, though in Belgrade, this may in fact be a 5. Don't really know, never stayed anywhere else.
