Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau et agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et surtout impeccablement propre. L’établissement est très bien entretenu et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes sur ces aspects.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre expérience a été fortement gâchée par la qualité des rideaux de la chambre, qui n’étaient absolument pas occultants. Le tissu était insuffisant pour couvrir correctement les fenêtres.

La chambre donnant sur une rue piétonne très éclairée, avec une terrasse juste en dessous, nous avons eu énormément de lumière toute la nuit. Nous avons donc très peu dormi. Nous étions également accompagnés de nos deux chiens, qui sont restés éveillés une grande partie de la nuit, perturbés par cette luminosité.

Nous avons signalé le problème à l’hôtel et avons fait une réclamation concernant les désagréments rencontrés. Ce qui nous a particulièrement déçus est la façon dont cette réclamation a été gérée : malgré la situation et la nuit pratiquement sans sommeil, l’hôtel a finalement refusé tout geste commercial.

C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement possède de nombreux atouts. En revanche, nous avons trouvé la communication et surtout la gestion de notre réclamation particulièrement décevantes et peu commerciales.

Au final, un très bel hôtel avec de belles chambres, mais une expérience client qui ne nous laissera malheureusement pas un bon souvenir.

Die Unterkunft überrascht mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ambiente und Hotelkonzept.

Sehr innovatives und stimmiges Einrichtungskonzept. Die sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Beim Personal an der Rezeption ist in Sachen Motivation und Freundlichkeit noch Luft nach oben.

La camera era accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. La posizione era perfetta. Albergo molto bello.

Cons:

I materassi erano davvero sa sostituire, poi in camera c'era un rumore costante di acqua che scaricava dai tubi. Ho dormito male per questo motivo.

Lokalizacja, sniadanie, restauracja, parking. Detale, czyli np dobre kosmetyki w łazience, ktore gryzły sie z niedopracowanym wykończeniem łazienki.

Cons:

Kilka płytek ruszało się w łazience, ktos nie dopilnował stanu technicznego i samego wykończenia osadzenia płytek. Są elementy gdzie trzeba popracować aby wszystko bylo "stay in style"

Все - в центре всего, прекрасный номер и персонал в очень уютном и красивом городе с потрясающими видами на окружающие горы.

Cons:

На завтрак не хватало бекона и хорошо бы в номере иметь холодильник

Bellissimo soggiorno a Villach
Pros:

Posizione eccellente nel cuore di Villach ma con possibilità di parcheggio comodissimo nel cortile interno della struttura a prezzi più che accettabili (per gli standard austriaci). Ottima colazione.
