Gorgeous historic hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

This is a gorgeous, historic hotel in the heart of the Villach pedestrian area. We loved the comfort of the junior suite - it was wonderfully spacious, had an outstanding shower, and provided a beautiful aspect from the lovely windows that open onto a view of the square. There are gorgeous break out areas and nooks in which to relax, dotted throughout the hotel. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Enge des Zimmers
Personal am Empfang. Sehr verwinkeltes Hotel mit Charm. Fand es aber eher unangebracht, dass mir zugeschaut wurde wie ich den falschen Aufzug nehme; um dann als ich zurück war am Empfang mit den Worten empfangen zu werden: das war falsch.
Es war außer mir keiner dort, man hätte mir auch den Weg weißen können.

Mitten in Villach, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang war wohl nicht gerade auf Kundschaft vorbereitet...

Schönes Hotel. Top Lage
Pros:

Zimmer war toll. Lage super. Preis Leistung gut.

Cons:

Der Balkon vor unserem sehr schönen Zimmer ist von Mitgliedern einer Motorradgang nachts und morgens vor 6 zum Rauchen benutzt worden. Sie haben laut geredet und der Rauch zog in unser Zimmer. Das fand ich extrem störend. Kann das Hotel nur bedingt was für....war für uns aber sehr nervig.

Etappenziel Villach
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Villach. Das Zimmer sowie auch die Lobby sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Extraraum sicher abstellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich sowohl an der Rezeption, im Restaurant (sehr leckeres Essen!) und beim Frühstück.
