Cons:

Appalling customer service. Treated me like I was a convict in a prison rather than someone on a weekend break. Email communication unnecessarily aggressive in tone. Wanted a deposit that was almost twice the amount of the room price.

Die Lage des Hotels am Hauptplatz ist ideal. Es ist auch sehr interessant, die lange Geschichte des Gebäudes zu studieren (Information liegt auf). Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer, ...

... aber dass die Milchglas-Fensterscheiben unserer Zimmerkategorie leider kaum Tageslicht einfallen ließen, war in diesem Ambiente eine herbe Enttäuschung. Etwas eigenartig auch der Gegensatz, dass die Spiegel und der Fernseh-Bildschirm zwar von einem goldfarbenen Rahmen umgeben waren, die Trinkgläser hingegen auf die nackte Tischplatte gestülpt. Es ist uns klar, dass wir bei diesem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten konnten, aber vielleicht doch eine Papierserviette...
