Slecht en verouderd meubilair. Versleten slecht onderhouden sanitair en afvoeren. Ik vind overal zwarte lange haren. Gee

De absurd slechte ontvangst, ze hebben me twee uur laten wachten in de lobby voor dat er iemand kwam. De vervelende manier van communiceren en het onbeschoft gedrag bij de sleutel overdracht.
