Emplacement agréable pour la visite des Musées

Cons:

Petit déjeuner décevant
Pas de réception - uniquement des SMS et des codes numériques ou réponse par téléphone quand les instructions ne sont pas évidentes. Vu le prix de la chambre, c'est peu d'accueil.
Bruit des clients qui rentrent tard. L'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreille !!!

De locatie en het pand en de kamers blijven zeer goed! Eerder geweest en dat is een plus

Cons:

Helaas is het totaal geautomatiseerd waarbij de code om binnen te komen niet werkte, en ook het zelf inchecken en een key card maken werkte niet. Na contact met hotel via app na enige tijd opgelost op afstand echter zonder excuus. Ik was eerder bij dit hotel geweest en de vriendelijke ontvangst en de personal touch was een pluspunt. Dit is nu totaal weg, als ik dat zou willen kies ik een kamer dan wel appartement en geen hotel. De vooruitgang is voor mij helaas een achteruitganb.

Locatie en de kamer zijn erg goed.

Cons:

In en uitchecken in het hotel. Gaat niet vlekkeloos.
Door de afwezigheid van personeel geeft het een onpersoonlijke en zakelijke sfeer.

Pros:

Price is relatively cheap. Close to one of the train stations and not too far of a walk to the old town.

Cons:

Room is very small. The auto check-in process is kind of annoying.
There was some sort of alarm going off during our stay in the morning and it lasted quite a while without anyone able to figure out what happened. We weren’t offered any explanation too!

L'hotel era in una posizione abbastanza favorevole per dove dovevo andare. La camera in se era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Letto molto comodo. Staff cordiale e disponibile (chiaramente solo via whatsapp): sono venuti incontro alla richiesta di fare late check-out

Cons:

Avrei preferito sapere prima di prenotare che avrei trovato il self-check-in cosi come avrei voluto sapere che non c'era ascensore e la camera era al quarto piano. Bagno davvero troppo piccolo rispetto alla grandezza della camera, fai fatica a stare seduto sul WC e la porta della doccia era rotta. Colazione troppo ridotta

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly messaging the hotel, our beds were not made, and the extremely loud fire alarm went off repeatedly every single day for no apparent reason (including last day early morning at 6 am )

What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability from the hotel for the repeated inconvenience. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and basic consideration towards its guests.

Pros:

Propere kamer, uitgerust met de nodige faciliteiten voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.

Cons:

Het hotel wordt gerund zonder personeel ter plaatse: niet per se een probleem, maar gewoon iets om rekening mee te houden voor het geval je een persoonlijke ontvangst wenst. Dit had alvast duidelijk in de beschrijving mogen staan.

Onpersoonlijk, geen personeel/receptie alles digitaal. Voorheen was de sfeer warmer en werd je persoonlijk welkom geheten. Kamer was echt klein en ontbijt was heel minimaal qua keuze dat kan je beter buiten het hotel ergens nemen.
