Very close to Thapae gate and quiet

Cozy and pleasurable stay, small space but got everything needed, the staff and the owner is amazing.

The hotel is located quite in the middle of the city, in what seems to be a back street off the main road. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the service is quite good.

ロケーションは良いが、この価格では部屋が狭すぎました。
ちょっと物を置くテーブルも無い。洗面台も歯ブラシ、化粧道具が置けない。シャワールームは狭すぎて、石鹸、シャンプーを置く台もありません。
半額で泊まれるゲストハウスの方が、広いくて設備が整っている所がたくさんあります。
ロケーションは良いだけなので、2度と利用しないでしょう。

I love this place. I always stay here when I am in Chiang Mai. It’s is a great location. Right next to many great restaurants and shopping areas. It has a pleasing esthetic and the staff is very helpful. A yummy breakfast is included in your stay and the WiFi worked well. I will be back again in the future.

Would recommend you just rock up and ask for a room rather than booking as the price was about $27 AUD different.
We booked for one night for $67 then extended and paid about $40 for the second night. I guess thats the risk you run for not having a confirmation though.

위치는 아주아주 좋아요. 타패게이트 바로 앞인데 방은 많이 좁고 답답합니다.
벌레를 보지는 못했으나 야외랑 이어진 듯한 방이라 좀 찝찝했어요.
에어컨도 있기는 한데 잘 작동하진 않는 것 같아요.
올드타운 내에 같은 가격으로 더 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소 많으니.. 다른 곳으로 가시는 걸 추천합니다..

Einfache Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Im Badezimmer roch es leider etwas nach Abfluss.

여기 가성비 갑! 가격저렴한거에 비해 진짜 시설 좋음
조식도 엄청 잘나옴 ! 간단히 빵이라던지 고기수프 정도 먹기에 좋음! 엘리베이터는 없지만 버겁거나 그렇지도 않고. 타페게이트 바로앞에있고 대도로변이라 늦은시간에도 무서운 분위기는 아님.
스타벅스 맥도날드 다 가깝게 있어서 좋아용

We had a perfect stay at Thapae Happy House great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Important to note there is no elevator if you are unable to carry your luggage up the stairs request a room on the second floor.

位置良好靠近塔佩們，24小時管理，早餐豐富

ターペー門から徒歩3分の便利なロケーションです。旧市街の堀から1本裏手の道に位置しています。近くにはスターバックス、両替屋などあり、旧市街の探索と、ピン河方面の環境の両方にアクセスしやすいです。近くにはおしゃれなクラフトビールをタップで出してくれるお店もあります。
北部で有名なTok Senマッサージが受けられるワットマハマンも徒歩3分くらいです。
宿は受付の方も、朝食がいただけるレストランも、お掃除の方も皆感じがよくフレンドリーな雰囲気。私は4階にステイしましたが、もちろんエレベータはありません。毎日ミネラルウォーターやトイレットペーパーなど必要な物をしっかりと補充してくれます。Wi-Fiもストレスなく使うことができました。
朝食はメインが5種類から選べます。フルーツやサラダ、ヨーグルトなどは食べ放題。
難点をあげるとしたら、交通通りが多い旧市街の堀の道路の1本裏のため、夜中に少しうるさいところ（繁華街のうるささではありませんが神経質な方は気になるかものレベルです）、また仕方ないことですがシャワーの水圧が弱いです。
けれど総合的には非常に快適で満足できるステイでした。また泊まりたいと思います。

Really friendly team and a great location to stay. Next time when i visit chiang mai, i will book it again.

The room is cosy but it is a little too small. The aircon is cool, water heater is warm enough and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent as well. The only bad thing I can find is that there is no elevator and there are no slippers in the room. Overall, it’s a good stay.

床很舒適，也很乾淨
地點很方便，過條馬路就到Sunday Market，
附近也有24小時快餐店及便利店
服務員十分友善及細心
只是早餐有進步的空間，但一切還是極好
