un soggiorno indimenticabile di puro relax
Pros:

ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel e non vedo l'ora di ritornare. il personale è eccezzionale, sempre gentile accogliente e professionale. l'ambente è pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e molto accogliente. Si respira un'atmosfera di pace che aiuta a staccare completamente la spina. La piscina termale è fantastica, calda, pilita e dotata di ogni confort. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia regalarsi giorni di benessere e relax totale.

Pros:

The staff was super nice, the facilities beautiful and in a good position. I loved the spa and the pools, there was a good amount of treatments from which to choose.
The food was good, fresh and high quality. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choice and the coffee was really good.
Everyone went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Relax al giusto prezzo
Pros:

Colazione ottima, silenzioso e immerso nel verde, facilmente raggiungibile e in centro a Montegrotto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Cordialità del personale. Spazio esterno ampio e molto godibile d'estate.

Cons:

Le docce emozionali non sempre perfettamente funzionanti. Piscina interna piccola.

Pros:

Great value for the money. One of the rooms had very weak ac , asked the front desk to check. When got the keys back nothing was done. Just gave up.
Facilities were great, not crowded, loved the long working hours of the pool and the late room checkout option. Will consider for return visit.

Il personale gentile disponibile professionale che non è scontato secondo ottima struttura a conduzione familiare piccola ma con tutti i servizi e con una particolare attenzione agli ospiti e alle loro esigenze

Se devo proprio trovare una pecca direi che le docce nelle stanze sono un po’ piccole ma comunque comode

Il servizio del pranzo un paio di volte. Abbiamo chiesto del pane in più e non è stato possibile averlo, inoltre l’olio in tavola era quasi finito, ne abbiamo chiesta una nuova bottiglia per condire l’insalata e non ce l’hanno fatta avere.
Un’altra volta il pane non era fresco ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiarcelo e l’hanno fatto.
