Preis/Leistung ausserordentlich gut.
In der Tiefsaison war das Zimmer erstaunlich günstig zu haben. Möglicherweise ändert sich dieser Eindruck in der Hochsaison.
Schönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr schönen und praktischen Zimmern.
Das Personal und insbesondere die Damen an der Rezeption waren ausgesprochen nett und kundenorientiert.
Frühstück SEHR gut. Halt eben 4 Sterne Qualität.

Cons:

Eine kleine Kritik zum Frühstück: Zwar war das Essensangebot sehr gut, die Kaffeemaschine hat allerdings nur den 'zweitbesten' Kaffee gebraut.

Die Einstellhalle ist nicht ganz billig (wie alle Parkplätze in Andorra), sehr sauber und hell, allerdings mit grösseren Autos etwas 'spannend' zu befahren.

Close walk to everything and nearby parking
Pros:

The location was great, next to a beautiful river walk in the city. They provided very close parking for a reasonable fee. The breakfast was delicious with friendly staff. Easy walking to the sights, spa, shopping and restaurants.

La habitación nos pareció muy agradable, cuidada y con todo detalle, y en general nuestra estancia fue positiva.
Sin embargo, quería hacer una observación sobre la oferta que contratamos de habitación + desayuno + cena. Al reservar, entendimos que la cena incluida sería la misma que se ofrece habitualmente en la carta del restaurante. La sorpresa fue comprobar que, aunque los platos eran los mismos, las cantidades eran considerablemente más reducidas que las que se servían a otros clientes que estaban cenando allí sin esta oferta.
De haber sabido de antemano que la cena incluida en la promoción tenía unas raciones diferentes, probablemente habríamos valorado de otra manera si contratar esta oferta.
Creo que este tipo de diferencias pueden acabar desvalorizando todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel. Es una pena, porque la habitación, el ambiente y el cuidado de los detalles nos gustaron mucho, pero salir del restaurante con la sensación de haber recibido una versión reducida de la cena por haber contratado una oferta deja un sabor agridulce.
Considero que las promociones deberían ser una oportunidad para que el cliente conozca y valore el hotel, no algo que pueda hacerle sentir que recibe un servicio inferior al de quien ha reservado por separado.
Espero que lo tengan en cuenta, porque el hotel tiene muchas cosas buenas y sería una lástima que un detalle así terminara eclipsándolas.

Better parking recommendations are needed (i.e.: exact name and address of the best parking garages nearby, not just unclear instructions like 'left at the next shop, right after you pass the church', especially if you have no immediate mobile data access in Andorra)
