Big clean room, near to the airport, free breakfast, restaurant facility, on site parking.
Parking is not guaranteed
Reasonably close to the Airport but not right on top of it, large room with twin beds joined together , clean and tidy with shower, bath, toilet and bday
Nothing
The room was clean beds were comfortable
On arrival, we were left waiting at reception for a considerable amount of time, while other guests who arrived after us were attended to and checked in.
When I politely asked the receptionist about the delay, she responded, “How do you know I’m checking them in?” I found this response rude and dismissive. It was quite clear that she was taking their passports and checking them in while we were left waiting.
We understand that reception staff can be busy, but we expected to be treated with courtesy and fairness. The way the situation was handled left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome upon arrival.
Convenient for airport
Pillows were lumpy
Breakfast not nice no English tea beds
Breakfast not cooked bacon especially
