Está fuera del centro pero en un entorno muy tranquilo y seguro y caminando no se tarda nada.
Destaco también la ducha ya que la presión del agua y la temperatura son magníficas y eso es difícil de encontrar.
El personal fue muy amable con nosotros.

- Une bonne isolation (chambre au calme et il y fait bon)
- Le monsieur de la réception très gentil, qui n’a pas hésité à nous aider quand nous avions besoin d’aide
- Nous avons été assez surpris (vu les commentaires précédents) de la distance entre l’hôtel et le centre (au moins 17min à pieds). Pour dîner le soir, il fallait prendre son courage à deux mains pour ressortir dans le centre car il n’y avait rien à proximité.
- Nous n’avions pas de wifi à l’arrivée et cela a duré plusieurs heures.
- La réceptionniste ne nous a rien expliqué à l’arrivée (il faut dire que personne ne parle anglais mais elle n’a même pas essayé). Elle nous a juste tendu 2 télécommandes sans explication. Elle ne nous a pas dit par exemple que le resto de l’hôtel fermait à 20h ni l’horaire de début du petit-dej.
- L’hôtel ne propose pas d’eau en libre service (3 soles la bouteille) donc pour l’écologie et le porte-monnaie c’est dommage.
- Le petit déjeuner est très limité et n’était pas complètement prêt à l’horaire d’ouverture.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was very clean, and the shower had strong, reliable hot water, which we really appreciated. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nous aurions aimer que la chambre sois plus insonorisé , car on entend toute la rue , et oui au Pérou ils aiment leur claxon .
Muy agradable, especialmente por su ubicación cercana a un parque hermoso y tranquilo, con una vista encantadora. El personal es muy amable y atento, lo que hace la estancia aún más placentera. Además, tienen una mascota muy linda llamada Canela, que le da un toque especial al lugar. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente, con huevos revueltos, café, pan tres puntas y jugo. Aunque se encuentra un poco lejos del centro histórico, disfrutamos mucho caminar y así conocer más de Arequipa.

Very spacious rooms, cleaned daily. The staff was extremely attentive and helped with even the smallest requests. They were always friendly and ready to assist, which made the stay especially comfortable.

Everything. Very close to the center, but in a quiet place facing a beautiful park with alpacas. Very helpful staff. We arrived after a very long night trip at 5 am long before the check in time and they let us check in. They let us use the dishes and eat our fruits from the market in their hall for the breakfast at night. The room was cleaned every day, was very big and clean with the biggest bed I had seen in hotels. I had a balcony facing the park. The breakfast was very good. The hot dish changed every day, the mango was delicious.
