Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet mit Blick auf die Kolonaden. Das römische Bad und die Suite (wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen), sehr schön. Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen sollte man außerhalb des Hotels. Jedoch sollte man am Nachmittag unbedingt einen iced coffee im Wiener Café genießen.

Cons:

Das Abendessen, entweder a la Carte, sehr kleine Karte, oder Buffet, war nicht so toll.

Historical Building minus luxury
Pros:

The location was great , the outside of building and grounds pretty the concierge is fantastic and really knows the city he takes the time to help go over any tours or day trips that you would be interested in. The two girls at front desk are helpful and Filip is very good as well at assisting you in any of your needs.

Cons:

The hotel might have been five stars years ago but certainly isn't now...except the qualities noted above.
This hotel was very disappointing especially for cost & length of stay.

They do nothing to go above and beyond to make it a luxury stay. Not even a bottle of water in the room, or any nice personal touches that most five star hotels do. Not even an offer to assist with luggage check in or out. Walking around hotel staff doesn't even acknowledge you - in fact they seem more annoyed your there .

The marketing for the spa - an inspection needs done! The loungers are all plastic with rips in the white plastic under the red light section , tiles broken on floor, spa dirty and very dated . The ceiling top is so gross and dirty,

Rooms are very dated with chips all over the furniture, hard towels and robes nothing a five star hotel should offer .

Like other reviews, the spa attendants are beyond rude
If you ask them the slightest question they are bothered . Didn't even show you the spa or where anything was, another guest did and had the exact same complaints as I did .

I ended up doing spa treatments at 3 other facilities during my stay And got better treatment than this hotel and spa. The facilities were so much nicer and cheaper as well.

This hotel seems to be run on a long standing of years thinking there the best and forgotten there guests in the process.

Beautiful historical building and good location that needs to put back in the luxury and value it's guests deserve.

Das römische Bad, die großen Zimmer und die Atmosphäre

Cons:

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum, in der Bar und im Café waren nicht besonders freundlich und gegen Ende der Öffnungszeiten äußerst rigoros uns nach außen zu befördern. Das Personal an der Rezeption jedoch war sehr freundlich.

Cena a počet hvězd, za mne, neodpovídá servisu, který hotel poskytuje.
Pros:

Římské lázně, kvůli kterým jsme chtěly hotel navštívit, se nám líbily. Hotel krásně zařízený, ale na pokojích je vidět, že by potřebovaly opravy, odřené rámy dveří i nábytek.

Cons:

Určitě servis v hotelu a snídaně, které jsou průměrné na počet hvězd, který hotel má.
1. Dvoukřídlé dveře do pokoje nebyly dovřené, zarážka byla volná, musely jsme upravit, aby byl pokoj zamčený. Jak nám následně řekla paní recepční řekla, tak uklízečky dveře otevřou obě křídla, bohužel u nás již dostatečně nezavřely.
2. Neměly jsme na pokoji lžičky k šálkům, musely jsme si zařídit na recepci.
3. Okno v ložnici( apartmán 215) vnější nešlo zavřít. Recepční informována při check outu.
4. Snídaně velmi průměrné na počet hvězd, určitě jsem zažila mnohem lepší, kde byla vidět péče, ne jen nakrájená zelenina a položené salámy a sýry na míse
5. U snídaně uváděly ke stolům, ale jen když jste přišli ráno, po 10 hodině již nikdo vchodu do restaurace při našem pobytu, nebyl.
Zmiňuji to, protože bychom si vybraly jiná místa.
6. Nedostatečná informace na recepci, informace pouze o patře, bohužel jsem vyjeli výtahem, kde náš počet nebyl značený, paní recepční nám mohla říct, že je třeba projít dveřmi, které pustí kartou, abychom se dostali do apartmánů, musely jsem se vracet zpět na recepci, abychom se zeptali znova, hotel je rozlehlý a musíte několikrát ověřovat kartou vstupy a chvilku trvá než se člověk zorientuje.
