Wir hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre – stilvoll, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – zu unseren Geburtstagen wurde uns immer ein wunderschön dekorierter Tisch sowie Präsente vorbereitet. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt jedes Mal zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.“

Pros:

Eine ausgesprochen geschmackvoll renovierte Reise in die Jahrhundertwende vom 19. ins 20. Jahrhundert. Wunderschön und prachtvoll, toller Service, herrliches Heilwasser und leckeres Essen.

der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, Frühstück war gut

Cons:

im Wellnessbereich hat der Service gefehlt in Sachen Decken im Ruheraum nach Gebrauch wieder herzurichten, auf Ruhe zu achten, herumliegende Handtücher zu beseitigen. Ein 5 Sterne Hotel bedeutet den Gast IMMER zufriedenzustellen. Leider hatte man bei vielen Mitarbeitern, egal in welchen Bereichen, dass Gefühl, dies nicht verinnerlicht zu haben und das auch nach aussen zu transportieren.
FAZIT: ein gutes Haus in die Jahre gekommen, in denen die Mitarbeiter nur noch ihren Job machen

Das Hotel hat ein super Eindruck hinterlassen.
Pros:

Wir haben in diesem super Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht und sind aufgrund einer Krankheit in der Familie frühzeitig nach Hause gefahren. Wir werden aber sicher wieder kommen.
