Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo czysto. Śniadania bardzo smaczne a obsługa bardzo pomocna.

Cons:

W pokoju 4osobowym przydałaby się jakaś sofa, żeby usiąść lub więcej foteli, tym bardziej, że jest na to przestrzeń.

離克拉克夫火車站走路約5分,舊城區的城門走進去就是廣場了.早餐7：00開始（在隔壁旅館用餐）很精緻,隔天我們要搭早班火車.謝謝櫃台親切的服務,幫我們準備豐盛早餐.

Pros:

離車站和舊城區非常近，車站旁邊又有商場，很方便。雖然沒電梯，但分配到一樓房間，提行李沒有太大問題。

Cons:

隔音很差，不只路面電車，隔壁或是樓梯有人進出、大聲喧嘩都聽得很清楚。

Highly recommend this place to stay
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. We had an amazing few days. It's very close to the old town and to the shopping center. It also has the tram outside so you can get around very easily at night the tram noise you can hardly hear I found the dull hum quite soothing. Lovely clean rooms and very helpful staff. Good shower and tea coffee making facilities, Room cleaning every day.
It takes about 5 - 10 mins walk into the old town where there is plenty of bars and restaurants. We had breakfast at the hotel next door (Polensia) which is co owned. Lovely food and good value. I have mobility issues so we got put onto the 1st floor so I only had to do around 10 steps and the staff helped with our bags, they even let us check in early which was a massive help. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately There is no lift but if you can manage stairs I would really recommend this place to stay l. It's central for everything.

We were disappointed about the smell of the room.
Pros:

The location was good, close to the train station and the old town. Also, they kept our baggage after our check out.

Cons:

The smell of the room was horrible. I don’t think that the cleaning service had been done properly before our check in. Also, we had the same 1 key for 3 doors (entrance and room door-zero safety). Also, we had to go the reception of the next hotel so that we could receive our keys. There was no fridge, too.

Świetny weekend, pełen kulturalnych atrakcji, a nocleg doskonale skomunikowane miejsce.
Pros:

Fantastycznie położony, tuż przy Starym mieście. Klimatyczna atmosfera kamienicy.

Cons:

Cienkie ściany- odgłosy z łazienki sąsiadów obudziły mnie bardzo wcześnie rano.
