El personal , la situación en pleno centro y calle de ambientes
For a decent price, you get a very nice accommodation in the very center of town (surrounded by bars, unfortunately).The Rynek Glowny is maybe 100 meters away. The room is big, with high ceiling and an adequate bathroom. Even more, you have access to a huge kitchen, with all you need not only to prepare tea or coffee, but also to heat your meal or sandwich. Wifi works well. Overall, I recommend this place
Only minor non important things . But do not forget your heavy duty earplugs !
The hotel has a well-equipped shared kitchen with plenty of tableware, as well as both regular coffee and an espresso machine, which was a really nice bonus. It was very convenient to be able to prepare simple meals and enjoy a good cup of coffee whenever I wanted.
My double room was comfortable and clean, and I especially enjoyed having a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
What impressed me the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After checking out and traveling to Zakopane, I realized that I had accidentally left my earphones in the room. I emailed the hotel, and they quickly found them and kindly kept them safe until I returned to collect them. I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

единственный плюс - пешая доступность до достопримечательностей
начнём с того,что заявленные фотографии не соответствуют действительности. мы бронировали номер с шикарной кроватью,а получили сплошное разочарование:две старые узкие кровати, с не менее старыми матрасами,санаторного типа. на них лежали наши полотенца,которые стирались примерно никогда:одно из них было полностью покрыто какими то темными пятнами,что даже не скрывалось,а второе вообще было дырявое.
неожиданным «подарком» для нас стали чьи-то короткие черные волосы,лежащие на грязном покрывале,полу,под одеялом и на подушках. т.к слышимость отличная,то мы прекрасно слышали,как кто-то разбирался с подобной проблемой,но решили не встревать,так как опаздывали на встречу.
еще одним «приятным» сюрпризом для нас стал праздничный настрой(он был каждый день,тк это тусовочная улица) жителей Кракова,которым мы «наслаждались» каждую ночь,что мешало нам открыть ночью окно.
кстати об этом,стояла жара под 40 градусов,а в комнате не было ни вентилятора,ни, тем более, кондиционера. в первую ночь мы перетерпели,но проснувшись поняли:надо что-то делать. изначально написали через букинг хозяину-в ответ тишина… следующую ночь мы пережили без вентилятора,так как не встретили хозяина в живую. на третье по счету утро нам посчастливилось встретить его. нам было пообещано,что вентилятор будет нас ждать под дверью. мы возвращаемся, и вот чудо:ничего нету!(только туалетная бумага и полотенца,которые мы просили два дня).звоним хозяину:и выясняется, что кто то украл вентилятор, не только у нас, но и у соседей 😱 я просила, чтоб хозяин посмотрел камеры и сообщил, кто совершил такую подлость, но оказалось, что камеры не работают (как удобно!) я не сдалась и спросила у соседа, у которого должен был стоять вентилятор (по словам хозяина), видел ли он его и не взял ли случайно мой. он сказал, что не знает ничего ни о каких вентиляторах. мы пришли к выводу: никаких вентиляторов и не было.

It was Ok for a night, not bad.
Znakomita lokalizacja, dodatkowo w warunkach potwornego upału sam budynek w którym mieści się Golden Lion również był dodatkową zaletą, bo wnętrza wcale się nie nagrzewały, mimo braku klimy. Pokój bardzo duży i przytulny, również cichy, nawet przy uchylonych oknach, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia również pod ręką!
Lokalizacja była swietna i cena super.
Bardzo głośno od ulicy. Duszno w pokoju ( pobyt na poczatku maja). Cała noc nieprzespana bo było strasznie duszno.
