O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho da estação. O café da manhã bem variado e a área de lazer muito boa.

Could need some refurbish. Look is not good. The gym was very closed, but is still listed in guest services. Breakfast was ok.

GREAT location! And parking in a lot included, which was amazing after a long drive! Staff was very nice. Room is very outdated, but overall comfortable. Had a lovely little balcony overlooking the river which was so nice! Our original room had issues smelling like sewage - we went to the front desk late at night and they immediately switched our room. But no A/C so it was a bit warm, we opened the balcony door to cool off but be aware. I would likely stay again, b/c of the location, walking distance to the entire cute little town.

Gutes einfaches Hotel Preis Leistung ist ok. Zimmer unbedingt Richtung Douro nehmen. Richtung Strasse schlecht, nicht zu empfehlen.

Friendly helpful staff. Large room with balcony. Menu for restaurant seemed a bit understated but the quality of the food served was excellent.

Ótima localização, vista maravilhosa, café da manhã bom, camas confortáveis. O hotel não é novo, mas tem um bom custo benefício.

The aircon wasn’t working well, was v hot in middle of nights.
The corridor lights were not working, v dimmed.

Hotel clássico, muito bem cuidado, limpo, bom café da manhã , excelente localização, vista para o rio Douro.

La vue de l chambre sur le Douro est magnifique.

Uma estadia muito agradável, o hotel não é recente mas está muito bem conservado, vista sobre o rio espetacular.
Uma pequena crítica: estava tudo muito quente, acho que entre 23-25 graus, e o ar condicionado não parecia poder ser regulado no quarto.

Very nice hotel with rooms facing directly to the Douro River. Very good location from which to do boat or train rides or winery tours. Staff we were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a very nice balcony to sit on and looks over the river.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Flot udsigtover Duoro. Hotellet fremstår gammeldags og trænger til renovering, men alt fungerede. Fin svimmingpool.

Excellent room and good breakfast selection. Very handy for the railway station and centre too.

Staff very friendly and pleasant. Hotel looks a bit tired. We stayed on the second floor under the restaurants and could hear tables, chairs moving at gone 11 at night and 6 in the morning. Our room had horrible frosted windows so we couldn’t see out. We had booked the restaurant for our first night as liked the menu, when we arrived were told it had been changed to a buffet as a coach party in, I struggled for food choice as pork dish was mixed with clams. Chose to eat in Regua the other nights.
