Matera è assolutamente da visitare : suggestiva, scorci magnifici e tanta storia
Pros:

Appartamento silenzioso, fresco e ben posizionato. Molto pulito. Ottima la colazione servita nell'Hotel di fronte, che, oltre alla varietà e qualità del cibo, ha un dehor che offre una spettacolare vista sui " Sassi ". La proprietaria è stata molto cortese ed è venuta anche a prenderci alla fermata del bus all'arrivo.

Cons:

Il confort è da migliorare : mancavano i bicchieri; nel bagno l'aria calda emessa dal phon era debole ed asciugava poco, mancava il bicchiere per gli spazzolini da denti ed il dispenser non conteneva sapone. Wifi debole che perdeva in continuazione il segnale. La TV aveva uno schermo piccolo, mal posizionata ed appoggiata ad una sedia per cui era in definitiva quasi inutilizzabile.

Pros:

Die Lage kann kaum besser sein - man geht über die Straße und hat den besten Blick über Matera, sogar besser als von den offiziellen Aussichtsterrassen. Und zwar völlig ohne andere Menschen, weil es wohl so gut wie keiner kennt.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber.

Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

De oude lounge met open haard zag er netjes en classy uit.

De kamer. Bed niet best. Badkamer oud en kapot, versleten deur, handdoek rekje viel vd wand, bad met zgn bubbels geeneens uitgeprobeerd vanwege de toestand vh bad, keukentje, geen koffie, geen thee, minibar 1 flesje bier, 1 blikje cola. Achterdeur met trapje smerig incl afval en kapot putje. De electra viel al uit zonder dat we al iets in het stopcontact hadden gestopt.

De ontvangstruimte met plastic tafeltjes was voorzien van een zelfbediening barretje, daar kon je wel thee zetten. Over het algemeen oud, versleten en de kasten stonken muf.

Het rook naar vocht, het bad was gammel, de wifi deed het eerst niet (verkeerde informatie op de kamer) en gebruik van de keuken in het appartement kostte extra.
